I was with Shea & Poor Insurance for several years...Within the last year and a half I did not receive return calls from the designated worker assigned to me...After waiting for weeks, assuming research was being done on my issue I called a few times without response...I used another number and a person answered...I explained that my question to the designated worker was regarding finding me insurance fo my 3 family home...The 2nd. person said that the person that was working with me had received a promotion several months ago...I asked the second person the same question that I asked the first person...I told the 2nd. person that I was waiting months for an answer to my question regarding home insurance at a reasonable price and told her not to quote me from a particular source the first person, who a few years ago gave me a price of over 3 thousand dollars from the Insurance company I and requested that the second person not bother to call that company...Weeks went by and I received a call from the second person quoting me the same price as the first person and again it was over 3 thousand dollars from the same previous company...I tried to call the owner and was told he was not available...Finally I went to another agency and in short time received a very reasonable quote priced in the teens...I took my business to my new company, 3 items including car insurance...After several weeks of being with the new agency/insurance company I am still getting billed for car insurance from the company/agency I left...I called the company that should not be billing me anymore and they said that Shea and Poor has not sent them a form ( A 2 ) that they need to stop billing me...In short, I am paying the new company while being billed by the first...I have been emailed and sent bills by the old company apparently due to no follow through ( again ) by the first agency,
