I used this company last year with great results. They gave me a great deal for all of the services I needed. This year their price was higher, but because of the tech I decided to get the same service. They didn’t complete the services requested and when I called back to bring it to their attention they said I had paid for fewer services. I’m left with incomplete pest control at a higher price. I think that’s bad business. The technician is wonderful, but if they don’t inform him of what he’s coming to spray for it can’t be done. I wish they would have corrected the mistake when I brought it to their attention. Instead I paid $95 for an incomplete service and will not be a returning customer.Adding this in reply to the information that Eastern Exterminators has responded:I was told I would be getting the same service I received the first time. I was not given that service. The first time I got an indoor and outdoor treatment. The second time I was told I was getting the same treatment, given a price and that service was not given. Instead I was given only indoor service and told I needed to pay more for outdoor. That is not what I asked for originally. I think it would have been worth the $45 on your end to retain a customer that would be willing to pay the full service fee for the total package she requested and was quoted.
