Was great until they just decided to drop me for calling them out for showing up unannounced. I had one day off after working 10 days straight days in a row and didn’t want to be bothered and relax with my 3 month old baby. They showed up anyway. Told them to leave and even apologized to the employee later on and zero response. I’m over it. Poorly ran company. Got northwest now, bye Felicia.

Bug-Off is a pretty good exterminating company...as far as getting rid of pest.. I had no issues with them up until the end of our contract. Which was just last month. The issue came from a communication aspect... Im a single mom with 4 kids. I have a set budget on everything I do. Thats how I stay afloat... Im not too sure why but Matt. The exterminator who was assigned to my home failed to text me as he normally did when he was coming to my home... I appreciated the fact that he texted because at time I didnt have the money. So I would just reschedule with him for a time I did have the money.. the last 2 sessions he failed to do so. The first time. I was confused when I noticed the charges but realized he hadnt text... I didnt say anything then. I had the money so no issues the fee was covered... 3 months passed I get no text. Check my bank app. Notice a charge. It was a Friday and after their business hours. So I couldnt call the office. First thing Monday I called the office.. I spoke to a man. I let him know that I hadnt been notified of the visit..plus I also let him know of the previous charge without being told... I told him that because I had been charged without my knowledge I now was in negatives with my bank since I didnt have the funds to cover the fee. I was also charged the 35 $ late fee.

I did extensive research into the termite inspection and treatment companies serving my area. I contacted the large national orgs and also Bug-Off who I read great things about. I also had a friend refer me to Bug-Off. With Bug-Off I was inspected within a day. Alex took time to walk through activity he was seeing, exactly what the treatment options were, how they all worked, and provided an on the spot quote that was very competitive. A week later a team arrived on time and executed the treatment plan described by Alex. The team took time give me a tour of the treatment areas and point out some extra steps they had taken to ensure success. Very pleased and I would recommend Bug-Off to others.

This is the best exterminator service ive come across. They offer guaranties on the services rendered and they are highly affordable.

Alex gave us peace of mind. We werent sure if there was a wall in our home that had either a dead animal or infested with termites. He gave us an excellent assessment! He was also able to come out the same day with no issues.

I have been a Bug-Off Customer since the early 2000s and they have been an excellent Bug Exterminator as well as excellent Termite Service over the years. However, I would be careful on using them for Wildlife. They will certainly take your 1 year contract money as in my case. But they could not prevent the mouse infiltration issue I was having over the course of the year and did not allow me to renew my contract at the $140.00 rate. There were a couple of very competent individuals in that department whose names were Colton and Robert but unfortunately they havent been cloned. I experienced the pain of that departments internal turnover but outside of Colton and Robert most of the previous folks were not able to come close to addressing my issue. I totally hold their Wild Life manager accountable who basically stated they are losing money on me. But I bet I can sign another 1 year agreement with them at the higher price. A great way to treat a 16 year customer!

I did business with this company and found that they overlooked large holes and points of entry at my homes foundation line. I had gone back and forth with them during the year I worked with them. It cost me 2300 to hire a company that specializes in rodents to get my home sealed all over not just at the gutter line. This is on top of the 1100 I paid Bug Off. I wasted time and money. I contacted Bug Off for critter removal in my attic. Alex came out to my house at the appointed time, did a thorough inspection of my attic and determined the corrective measures that needed to be taken to remove the critters and ensure they stay gone. The crew arrived at the appointed time and did the varmint removal and remediation. I also had them replace some of the batting and install additional installation in the attic. I have been a pest control customer of Bug-Offs for years, and when we noticed the sound of squirrels in our chimney we decided to give them a call. The price was reasonable, and Alex and the team that installed the squirrel prevention equipment on the house were professional, fast, and answered all of my questions. In two follow-up appointments to check for squirrel activity in thee attic, there has been no evidence of any squirrels. We have also noticed no more sounds in the chimney. We have gotten everything that we were promised and were told that if we think we hear anything to just give them a call. A great job overall.

Bug Off Exterminators were excellent from start to finish. They are honest, hardworking people which is so appreciated. We had flying squirrels in our attic and we are trying to sell our home so it was important for the squirrels to be gone quickly and our house sealed up properly. Recently also had them come by to do a termite inspection (no issues but it had been five years) and provide a treatment. Alex did the inspection and then clearly and patiently explained to me by phone the next steps including costs. After took a day to think it through, I called and had Alex schedule treatment. On day of, my technician Brandon called ahead prior to the 9am appointment to let me know he was 30-40 minutes out, explained the specifics of the service when he arrived, and completed his work efficiently. Weve been using Bug-Off for quarterly pest control for the past year and a half with great success so when we spotted a couple bats in one of our attic gables, we gave them a call and we had an inspector come out quickly to assess the situation and provide a quote to clean up the droppings, sanitize the attic, and put outside metal screens up. The technician Clay came out and did a thorough job. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and gave me updates throughout the process. You can hardly even notice the exterior screens. Extremely pleased with Bug-Off all around. After having Arrow come out during our home inspection and feeling pestered to start service with them, I wanted to do a bit more research on local companies and pricing they offer for pest control and termite protection. I had originally contacted Bug-Off after seeing wonderful reviews and better pricing. Alex came out and got me a quote to start both services. I wasnt quite ready to start termite protection but unfortunately ended up needing to call after seeing a few roaches in our new home. I spoke with Don who was so friendly and helpful in giving me information and pricing to be prepared for. I was expecting a large charge and was told to not expect that - that they would come out and first start the quarterly pest control and see if that was enough to take care of the problem. Thats when I spoke with Tim who was also so friendly and despite his schedule, set up to come out the next day to take care of the problem. Tim came to our home yesterday and immediately we knew we picked the right place and had the right guy! He was friendly, funny, and very informative. No question was off the table and he didnt seem bothered by our questions and concerns. He told us the quarterly was enough to get by and we didnt need to do anything bigger for our problem, that he wants to make sure his customers get the best deal. Last week I saw a juvenile rat in my kitchen. Yikes!!! For a few weeks Ive heard squirrels in the attic but rats are too much. After the sighting, I immediately called Bug Off because Ive had a relationship with them for pest and termite control for over 20 years. The Bug-Off inspector came out that day, looked around and gave me a quote. Today Clay and Jerrod came here and did the work of sealing off the gap (and it was a gap) and other holes in the attic as well as protecting the attic from future rodent entry. They were very professional and kind in explaining things to me. Your work is greatly appreciated. I can now relax somewhat in my home. Just waiting for the traps they set to snap if any are inside after the exclusion work. Clay said they mostly leave during the day and come back at night. Ive learned more than I ever wanted to know about rats today!

Knows what to do when she is here and has always answered any of my question and responded to any of my request professionally. I never see ant bugs so that answers that question. Always calls me a day or two ahead of time and is always there when she says she will be. She has befriended my Doberman diesel and from what she says they are good friends. We hired Bug Off for our new office. They came out and treated for outside bugs coming in and said it would take 7- 10 before we would see the effects. Two weeks late we still had the same bug issue so I called them back out again to treat a second time. Again I was told it would be 7-10 days before we would stop seeing the bugs. Another three weeks went by and the problem was still as bad as when we first called. We purchased our own Pest Control and treated over the weekend and two days later... NO BUGS! I called Bug Off and told them what happened and that we wanted a refund. Two different people told me they did not guarantee their work and they would not refund. I will never use another company that does not guarantee their work!

We have been with Bug Off for many years and they have always done a great job with keeping our home bug-free. Tim W. is very professional and courteous and diligently sprays throughout our home, garage, workshop and deck. If I have any questions or concerns with bugs between appointments, he is quick to respond without complaint. We highly recommend Bug Off to anyone needing pest control.

Kristi has been our exterminator for over twenty years, and is so much more than that. She is a very pleasant person, and is more friend than bug lady. We moved here 13 years ago and made sure she would still be able to take care of our home. She is a tremendous asset to the company.

Paid 165.00 for them to come out and address a roach issue for a one time treatment and promised second treatment if the issue continued within 30 days. it worked at first but because I am seeing roaches just over 30 days they will not honor another guaranteed treatment. The only reason we did not sign up for yearly treatment is because we are planning on moving but for us to pay that large amnt for a one time service and for them to not come back out again is Poor customer service. Will not be using or recommending this company to anyone

Brendan and Bryan came out and did a totally thorough job, not only reinforcing my roof returns, but also making sure that they would look good (meaning not being visible) once painted to match. That was certainly above and beyond the letter of the agreement, and I appreciate their willingness to help.

Kristi the bug lady has been doing our house and our rental house for 6 years. We appreciate her and her work. She is always on time and professional. We love that she is always friendly and caring with our animals. She always answers any questions we have and helps in whatever way she can. We could not ask for a better Bug Lady.

We have used Bug Off for several years for pest control and have had no issues. We recently had them seal up our soffits to keep pests out and Clay was great. He worked by himself for 2 days and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Ive been using Bug-Off for many years now and have had nothing but positive results. I was sad to see Ric leave, but Tim has maintained the same level of quality service. When I called to report ants in between service, he came that afternoon, treated the inside, and then walked the perimeter to find where they were coming on. Tim is always friendly and thorough.

I am so glad I called Bug-Off. Alex came and gave us the estimate, we made an appointment and they, Bryan, Brandyn, Micheal and Eric arrived today and performed everything as promised. Cant wait till I get these critters gone. Eric will come back weekly for follow ups and change the traps out. Great prices and would recommend their business to all.

Matt has been our technician for the past 4 plus years. He is very friendly, personable and does his work thoroughly. He also accommodates our schedule and works on days and times that are best for us. He insist that if we have any issues to please let him know as soon as possible but I am glad to say we have not need to do so. We have been a Bug-Off client for over 14 years have been very happy with their services.

Had several companies provide quote and Bug Off was competitively priced and they are a local small business which is a plus. Responsive and professional and Termite treatment with the New Termidor HPII was far better than traditional trenching process of Old.Brandyn did great job, explained process, and reviewed bond and application at the end. Would not hesitate to recommend if you are in market for the services they can provide.

Brandon and Donovan arrived on time and answered all of my questions when treating my home for termite prevention. I also use Bug-Off for monthly pest control, and they always do whatever is needed to get rid of the seasonal ants we have been seeing the last few springs. Highly recommend.
