Great place to live. I love it . Clean and quiet. I would recommend. Units are very spacious . Many amenities. Great staff. Safe environment. Gated community. Awesome for kids too. Happy all around.
The apartments themselves are really nice! It’s a great area and close to everything!Great amount of square footage for a reasonable price. I wouldn’t move here if you are looking and can afford more. In the past year I’ve had my car broken into, a package stolen from my front door and then today my car tires were slashed!! These things can happen anywhere but I feel that is a lot within one year especially for the area and living in a gated community with an officer on site.
Living at Ridgewalk apartments for the past 3 years has been a wonderful experience. My 2 bedroom is spacious, comfortable, and the complex has lots of amenities to enjoy. I must say the environment is safe, nice and clean. Staff is amazing! Keirston I always attentive and made sure am taken care of, Caleb is always patient and very helpful, and you can see Dee Dee works very hard keep things together. They make a great team. I would definitely recommend staying here.
I have been living here almost two yrs.It quiet and peaceful.I feel safe here sense it gated.Office Staff is very friendly and always helpful.The Maintence guy ARGE Is very polite and always smiling.He is always there if u call need something wk.on.He is so far the best Maintence guy here.He wks.very hard on the team.
I have to say that they did awesome with getting me moved in. Even with our new norm they took care of all questions and needs. I was very happy. Caleb also made me feel welcome. I love the area is so peaceful. Neighbors are nice. I love it. Thank you so much.
I dont know if theyve hired new people,or whether the reviews on here are just completely exaggerated, but my experience signing a lease and moving in has been one of the less stressful situations Ive experienced! Caleb made the process easy and fast! Whenever I had questions,or called multiple times a day, he was always there for me. If he was too busy on the phone, or out on the property, there was someone there to answer my questions. This team made sure I was set up for success!! Great job team!
This place is beautiful quiet safe gated community. I visited here a month for the summer . the people friendly the pool is the best it feels like a resort, full basketball court, gym,tennis,volly ball Costco across the street, full outlet mall stores next door nail salon, Applebees, McDonalds, a club bar restaurant called Marlows a Race trac gas station . I may put in my application in October a nice place and a big church across the street.
I understand during COVID-19 it’s a lot of changes and new things. I was interested in moving into these apartment. I reached out and I got a email back with apartment pricing and application cost telling me to apply quick because they go quick. I had a few questions, I have emailed 3 times within the last three week and called and left a voicemail but nobody has reached back out to me. I guess it just not meant to be. Very poor communication skills.
Everything seemed nice and steady.Until a week before we moved in,They ran our credit and took our money, just to find out our apartment was still being occupied and that there wasn’t anything available until July. We were told we could move in within a week. Scam don’t come here. They do t have their paperwork together and they are in a rush to get money. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
I love living at Ridgewalk. I have been living here for 4 years. Its close to everything. The office staff is always so nice and the mainteenance guys are nice too. Ridgewalk is great place to live and its affordable!
On my second year of staying at Ridgewalk Apartments. The leasing staff is very understanding and knowledgeable. This is by far the best apartment complex I have stayed at. Everything is taken care of in a timely manner.
Nothing is ever perfect. Nowhere, nohow. Having said that, Ive lived here for years and have never had a problem that wasnt quickly addressed and resolved.Management and maintenance staff are supurb. I refer to the property manager, Dee Dee Davis, as an Earth Angel. Her assistant, Kirsten, is so sweet she could have been a box of candy. The two leasing agents are great.The residents are thoughtful and respectful. The few who are not, dont last.The amenities are well maintained.The proximity to everything is excellent.Check it out. Youll be glad you did.
My husband and I were in the process of applying for an apartment here. Everything was great until after ALL the paperwork we did (and the $60 we spent in fees) we were then informed, quite rudely, that because my husband has a criminal background from almost TEN years ago, we were immediately disqualified. It’s fine, we understand, but the leasing staff had NO empathy or compassion for our situation. The man working there told my husband “hey don’t take your tension out on me man!” When we asked for our deposit back! We then asked to speak to the manager to see if there was something we could do. We were going to ask if we could provide an extra deposit or character references to help. She came out and cracked the door acting as if we were a bother to her. Very rude lady who had no interest in being of any help. All she said was “we don’t allow FELONS to live here.” Take your money somewhere else!!!!!
Great community, nice and clean.I have no issues. Friendly management,maintenance and tenants. Great at getting things fixed in a timely manner. Near by shopping, great schools.
Thinner than usual walls and flooring. You will hear everything from sex,music, children playing which was no big deal for me, TVs playing, arguing and even conversation from neighbors under you and above. The staff is pleasant with one exception.....you will find out who. Very very very prejudice when it comes to tenant concerns.
My household appreciates the Covid-19 concession on our rent for the few months of sheltering in. Was thoughtful of yall.

I am very upset and angry with the leasing office. They are very rude and unprofessional. Especially Dee Dee the black manager should be fired because she clearly does not know how to speak to her customers and makes your company look real bad. Ma’am you need to learn how to do your job the right way because I am taking this to a higher management and make sure you get fired. :)

I cannot speak on the apartment complex specifically anymore (I was a resident 2014-2016), but this review is in regards to the customer service I have experienced within the last week.Back in 2016 we broke our lease and had to give a 60 day notice and pay an additional months rent. We did this, but there was some mishandling of our final payment. I hand delivered the payment to an employee, but it was misplaced. I had a difficult time with management at the time trying to resolve this issue. It took me months to get in touch with someone to have them tell me that they never received my final payment. Once I did get in touch with one employee, Dee-Dee, she put in the effort to help me figure out what happened. Once the issue was passed to the property manager, we had a couple of conversations before she never contacted me again. (Ill save all the details, but I kept record of every conversation.) It was my understanding that our account was satisfied.Just last week I received a phone call that my account had been sent to a collection agency (this was a year and a half since the last time Ridgewalk contacted me, and a very different conversation). After I was able to get in contact with management at Ridgewalk, I discovered that Dee-Dee was now the property manager. She explained that our account was sent by mistake (understandable since the last property manager never followed up) and that she had already submitted our account to be removed from collections. Of all the staff I was able to meet during my residency and after, she has been the most helpful. She seems to truly care about the service she provides.
Well I lived at Ridgewalk for a year and 6 months before I had to move out of town for family reasons, however during my stay I had nothing but positive experiences from friendly neighbors, a great gym, spacious apartment, safe neighborhood, nice new church across the street and close to pretty much everything you can think of. Ill be returning to GA soon and hopefully back to this great location
The least helpful staff. Multiple nights I have called the emergency line/courtesy officer and only once did they even return a call, but they never came. Multiple packages stolen in front of our door and they office used to hold packages but no longer will. They do nothing about the theft, trash and dog feces everywhere, and even things which are their responsibility they do nothing about. Once our sink was clogged for almost 2 WEEKS after multiple calls AND in person visits to the office and when we complained, they said they never received a request and that is just one instance of problems like that.
This place is disgusting. Every time dumpster is unloaded they leave trash for days that is missed.
The staff was amazing! Tarene has helped us SO much and has gone above and beyond her job to get us approved for our apartment. We have been looking for a place for a couple months and this is by far the nicest and most reasonably priced. Plus the staff just made us want to call this our new home.
I have lived here for 1 year and while it wasnt so great when I first moved in, the property is under new ownership and management. The maintenance dept has improved from 3 star to 5. I am so impressed with all the improvements. I recommend this property often to friends.
They somehow “lost” our first months tent after we paid our deposit. And without telling us so when we move out 2 years later we are expecting a full deposit back after they said the apartment was left in great condition. However when we called they said unless we can prove with a 2 year old money order receipt that we gave in hand to the apartment staff that we would not receive our refund! How about you let us know that we are “late” on our rent the first month we are living there when I still have the receipt!Also, good luck trying to get in touch with any regional managers or company because they will NOT return your call.
Staff is horrible, young and unprofessional, they never answer the phones. They rush you through the application. They have banker hours it hard to see an apartment. The application don’t ask the right questions as far as have you ever filed bankruptcy and they deny you for that reason. They take up to 30 days to give your money back which only took them minutes to receive. I wouldn’t suggest these apartments at all.

I WAS DENIED AN APARTMENT BASED ON MY CREDIT EVEN THOUGH IM A COMBAT VETERAN WHO SERVED THIS COUNTRY AND HAVE A PERFECT RENTAL HISTORY WITH NO EVICTIONS AND HAVE NEVER MISSED RENT BUT THEY DIDNT CARE. NOT ONLY DO THE STAFF AT THIS PLACE DO NOT CARE ABOUT VETERANS BUT I WAS TOLD BY CALEB THE PROPERTY MANAGER THAT I WAS NOT 100% DISABLED BECAUSE I DIDNT LOOK LIKE IT AND HE ALSO INSULTED ME ON MY CREDIT SCORE. I WANT HIM FIRED OR RETRAINED EXTENSIVELY ON HOW TO DEAL WITH LEASING PROSPECTS OR THIS REVIEW STAYS UP. DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SUPPORT VETERANS.

DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Management doesnt take care of issues, Dog poop everywhere, Even if you turn in your apartment in immaculate conditions, they look for excuses to keep your deposit ( such as 21 months worth of carpet use) even though the carpet had no stains, holes, or damage. The carpet was hardly used as we were barely even home at all. Dont be fooled by the nice office, pool and gym area.
I lived there for a year. So the management poor. They will let anybody move in. There a riff raff kids running around at all times. Dog crap everywhere. Trash in the breeze ways. I have see housing projects better managed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars if the maintenance crew. They do everything they can for people but 90% of the time management prohibits them from helping. I moved a month ago and still havent gotten my deposit back. The units are nice and the staff is nice just very poorly managed. Could be a nice place. FYI if you move there dont leave your bikes outside. I had 2 stolen that were chained up and someone even stole a pair of my shoes from the washer in the laundry facility. Sad great location nice units but ghetto!
Has completely gone downhill within the past two years. The old management was wonderful, prompt, and knew me by name. The new management ignores maintenance requests, doesnt know who I am, lost all record of my pet deposit, and dont fix anything (the back gate was broken for months). I love animals but the grounds smell like dog crap because they dont enforce any rules so people let their dogs go everywhere. Kids run all over the parking lot when there is a tennis court they could play in that has been locked since I moved in. The rent keeps going up and the quality keeps going down.
Worst apartment I have ever lived at including the Terraces! Moving in was a complete mess the front office staff has no idea what they are doing. Where to even begin.. there are people that live here that smoke weed in the hallways, it doesn’t matter how much you clean roaches infest the apartment & maintenance does nothing.. except for ride around all day on their golf carts! You think you should be able to experience even simple things like being able to park next to your home, but no you have to park on the other side of the complex & walk a mile to get to your apartment. The dumpster area is always overflowing & disgusting! Every month Dee Dee the manager adds unknown fees onto our rent without being able to tell us what for.. this apartment complex is a complete nightmare & I cannot wait until my lease is up... just a few warnings before you think about moving here you get what you pay for!
Please be aware and consider all options when moving into this complex. My husband and I were super excited about moving into what we thought was a beautiful community. Our dreams of starting a life together have been shatter by the shadows of make believe. This is our story of how we ended up at Ridgewalk apartments. When we visit the leasing office the staff seem polite and were eager to get us into one of their “luxury apartments”. They sold us on how great the location is and how they have community events and maintenance having 24 hours turnaround time on fixing issues. 3 months into us moving in we started noticing some scary things on top of the misleading lure tactics to get you to sign a lease. There’re no community events, maintenance can barely speak English and the apartment is far from luxury. The building we moved into has drug activity, late night “block parties”, policy activity often, and cars being broken into. We notify the property manager about the situation and was met with. ‘You’re the only ones complaining about this” You signed a year lease. “People who complain a lot around here don’t last long”. Wow! Really? Way to treat your tenant. The message I received from all that was. So, what, who cares and if you cause trouble I’ll find a way to get you out of here.Bottom line we are extremely sad and disappointed in the property management. We tried to contact the corporate office in Orlando and was redirected to a voicemail of the Atlanta base regional manager. We get a lady’s voicemail, however, we have left 5+ voicemail and have never received a call back.
I find most people who bother to write apartment reviews are those with some huge grip against the property, so I feel compelled to write a review here. Alta Ridgewalks location is unbeatable. It is in close proximity to all things transportation, shopping and great food. I like the spacious floor plans and the access to common area and its little gym. The best part of the apartment without a doubt is the property manager, Anita. She has made us (My 2 kids and I) feel welcomed, keeps the place looking great, and immediately takes care of any repairs. Anita and her staff are quick to respond to any issues that you have. They have tenant events where everyone can get together and mingle. . They know you by name when you walk through the door and that is unusual. I rarely go in the office and no matter how much time goes by, they still know me. The second best thing is the size of the closets - awesome sizes. I own clothes enough to supply a small country, but I have no problem fitting everything in here.Of course, as anything in life, it is not perfect....but the positives outweigh the negatives.The one negative is dog poop on the grounds. But like a great property manager does; Anita and her staff have sent out notices remind tenants with pets to please pick after their business and even added extra poop stations for waste to be disposed off. This issue is getting much better, well except when it rains...People get lazy about it.

Terrible place to live. They don’t walk through before you move in so you don’t know what kind of condition the apartment is going to be in. You have to berate them for a move out inspection where they send someone who doesn’t know company policy. Then charge you for things that were already covered in fees that you pay because you pay for every little thing there. No parking because they do not care if non-residents park outside of the guest parking or not. Very unorganized, never had their information correct. Rude management (minus the assistant manager). All in all, I lived there 3 years, was a great resident, and now they are charging me for a carpet they have to replace because I had animals whether there were stains or not.
Definitely seen some sketchy people through here. Since the exit has been put in for Ridgewalk Parkway it has increased potential for crime and their get away is now easier.
This is a nice place but management is the absolute worst. She has a really nasty attitude and on top that the office staff were in there when I moved in talking about all the stuff they get from people when they get evicted. To really be happy about taking people things when they fall on hard times is a dam shame.

I heard gun shots in the apartment above me and witnessed a man getting jumped right out side my door. I had to come outside with brass knuckles to stop the incident.
Theives, Theives, Theives! Keep every receipt and record of every conversation. Take pictures when moving in and moving out and write names of every person in the office! We moved out of this complex in 2015 after paying rent here on time monthly for TWO YEARS. When we moved out we were charged for a stain in the carpet near the front door. They claimed they had to remove and put down all new carpet which we found unbelievable but still decided to make payment arrangements with the property manager for $1600. We made the final payment within a couple of months and they showed us a $0 balance in the computer system. Fair enough right? Four years later, we just received a letter from a collections agency that Alta Ridgewalk turned us in to a collections agency THIS YEAR because some how our balance went from $0 back to $1600. We paid with money orders, so it was very easy to STEAL for whoever just decided to go in the system with year and pad numbers. We could only verify the first installment because it was paid by check but it takes so long to cash checks that I decided to pull the other payments by money order.The new rude manager didnt bother to investigate more that 2 minutes over the phone and told me to CALM DOWN when I told her that I was almost in tears because of this. I was never rude to her and I was explaining that it was just very stressful to be dealing with this years later when I personally walked those payments into their office.This property manager is horrible with customer service. She then says that unless I can pull proof from 4 years ago that I paid then she cant help me. She also got an attitude saying that Im expecting her to help me with something from 4-5 years ago when she has only been there 2 years. YES, why wouldnt I expect you to help me with something from 4 years go when you are sending me a crazy claim that I now have a balance again after paying it off...FOUR YEARS AGO.Crazy thing is, the recommended time frame to keep records like this is 2 years so we have been frantically calling our bank to put in a research claim of when we did withdrawals even though it wasnt through regular check. It has been one of the biggest nightmares. It was horrible when we lived there but I never took time to write a review then but them stealing our payments and lying like we never paid off a carpet balance is beyond deceitful. I am still waiting on a call back from corporate since no one bothered to contact me after I left a voicemail a week ago. I also followed up via email. This is NOT a place you want to live. There is definitely some corruption going on in the office and we have decided to hire attorneys to get down to the bottom of this. STAY AWAY, unless you like being lied to, stolen from and living in a community where the police are always there for issues and the gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. When they get done being audited a whole lot of people are going to LOSE THEIR JOBS. Im not letting this go, this is wrong on so many levels. If anyone has been stolen from or screwed over by this place, please contact me and I will collect you info for our attorneys, if we get enough people that have had similar situations, our attorney already said we can SUE and win. I dont want to go to court over this but this companys negligence deserves to be brought to light. I will also be contacting the news station soon.
Please read and reconsider renting from this place. We have been living here for a year and regret our decision. The office manager is extremely aggressive and rude. There’s no accountability from her. When you ask for information or help they act like your inconveniencing them. The tenant portal never works or if you put a service request the front office staff states they never got it. The manager profiles each tenant and base on her decision that’s how Work orders are determined. Also they take section 8 so you may be paying a large amount to live here but your neighbor may be paying 2 dollars? This causes folks not to take pride of their living situations.
Please allow me to revise this or update maybe a better word. I personally went to the office to confront the staff in regards to sending me to collections, The manager listened and did her research. This bill is being corrected and the collections are being called off.This is the worst place to live DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. One apartment was raided for METH production, (happens every where) a murder occurred here and cars are broken in to often. Not to mention the young men roaming the parking lot at all hours of the night. (Part of your rent is for security)An elderly resident fell and broke her hip, the fire department and EMS had to break the door in to gain access, it took the complex four days to secure her door. They dont care about their residents!!!!!!We moved out 8/31/2017 Yesterday I received a call from a collection agency demanding payment for damages. No bill was sent. The day we moved we requested for maintenance to come walk the apartment with us management refused to call them took our keys and access card and demanded us to leave. I know there are two sides to every story. I requested our move in documents today to prove what they said was wrong when we left was marked on the moving docs, but they are MISSING can you say FUNNY. FYI Todays date 9/20/17.
Gates almost never work properly. Front office NEVER answers the phone when called. Maitenance is slow. The rent system they use on Rentpaidonline makes you pay (what can be up to) 30$ more a month on your rent for a convenience fee. Parking lot is almost always completely full after 10 PM, making me, an actual resident and not a guest, have to park in guest parking. Would never recommend to anyone.
The apartment itself is great. the management is horrible. I have never give a bad review in my entire life until now. They have continually failed to do their job and have charged my hundreds of dollars because of it. they are very nice when you sign up but after that Ive been cussed and threatened multiple times. Everything else is great.
Great location, except for Sundays. Had pleasant neighbors. DeeDee of the management staff is extremely unprofessional to say the least. She was rude, inconsiderate, and unwilling to speak on serious matters without screaming and calling names (are we in high school?). I even recorded a conversation she was having with another employee speaking very unprofessionally about me as a resident and a few others as well (guess it wasnt noticed that the phone was off the hook). This is the worst example of management I have ever witnessed and the complaints on DeeDee would reach the sky if all were reported. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this place unless the manager DeeDee has been moved from the location.

Avoid this place at all costs. My experience here has been absolutely terrible. They try every single Jerry rigged cheap way to fix a problem before actually fixing it, which means it take months to fix a problem, they dont clean/take care of the trash area(I took a picture a few days back on my morning run if you want to see what it looked like), the apartment gates are jacked they rarely ever work. The water isnt accessible like it should be its constantly turned without any notice whatsoever. I renewed my lease here a few months back because I couldnt afford to move out worst decision of my life....
Beginning with the mail issues since that has been a big one recently. Had one package stolen from in front of our door last week which was a big violation in feeling safe in this “gated” apartment. I told them about the incident and they told me it was not their problem. Sometimes the mail carriers leave packages at the door, mailboxes, or office but if you work a normal hour job, good luck trying to get your packages because they usually close earlier than their scheduled hours. This week I barely made it in to pick up Christmas gifts because they decided to close a few hours early before leaving for the holidays for a week so if you didn’t pick up packages by 2:30 on Friday, you’re out of luck for Christmas on Thursday. The only sign saying they would close early was in the office - no signs or letters in the apartments or email or anything. The only way you would know is if you were picking up another package because there’s no other reason to go to the office building. I have also found multiple packages in the office that they had for over a week because they didn’t tell us (they are supposed to put a note in your mailbox). Even sometimes I will go to pick up a package and they tell me I have one box and find multiple boxes there because they don’t keep track of things.The office has a lot of turnover so people either don’t always know how to handle things or don’t care. It took 2 weeks to get our lease agreement or even what our address would be so I could start receiving mail (they kept telling me “oh tomorrow we’ll send it”). There have been multiple times when I’ve put in maintenance requests and they either say there’s nothing they can do (like leaking windows causing mildew) or they don’t put in the request and nothing gets done so I have to keep calling about the same problems - some of which get fixed in 10 mins when someone actually comes.The dog poop problem is embarrassing especially behind the building so don’t expect there to be a grassy area to hang out at. They don’t have cameras so no one is held accountable and people don’t clean it.Our downstairs neighbor likes to call the cops when he hears any activity. When the police come at noon, they tell us we’re fine and keep doing whatever we’re doing because we’re not loud and it’s the middle of the day (they just have to come when called). However, the office will call and complain while we’re at work despite police saying we’re fine. So we’re expected to either tip toe around our apartment or have a humorous conversation with police.Rent was raised $100 a month recently and the craigslist ad that brought us in said a price that we were told they didn’t have available for us.Basically can’t walk around inside or outside. Treated rudely or ignored by staff. This place doesn’t feel like home.
I am not one to write reviews but this apartment complex is falling apart. I have lived here for year and a half just because I missed my 60 day notice. One bedroom apartment is literally a box. No parking. Residents have to park in the visitors parking. The smell of weed coming through from the others apartments. Dog feces everywhere someone even a lot there dogs to do it someone parking lot. You can come outside but dont expect it to be fresh air you sucking in I have to hold my breath to just walk to my car. The walls in my apartment magically have black marks on them without even being touched.Office staff is very rude and inconsiderate. If you are desperate and dont care about any of the listing above go for it then I suggest you move here.
Ridgewalk Apartments offers exceptional customer service, above level maintenance and in my opinion; have undoubtedly become AGPMs best Atlanta location! As a renter of AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments for almost six years, I must say that I feel as if I am living a dream. My living experience here has always been exceptional! Retroactively, even from the first day that I took my walk-thru, it was crystal clear that, AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments’ in Woodstock, GA had noticeably improved upon AGPMs standard customer attractions and amenities.This gated community is inclusive of spacious apartment living, up-to-date appliances and a garden tub in every master. Ridgewalk is a professionally landscaped community that includes a playground for the kids, a BBQ picnic area and a tennis court! Might I add that Ridgewalk’s modern clubhouse campus also includes a work station, a gym, a gigantic pool, annnnnnnnnnd,.. an indoor basketball court. That’s right, a BASKETBALL COURT!More importantly, one of AGPM’s most outstanding employee’s is their Property Manager, Ms. Dee, at AGPM’s Ridgewalk Apartments in Woodstock, GA. Each time that Ive visited the leasing office, Ive always seen just how hard Ms. Dee works to make sure that, not just their prospective renters, but ALL of her guests are taken care of and that were all happy with our choice to stay at Ridgewalk Apartments. It is really quite refreshing to see someone who is genuinely happy to do great job at servicing others whilst also making a great example for her team. The consistent level of exemplary customer service Ms. Dee exhibits is rarely seen these days, let alone in the real estate management enviroment, where personnel are historically only excited to see potential renters..Im really not sure where you all found her but Id strongly suggest that you all do what you can to keep her. Her professionalism, efficiency and follow-thru levels are golden & should be recognized and treasured. Congrats to all the corporate folks at AGPM because you all are leading the industry by example. And, I just had to let you know that you all got this one right!
So far my son and I have been here two months and it is super quiet, actually there is more noise from the adjacent neighborhood.apartments come with ups and downs, living in the company of people in general can be sketchy so no this isnt a situation that is without issues, however with that said the only complaint I have is the stairwells are dirty, really dirty. other than that I think things could be a heck of a lot worse living around god knows who in an apartment complex, pick your battles and move on.oh, one more thing I do think there are some dogs that arent supposed to be here breeed wise.
I have lived at Alta RIdgewalk for 11 months, my lease is up this month and I am running away from this place! Management is unhelpful and the staff in the office blame the residents for the issues. I have had numerous issues with having maintenance request completed, EXTREMELY noisy neighbors, cigarette butts and dog poop being left all over the property, and parking issues. I have made several complaints via email and phone and instead of the issues being addressed, I am told that the best way to handle things is to come into the office, why cant you just fix the issues! Why not tell my upstairs neighbors to stop jumping and playing basketball at 5 am, why not tow or ticket all of the cars without parking permits, why not come and fix my fridge that has been broken for over 2 months or my stove that has been broken for over 3 months OR the mold that is growing on my patio door for 6 months!? These people tell you anything to get you here and then everything goes to hell...save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live!
Horrible management and terrible maintenance to go along with it. Roaches everywhere and no one comes out. Definitely not a good place to live.
Keep your head down and keep going. Don’t bother to stop because it’s a waste of time.
Alta Ridgewalk Apartments....well, the apartments themselves are nice. However there is a lot of turnover in these apartments; that goes for clients and staff! The management is absolutely horrible. Bad attitude and information that should be conveyed before signing on the line is not conveyed to renters. An almost entire summer went by where the gates were either always broken or just left open on the regular. Wait, is this not a gated community??? What am I paying for here? The tenants that are coming in now are rude and obnoxious; There is a lot of hanging out in front of the buildings. Folks smoking and whatever else in the breezeways. I actually witnessed a drug transaction take place on the other end of my hallway a few months ago. The floors/ceilings are so un-insulated; you can hear all the noise if you have tenants with a ton of children living above or next to you. Maintenance needs will never be completed within the week or two weeks that it is called in because they have one maintenance man out of 2 that does anything! The groundskeeper is on his job but I cant say much for anyone else on the staff. Management of this place has been progressive in its destination, downhill! Two of the leasing consultants/managers left and that is where much of the problem lies. The head manager that left a few years ago from what I have heard my have taken some of the tenants with her to The Peaks on Bells Ferry. I think I may go there too! Lets not get started on the rising prices....this place is definitely not worth the money. Save yours! Take it to The Peaks! (or anywhere else but here....)
This is the worst apartment complex to move to. Maintenance show up whenever they want and dont even fix the problem. Its smell like piss when walking to your apartment. Amenities suck! The leasing office staff is rude and dont make you feel welcome at all!
Ive only lived here a few months and can already tell the management/maintenance team will be an issue. No matter how many times you email they will not respond. If I dont call and follow up or use my work hours to stop by the office; my concern will never be addressed. For a moment there Caleb was very helpful and assisted a great deal but once I became a resident for more than a day the attention has been lost. They need to hire a team that will put in the work to assist every customer...not just the ones that show up at the door and they cant turn them away. Also, theres a new employee (Gwen) that Ive had the displeasure of speaking to..she is very rude and has the habit of cutting you off when youre trying to voice your concern. All in all, I am disappointed in the leasing office and maintenance team thus far...very disorganized. Its the little things like that to make your time at an apartment community miserable.
I love where I live! Its well kept! My apartment is spacious and insect free! I feel safe as a single mom with 3 small children. My experience with the staff has been excellent from the moment I signed my lease. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because parking can be difficult and unloading 3 kidsis hard enough at nighy without having to walk ways ftom your apartmeny. Other than that we are happy tenants.
My experience with the staff is HORRIBLE because I think I have been discriminated because of the race I am. And because they said they didnt have an apartment but I brought a friend over and they said they did have an apartment and they do but they just dont want me to live there. Im gonna leave it all in gods hands.
I so hate these apartments...this neighborhood has gone downhill every since 2014...people blast their music constantly early in the morning late at night they dont care...this is supposed to be a gated community yet the gates are only functional 2 times out the month yet the rent is over $1100 monthly...For what I ask??? The car wash is not a car wash center theres no vaccum its just a hose with low flow water. Oh and lets not get on the water the water in these apartments goes off 3 weeks out of a month at 9:50am until 6:30pm and sometimes the water does not come back on until the following week hence this past Thanksgiving holiday the water was turned off on Wednesday morning and didnt come back on until Sunday evening smh...Dog feces are everywhere on the grounds and theres a lot of weed heads out here...You can smell cigarette smoke and weed through the vents in your apartment unit. These apartment walls are paper thin you can hear everybodys conversation in your house. We have an abundance of nosey neighbors who cant wait to tell you the neighborhood news and drama. The rental staff hates to replace things in your apartment...hence Ive been asking for new screens on my windows and a new ac unit because my air conditioner keeps going out and all they do is add freon to my ac unit...as well as this apartment community has turned into the hood. The fitness center equipment is broken the only thing that works in there is the exercise bike. Theres hardly no parking available after 5pm and for some strange reason theres always an fire alarm inspection every 6 months.
The Location is fantastic. The apartments themselves are very nice, and pretty safe, however, the maintenance is terrible.Things were better when Val was here. Things got done, now the office staff is terrible.We have maintenance requests over a year old that have not been dealt with.The new manager is unapproachable and unfriendly.But, being an internet power user, the worst of it all is that the internet is capped off at 10mb/sec for the whole complex. (As per Owner)Very often the download speed will drop below 1mb, effectively rendering it useless. This will usually occur from 1pm to 5am (thats 16hrs out of every day where the internet is almost all but non-existent. I have screen shots where the download speed is as low as 40 Kb/sec. (The phone lines are faster then that at 56kb/s)Unless you get a business line from Comcast or a dedicated T-1 line, both of which are insanely expensive, be prepared to have trouble even loading Imgur, Reddit, YouTube, Wimp, or anything similar. And online games are pretty much out of the question. It wont even run Hearthstone at these speeds.So if you are a power user, try The Peaks off of Red Barn Road. My brothers live there and its great. They even have a low income program. (Its NOT project housing, you have to be within a certain income range to qualify, so no dead beats allowed.)
Nothing but complete incompetence from the management. Saying they will do something and then in turn not doing a thing. They also dont maintain this place well..

My husband and I were bringing deposit to apartments and they said they deserved our apartment for us . Which was a complete lie . We got to the leasing office the next day and they were giving our apartment to someone else right in front of us and said they cant reserve apartments . Now why in the hell would they tell us that if they knew they couldnt do it . They employees as the leasing office are teeinkw at their job and need to be addressed . Im mad as hell because me and my family drove 10 hours to get this apartment and now we have to try and find another apartment ! Im beyond pissed and disappointed in this company !
