5 Stars in regards to the pre-moving process and that being from out of State. Not moved in yet; however the staff I have been speaking with, Kayla Lebron and Sarah Labbe have been top notch. They are making sure I have my ducks in a row and has gone very smoothly so far. While in the process of me getting out of my current location and setting up the move, I have called way to many times and they do not see it like that at all. They are always so happy and when I call they are always in a great mood.Just speaking with them changes my hectic day around. Thank you ladies and looking forward to being a resident very soon!!!
Ive had nothing but positive things to say about my living experience here so far. The lofts are absolutely beautiful and come at a great value. With the included in unit laundry, dish washer, gym, theatre, game room, proximity to many local restaurants and social scenes. These lofts are the best bang for your buck.
The honeymoon has worn off but the awesomeness remains. Staff is approachable, friendly and address me by name. The apartment itself is well appointed, well designed and beautiful. Its less noisy compared to other converted mill apartments. There areunique amenities like a basketball court and a putting green. Top notch!
I have been a tenant of Junction Shop Lofts for 2+ years. I live in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath apartment. The open layout is beautiful with hardwood floors, and exposed brick. Every guest that I have had visit has been very impressed with the building and my apartment. Sure, I have great style, but I suspect the building may have something to do with it as well. The leasing office and maintenance team have been very helpful with any questions I have had during my time here.
I have lived at Junction Shop Lofts now for 2 years. I got to say it has been the best mill I have ever resided in. The apartment is great, spacious and surprisingly quiet, not to mention all the amenities you have with it. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond to help with any issues you may have (which is hardly any). My dog Zoe loves to visit the office so he can greet the staff and get his treats. All in all its a great place to live. I would give 6 stars if I could!
I had a one bed room apartment at the Junction Shop lifts in Worcester and it was the best. My 2 favorite staff members Maria and Sarah were always so sweet and informative at the help desk. I’ll miss them! They always kept me updated and Emails were proficient. Facilities were great! The fitness center is always clean and convenient to get too. I wish I could have lived there longer. Keep up the great work :)
I’ve lived at the Junction Shop Lofts for a little over a year, I really have enjoyed it here. I have a 2 BR loft, it’s really a nice layout - exposed brick, tall windows, hardwood floors. I don’t have any issues with noise from neighbors and everyone I have met living here have been really nice. The staff is courteous and really friendly, always willing to help with any issues or questions. I have renewed my lease once and would do so again if I were to continue living in the city.
My roommates and I have had a wonderful experience at Junction Shop Lofts. Staff has continued to be friendly and attentive. We love to have so many amenities available to us. The gym is never too busy and the pool table room and basketball court are our favorite places to enjoy. Noise has never been issue and the hallways/property is kept clean. My favorite part is the convenience to everything in the city! We are so happy with our decision to make our home here. The best part for me- they are dog friendly!
I’ve lived in Junction Shop Lofts for a year now and honestly I’m so happy I moved here. At my last apartment I never felt connected, it never really felt like home. But here I feel like there’s a sense of community which I love. The leasing staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful with anything you might need. The maintenance team are so thoughtful, efficient and accommodating to your needs and the needs of the complex. I’m incredibly grateful for the people here, they work so hard and they’re so caring and I just want them to know that we appreciate everything they do for us!I love that the complex is fairly centrally located in Worcester. It’s easy to get around, whether for work, errands or going out in town. It’s great being so close to everything!I love how many amenities the community offers. But my favorite by far is the dog park, I have a little pup and she loves to go out to the park and run around and play with the other dogs out there. It’s great because I’ve been able to meet new people in the complex and she’s been able to make new dog friends. I love that this apartment has given me the opportunity to feel connected, to be a part of a community.Overall, I love living here and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live in Worcester. Thank you to the Junction Shop Lofts team for making this a home.
We were very sad to move out of our apartment after a little over two years living at Junction Shop Lofts. The space is amazing and beautiful. We had a 2bd/2bath and loved it. The amenities offered are awesome. You really cannot beat the price and you get a dog park, gym, movie theater, and basketball court. The staff are amazing (Sarah and Maria especially!). Every time we would go into the office, they would greet us by name. We will miss it!
My wife and I personally love living here. The staff is very friendly and keeps things up to date when it comes to maintenance and when there is an issue it is addressed in a prompt manner with efficiency. The facilities such as the gym and game room are used often by us and meet our expectations of what we would like to see in a compound we rent from. The apartments themselves are beautiful and equipped with modern appliances including a washer and dryer which was huge for us! The surrounding area can be worrisome at times if unfamiliar however I work at a hospital in which most of our clients reside around Main Street in Worcester (South Main is the street over from junction shop lofts). This being said I can confidently say that the people who tend to walk by Junction from time to time are harmless and it is nothing to worry about. I would advise against wondering alone at night but that is something I would suggest in any area. I go for runs outside in the streets surrounding the complex and I have never felt a sense of discomfort. It’s location is great because it’s just outside of downtown and close enough to Auburn and Shrewsbury where we like to shop! Overall my wife and I have been here for 2.5 years and have recommended a few people to the complex who have ended up moving in and love it just as much as we do!
Weve lived her for almost 2 years and have been very happy. The staff really make this place. Sarah and Carla (in the office) are welcoming, friendly and helpful. If we have had any maintenance issue, Kevin or his staff take care of it, usually that day. They leave a note on the door letting you know they were there and detailing their work. There is a wonderful mix of residents (were on the older end) including families, young professionals and students. We love our apartment with its high ceilings, new appliances and exposed brick. The wood floors are great, but it does mean that you can sometimes hear neighbors above you. From our experience, the residents adhere to the quiet hour policy. Finally, this is a very pet friendly place. They offer a dog park so you can let your dog off leash and they keep a bowl of water in the office and Sarah and Carla love giving out treats to the dogs!
I’ve lived here for three years and just renewed for a fourth year. I absolutely love the loft style apartments, the cleanliness of the property, and how close it is to down town! My dog also loves the dog park too!
Junction Shop Lofts is a fantastic option if youre looking for an apartment complex environment. They offer a free basic gym, half basketball court, fire pit and grill area, event room, movie room, mini putting green and dog park.
Great place to live, the staff is friendly and responsive. Excellent character to the site, its not a typical cookie-cutter apartment complex. The heat is electric, so keep that in mind when budgeting.
I have lived here for almost 3 years. First off the office staff and maintenance are amazing! They are quick to respond to and resolve any issues. The apartment is beautiful, perfect combination of old and new. Like any apartment building or multi-family dwelling, you hear some noise, but residents are respectful of the quiet hours. Definitely isnt noisy enough to lose any sleep over.Being an older building with electric heat, the winter bills are higher than the rest of the year, but mine is max $250 during the coldest months, and that is with keeping the apartment warm enough for a baby. During the spring and fall I pay less than $100 and summer with AC less than $150 per month. Being a responsible adult and turning the heat back while at work and while sleeping and turning off lights and electronics when not in use goes a long way in reducing the bill. There are clear community rules, all of which in my opinion are totally reasonable, and as long as you follow them your experience living here will be a good one.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemies. To start, when my husband and I moved in during the winter, the heat was never turned on so for a week it was 45-55 degrees in the apartment and would not warm up past that. When we went to the office about it (numerous times), they did nothing to help and said that they understood how cold it was, they even needed to use their space heaters (their office was 74 degrees and they had no clue how cold it felt in our apartment). Our utility bill was $600 that month after trying to get our temperature up and the complex did nothing to help. They give you a number for their emergency line for off hours, dont bother to call it because nobody will answer or call you back. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and each staff member will give you a different answer to your questions depending on who you ask. When we had to break our lease early due to me having to relocate for work, we were told that as long as they found new tenants to move in we would be able to break our lease without a penalty. Needless to say, they waited until we came in again to break the lease after making a down payment on a house to tell us that it would be close to $8,000 to break the lease. They then had the audacity to ask us to leave earlier than planned to accommodate their new tenants. This place was a NIGHTMARE for us. Nevermind the fact that its overpriced and completely in the ghetto with crackheads everywhere, it is run horribly by staff that dont know what theyre doing. Stay clear of this place.
The building and interior are beautiful. But now that I have been living here several months I have realized the walls and floors are paper thin. I get woken up by people simply walking in the hallway, and I can hear the people living below me when they talk. I can hear their conversation word for word if I sit in silence(like when Im trying to sleep). The number one reason why I gave one star is the fact that there is NO INSULATION around the Windows or in the walls or flooring. When I look where the window and wall meet I can literally see right outside. When its windy out the wind literally blows straight in and has even blown debris and dust from the ceiling which is also probably not insulated. I might as well be living in a cave. The giant windows with no insulation make it freezing and basically waste all my heat. Of course none of this was mentioned during leasing or looking at the apartment. When I asked about the heat I was assured everything was new and top of the line and everything was energy efficient. Just posting this to warn people because most people assume when renting, that an apartment comes insulated.
I was concerned about the reviews before living here but honestly my experience has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is wonderful, and the maintanance team is quick to resolve any issues you have. I also had concerns about living in the city but there is so much to do here! So many great restaurants and easy access to highways and the train.
Great location to all downtown restaurants, shopping centers and easy access to the mass pike. I was thrilled to be able to find everything I was looking for including new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, brand new cabinetry, and having the option of refinished hard wood floors or bamboo, but what really topped it off for me that made me say yes was having a fireplace with the railroad tracks for a view. I have only lived in mill style apartments and the ones I rented previously at other locations didnt have all of the updated features that I was extremely happy to get here. This is where historical meets industrial with a modern flair of luxury youll get everything you want in one place. The game room has a pool table, shuffleboard table, air hockey table with TVs to watch while playing. On the other side they have a putting green and theater room. The gym and basketball court are close by to the grilling area and fire pit which are very popular gathering areas. Junction Shop Lofts is a diverse community made up of many different cultures that creates the urban family everyday lifestyle. The office staff is always so helpful and super friendly to helping accommodate your needs or tending to your maintenance requests. Its the first place that felt like home and it was a pleasure getting to know the staff that made me feel so welcomed here.
I can say without a doubt that the leasing office and property management staff at JSL are the exceptional! Sarah and Maria create a very warm and welcoming environment and you can go to them with any problem! Property management does a great job of responding to tickets almost immediately and making sure the residents are satisfied. While it is my time to leave JSL, the staff are what I will be missing most!
I have been living here for over 2 years. The leasing office with its current staff .. incredibly rude. Before they had two nicer, pleasant women by the name of Sarah and Katie.. now its a bunch of old ladies who apparently hate their jobs. They cut you off when youre trying to place a service ticket, have any questions, or pick up a package. As a consumer, its incredibly frustrating when you keep your end of the bargain.. you expect a hint of customer service. You can hear through walls and it is impossible to heat the unit without racking up your electric bill. The heater fuse would burn causing the heat to use auxiliary and electric bill to skyrocket.. $400-700. Im counting the days until my lease ends, I just hope youre not the future tenant.
Mixed bag for sure. Rule #1 if you are thinking about renting here check with National Grid and see what your electric bill might be. There should be a cost history now for your reference. The larger apartments can approach $1000 a month during the winter. $500-$800 for sure and someone did hit over $1000 last year. Parking is not secure and a bunch of cars have been broken into, security is hit or miss, sometimes they have it, other times they dont. Neighborhood is not great- I dont know what this Arts District they brag about on the website is. Dont be fooled, you probably wont want to go strolling down Main South. A LOT of things needed fixing from day one. Although we never had a problem with maintenance and they have always treated us well. Repairs have been held up, but that was more outside vendor or management issues.Bottom line- its not really worth it.
Well I can definitely say since I first step foot in junction shop lofts I can definitely say I have not regretted it, the company is Military friendly as that says a lot alone.I have been here 2 years and Staff and Maintenance has been awesome I do plan on a 3rd year here thank you ( junction shop)
I moved into a 1 bedroom here in October. The leasing office was extremely helpful and friendly as I navigated the process of finding the perfect space and moving in.Since living here all of the maintenance and staff has been great. All of the appartments I’ve seen here are beautiful and have so much character. Each appartment is unique and has an updated kitchen and bathroom! All of the common spaces are very useable and I have found all of the other people who live here to be extremely friendly. Also pet friendly, which is great!
The Heating bills were out of this world. The walls are thin. Poorly constructed apartments; sure it looks nice at first glance, but things will fall apart shortly after you move in.
This place looks nice but the reality of living there is pretty terrible. The walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors much more than is reasonable. If the apartment is exposed to the street, or the strip club, you will hear a lot of noise as well. This includes car stereos bumping, and the occasional 3am gunshot. The freight train slowly screeches by loudly as well at all hours of the night. I was on the top floor and it wasn’t unusual to have debri fall from the ceiling. It looked to me like asphalt. Apartments are drafty so prepare for expensive heating bills. Obviously this place wasn’t working out for me. I was exhausted from being routinely woken up by the club, a nocturnal neighbor, or the freight train. If you ask to break your lease they will ask for 3 months rent and try to damage your credit.Response to reply; Were sub 60 degree temperatures clearly described in the lease as well? If you truly care to “help” you could not put a collection on my credit file.
It’s very sad to see how this company treats tenants. There are dangerous individuals allowed to roam the halls here that aren’t addressed by the staff for some reason, and it makes it a very unsettling and generally unsafe feeling to live here, both due to location and how situations are handled here. i would not recommend that anyone move here unless you want to be threatened, yelled at, and spoken down to.
Anyone who writes a positive review about this place is oblivious or works for the company. Where do I start with this place..? First off the building is very poorly constructed. It is extremely deceiving and everyone that comes over comments on how nice of a building it is. The apartments are extremely hollow and you can hear people in the other appointments. When asked about that the main office says that you need to get rugs to dampen the sound. The call system is often broken... Which is super frustrating when you are attempting to have a guest over. My girlfriend requested to have the windows sealed (due to extreme drafts) and they said they would do it the following week. Two weeks went by and it was never accomplished so she inquired about it. The office said that they are doing everyones windows and we would be moved to the top of the list. Apparently this was all a lie because two months had gone by and they never sealed off the windows. When my girlfriend asked about them again they said that it was not the maintenance guys job to do it. So whos job is it to do? On the positive side the apartments have nice tall ceilings and the windows are large. The people that work here are friendly enough but apparently the person who owns the building sucks.
If you want to be ripped off and pay solely for the hipster aesthetic, this place is for you. The heat rarely functions and the draft coming from the windows makes it feel like you are outside. I get that this is a old factory building but window sealant exists for a reason. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing because the walls are paper thin. Whether it is hacking up a lung at 3am or arguing with their spouse, youre sure to know about it. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far, FAR away from this place.
Beautiful apartments! Grounds well maintained. Great amenities...basketball court, movie theater, game room, grill, fire pit, bike rack, etc.
Ive lived here for 2 year and 2 months for now. This neighbor is good for living that is quiet and people are friendly. However, the horrible part is the dryer machine never dry out the clothes completely and always give out sticky smell after using it (even though I cleaned it up over all many times!). The electricity bill is always over $200 per month in summer or winter for either cooling or heating. We can only use AC to heat during winter time in Worcester, which is horrible because it costs too much. My apartment is a townhouse with 2 stairs. The second floor is over warm in the summer but too cold in the winter because the location of AC in the second floor is so bad.The pet areas are so sticky if you wanna walk your pet on it. It can be easily to hear someones steps from outside, upstairs or downstairs in the main building.Sarah is the only one friendly and helpful in the office, others are rude and non-negotiable sometimes.Therere so many better choices around this neighbor now, so I highly recommend you to find somewhere else, seriously!
Do not move here. You will not get your security deposit back they find little things to charge you for. The staff is useless, the electric bills are really high, they will tow your car without notice. I would rather be homeless than to move here.
To start, this place is aboslutely in the middle of the hood with a strip club thats basically attached. Many times walking to the lot where my car is I am aggressively approached for money by the locals. Also, if you live in building C there are about 5 commercial railroad lines right outside your window which make sleeping nearly impossible. The employees at Junction Shop Lofts will not mention anything about the train and its noise, however once you decide to sign your lease they slip into the agreement that you have acknowledged the train noise. (real shady) The walls are paper thin, and if you live below someone you are lucky enough to hear every step they take. The weekends turn into party zone, and the hallways reek of marijuana, and more likely than not you will have a drunk person at your door trying to get in your apartment, because they are lost. Bottom line, there are lot of better places to live in this area.
Bad insulation extremely high electric bills in winter/summer due to electric heat/a.c.. Cars can be towed from tenant lots with even with parking passes at anytime, Staff is incapable of solving issues politely. Beware dont be sucked in by the free months rent incentive.
This place looks nice but looks are deceiving. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing because the walls are so thin. Random debri/dust falls from the ceiling. I came into work most days about to fall asleep at my desk because I kept being woken up from all the noise. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone.
We just moved in and love our unit. We are in building B and we look onto Jackson St. and the courtyard. I understand how people can complain about the club and thin walls, but we are not at all disturbed by these things where we are. We have a separation by an inside hallway from the public hall which helps. We are only here temporarily but are enjoying the loft life, access to onsite gym and the 2 minute drive to my office. The unit is gorgeous and unique, although a little chilly when temps are low. Our February electric bill (heat and lights) was around $300.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I lived here for 2 years. Only reason I renewed the lease was because I was too lazy to move at that time lol. The only redeeming quality about JSL is the leasing office staff, theyre great.Value: Nothing is included in the rent. You will pay water, sewer, cable, wifi, and electricity. If you have a significant other on the lease, theres an extra $50 a month for a parking spot. In terms of electricity, better save up your pennies now because the building is poorly insulated and they use electric heat pumps. Good luck if you have exposed brick. I had a 2 bed 2 bath, kept the 2nd bed as a storage area and kept the door shut at all times during the winter. To keep the temp at 67F in the dead of winter cost me $400 a month. This is because of the terrible heat pumps that constantly fail and force you to use the auxiliary heat. I should consider myself lucky as I came across a gentleman renting a loft and coughed up $750 a month on electricity.Neighborhood safety: nonexistent. I called 911 5 times in 2 years for drug overdoses and violent people directly across from the building. Even saw 3 undercover cops arrest a man by the dumpster in the parking lot. The streets are littered with broken glass and needles and I am not exaggerating. Want to take a walk? Was followed by someone who was proven to be high on crystal meth and wouldnt leave me alone. Want to see the sights of Worcester? Too bad, you get run down buildings and 2 strip clubs a literal stones throw away. Dont let them tell you youre in the cultural district thats on the up and up... its an absolute lieThe building may seem nice at first, but dont let them fool you. You can find much better options than allowing this real estate company to suck your hard earned money from you
LOOKS ARE DECEIVING!I’ve been paying over $800 in electric bills for the past two months(Nov/Dec) due to the poor heating and problems with the electrical connections. The main heating unit was just fixed (yes fixed right in December) and they don’t seem to inspect these things before moving you in. If you plug in a portable heater then other plugs in the loft wont work. No insulation in this place at all! You hear the wind coming in through the brick!!The only positive thing are the front desk ladiesOther than that, don’t even move here!$1,450rent$ 800-900 electric$30 water & sewer$30 renters insurance$50 parking for the second vehicle
Look at the reviews everywhere. Management is racist, they will tow your car for nothing. They will enter your apartment without permission and they have roaches everywhere! I just moved in and found a million and they want to charge me for them! Don’t move here! Look at all the reviews before you do. It looks nice but once you are in you will regret it.
Ive had a wonderful two years of living here at Junction Shop with my family while my home was being built. The staff and community were always friendly and welcoming.
My boyfriend and I have lived at JSL for the past 4 years. I am appreciative of the amenities, especially the community room that can be reserved for free. This quite space with wifi helped me to get through nursing school and it was the same space that allowed me to celebrate with my family when I graduated. The maintenance team is responsive, friendly, and efficient. I have placed several service requests over the years and the team has always gone above and beyond to educate me on how to keep things running more efficiently (for instance rinsing out the filter in the washer...the one that pulls out like a drawer...didnt know that? well now you do!). The front desk staff are friendly and have shown care for my needs. They have kept our packages safe, our home functioning properly, and have made for some entertaining conversations. The rules are outlined in black and white in the lease that we signed which serves to keep us safe and our apartments functional. I would recommend JSL to anyone who is looking for a reasonably-priced apartment that is less than a mile from the commuter rail and downtown for some authentic food and entertainment.
We moved here recently. The staff are considerate and helpful. People are friendly and you get a community vibe. It is easy to chat with someone new in the game room or enjoy a beer together at the barbecue. Having been an urban dweller in other cities, I can affirm that though this area of Worcester has a gritty feel, it is safer than many.We love being a short walk away from numerous great Cafes and restaurants. I have noticed a few bad reviews of the place but I would note that those writing them dont seem to get what it means to live in a densely urban areas. You might get a car broken into, but Ill let you in on a dirty little secret, we have lived in nicer suburban and urban areas and had plenty of problems with theft and other petty crimes. If youre looking for a great place in the city thats close to everything - a place that has all the charm of yesterday and a with all the amenities of modernity, Junction shop Lofts is the place.
Despite tons of the negative reviews, i still want to give this place a shot. I called 11am this morning and ask for the money order information so that i can have a hold of an apt. I have not received the email until 2:39. I called twice bewteen 11-2, first time nobody answered, second time she said she did not put .com after my email address.lol. then she told me she just received money order from another person minutes ago and ask me if i want another one which is more expensive. I just thought is so funny about this thing, is this some kind of drama? glad i did not choose here.
So excited to finally be leaving this place. Looks nice, but poorly constructed. Tall ceilings, and thin/uninsulated walls make for astronomical electric heating bills. Any furniture near the brick walls will be routinely covered in falling rubble/mortar/dust. The leasing office is on its FOURTH manager in 14 months - talk about high turnover. Not that the manager really helps with anything anyway - everything has to go to “corporate”. Neighborhood is rough. The freight trains and fights at the strip club every weekend do a good job of lulling you to sleep.
I never got so screwed in my entire life by a company.
Proceed with caution. I second EVERY SINGLE review here: this place is nice looking, but about as well made as a paper house. Leasing office is friendly, but the company on the whole is largely ripping people off. Our downstairs neighbors smoked cigarettes for a stretch of time, and wed wake up to smoke in our bedroom. We had to ASK for our windows/walls to be checked for drafts because come December, we could literally feel ice cold wind blowing inside. Only then did it dawn on these geniuses to actually seal up our windows, and it still didnt fix the issue. Were rarely in our apartment, and we keep the thermostat VERY low in the winter, and were still incurring a MASSIVE electric bill every month. Bottom line: get ready to live in an icebox in the winter, an oven in the summer, and STILL pay $300+ for electric :)
Junction Shop Lofts is an extremely deceiving place. When we first moved in, they claimed that there would be a 24-hour security guard to ensure our safety (part of their justification for their high rental prices), but he quit after the first month and has not been replaced. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every move your neighbors make above, below, and beside you. Additionally, the exposed brick walls in these apartments are not insulated, which means that the air from the outside has very little stopping it from getting into your apartment. That, combined with the extremely high ceilings, makes it impossible to heat your apartment efficiently, and you will end up paying $150-$250 in electric bills every month. The workmanship of the apartment is extremely shoddy--the hardwood floors come apart, leaving trails of splinters and dislodged wood, and doors do not stay closed, and the building has settled, resulting in gap 2+ inches tall between the walls and the floors, worsening the heating problem. And despite the fact that you have to pay a fee for every car over the amount of bedrooms you have, there is very little parking, worsened by their constant construction and snow removal policies. Finally, there is very high office staff turnover, meaning that it is often very difficult to communicate about problems. I have put in six calls to maintenance, all of which when unanswered and unreturned. When maintenance does show up, they completely disregard the agreed-upon time and make it very difficult to maintain any semblance of privacy by refusing to give you any kind of ETA.
Rough neighborhood but otherwise beautiful building. Very easy to commute to &from
The living quarters while I was deployed to the middle east are preferable to this apartment complex. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything through out the building (screaming, crying, yelling) and there is no insulation so its always freezing. Just to keep the temperature at 60˚ during the winter is around $400/month. There is a basketball court below our apartment we were assured we wouldnt be able to hear. Its literally been driving me insane for the past 9 months, and every request to fix it has been shot down. They lied to us and take no responsibility for it. The apartment is around $2000 a month, and it is a complete waste. Id recommend looking literally ANYWHERE else. Its a business, and nothing else.
Read the reviews on google and yelp. the staff is racist, rude and they will do anything to steal money from you. I have many neighbors that absolutely are horrified as well. Please look twice before getting this place. anywhere u see there reviews dont disregard them. The staff is extremely racist and disorganized! Theres many other beutiful places in Worcester and even Shrewsbury with amazing reviews!
The property manger is very rude, very unprofessional. Doesn’t even let me finish talking quick to cut me off. Every time I had an appointment or on the phone she seemed brother by me huffing and puffing rolling her eyes. she was so rude made me not want the apartment and I withdraw my application.I asked her why you so rude? She said she don’t have time for feelings
Got screwed over big time 9 months ago.
The leasing office is useless. Tried adding a person to my lease in February and still have not heard back after they said it would take a week max. Too late now as we are leaving by june 30th. This was the second time this happened with us at this unit. We signed a 15 month lease which was a huge mistake. There are no utilities included. You pay water/sewer, electric and cable/wifi. Heat and hot water is electric so our bill all winter was 450 for a 55 degree apartment. 2 of us stopped using the dryer and hang our clothes to reduce the electric bill. For a brand new elevator, the one in B building is ridiculously loud and shakes the wall right next to my room. Love hearing it all the time especially at 2am. It is a smoking friendly facility apparently as the ventilation units for apartments are connected so I have cigarette smoke coming in my apartment from downstairs. This is a great feature as an asthmatic that doesnt smoke. Also, walls are super thin so you can hear everything. I love on the top floor and can hear the dog 2 floors down howling all the time. Id recommend you dont live here. They lied about a security officer when I moved in. He was there for about 2 months then they fired him short notice and never replaced him adter saying they would. After he left, there was 8 break-ins in two days to peoples cars in the security-camera monitored parking lots. They tore down a building nearby before winter for more parking area, instead its still blocking a good chunk of the original parking lot so those spaces cant be used. Theres no parking during the winter or summer so good luck. Save your money and look elsewhere. Unless you happen to have a helicopter, they have a helipad on one building. They also tow your car regardless if you are in their computer system if it snows. So you could literally have no warning, like my roommate.
Anyone living there now... you can request them to seal the windows with caulking and put foam insulator between the floor and walls to keep out the drafts. Its not perfect, but does make a difference in the draft and noise from bottom apartments.
Just trust me and stay away. Its a trap.
Rip off, pay too much to be treated so poorly
High ceilings, exposed brick. Everything one could hope for in a post-industrial apartment complex.
Looks great 👍
Pretty nice apartment
Gorgeous aptd
