Ive been using Lawn Doctor for many years. They always take great care of my yard on a regular basis and respond immediately to my questions. I also like the bulletins they send out explaining what treatments theyve done for the particular season. Additionally, the bulletins have lots of helpful tips for mowing and other lawn maintenance items. Employees are very polite, professional, and are always willing to discuss yard issues and provide good suggestions. Pricing is quite reasonable.

Just moved into my house and was calling around for lawn care. I got a hold of these guy and discovered they were familiar with my lawn as the previous owner had a contract with them. They immediately came out and got started with the proper application of product. Once the weather warmed up and the lawn came back to life, it is very lush and dark green. The above questions do not address my concern. I had to answer - I would say poor quality if weeds dont die.I contacted Lawn doctor to do my lawn. I expected someone to at least meet me before they started and explain what I am paying for. The people come out leave a flag in the yard and thats it. There is no contact and when the weeds dont die I wonder if my entire yard is being done. I have asked for them to let me know when they are going to be here, so I can make sure where they are spraying. I dont expect them to contact me every time but at least once. The weeds are not dying in the backyard or side yard.

We recently started using the Lawn Doctor NW Atlanta. Our yard was newly sodded when we purchased about 6 months ago. The technicians have been responsive, and explained the needs of the new lawn. I am please with their service, and their fees are very reasonable.

These guys did a great job aerating my lawn in Cartersville. I could tell they took extra attention to a few really tough spots in my lawn that I know will help make a big difference. Will use again next year!

Cant say enough about Lawn Doctor. My front and back yards had weeds sprouting up everywhere. I was afraid we were going to lose our beautiful bermuda grass. We called Lawn Doctor and within a couple weeks we saw all the weeds wilting and dying. At the same time, my bermuda grass sprang up and grew in much thicker than ever. Lawn Doctor comes periodically to spray their magic on my lawn. Before Lawn Doctor, I got an HOA letter about once a month - the dreaded weed letter. I bought weed and feed, grass seed, sod, spray fertilizer, you name it and it changed little. I know I spent way more money DIY and my time, effort and sweat to get poor results, regardless of the brand name. Ill stick with Lawn Doctor for less money overall and way better results!

No complaints whatsoever. Our lawn appearance is beautiful! Trees and shrubs are also doing well. We never have a problem if we forget to bring in the dogs. Of course once we see the technician we bring the girls inside but the technician doesn’t seem to be bothered by our sweet pups! I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a competent and friendly lawn service.

Lawn Doctor of Woodstock is great! They call a day ahead to say theyre coming, tells us what they are going to do and the approximate time of day. They do what they say they will do....and are good at what they do!

At times, the service technician will allow too much fertlizer to drop on the grass and this leaves burn spots or spots of grass are killed -

To save money, I had taken the do-it-yourself approach for many years, following the University of GA Extension Service instructions for fertilizing the lawn, and for weed control, but it never worked well on the weeds. Within the first year of service, Lawn Doctors fertilizer and weed control program worked wonders on my lawn. The weed problem has gone away, and is now under control. I have used this Company now a couple of times and they seem very fair and concerned about the delivery of their services.

I have used Lawn Doctor for a while and had decent results. Lately the weeds have been out of control and I had to call for several re treats. I just thought it was the extra rain we were getting. They called ahead and stated they would be there Friday to treat. Friday I was working from home and witnessed the man come in my back yard and just sprinkle some fertilizer around my patio area. He didnt go anywhere near the edges, middle, or back of my yard. The area near my house is Bermuda and the back is fescue. He then left my yard and never returned. After 10 minutes I went to see where he went and he was gone. I called the office to verify what was supposed to be done with my lawn that day, and Shawn confirmed by his description, the man who serviced my lawn didnt even do half the work. He called the technician to come back out and stated the man didnt see any weeds so he didnt spray my yard. That I would have to go out back and point out the weeds to the technician. I offered to take pictures of the multiple different types of weeds and mushrooms growing. When the technician showed back up he openly admitted almost as soon as I opened the door he didnt spray my yard. He stated he had a rough morning and thought he had broken his foot. He then pointed at his foot and gimped away to spray. (Mind you his first visit which was 20 minutes prior he was walking fine) I tried to call the office 3 or 4 times the rest of the day to speak with Shawn who I originally had spoken to, so I could report the resolution, and let him know his technician was possibly injured. I was finally able to get ahold of someone today. Shawn did make it right and removed my charge but I have since canceled my yard. I feel as though they lost my trust. I paid a decent amount every spray and am not sure I was ever getting the full service I paid for all this time.
