Tim Schnepf and crew did a remarkable job of turning what looked like an airport landing strip into a gorgeous infinity garden. The transformation was absolutely beautiful.The crew working on the project were respectful, timely and left the place clean and watered. They returned the next day to insure we were completely satisfied and watered all the new plantings. I would HIGHLY recommend NLD Landscaping for all my gardening projects. We called Nierman Landscape & Design to assist us with correcting a drainage issue on our property. They listened carefully to understand our problem and offered suggestions that worked within our budget. The crew was efficient and professional. I would happily call them again for any yard/garden projects in the future.

We worked with Tim to have our bluestone walk re-set and mortared. It was challenging as the existing pieces needed to be cleaned and jointed on the existing concrete base. Their crew did a beautiful job and left the project site meticulous! I would highly recommend Tim and his staff.....

The team did a wonderful job putting in a drainage pipe from our house to our side yard. They were very careful removing the grass in sections and then putting them back after the pipe was under ground. They removed the stones from our landscaping along the house and returned them so you couldnt even tell they had been removed and that a pipe was put under them. They also were able to tunnel under our sidewalk without any damage to the sidewalk. The men added grass seeds, dirt, and straw along the side of the yard. They also put a semicircle around the opening where the drainage pipe empties to our side yard. You cant even tell our yard had been dug up. Thank you for your meticulous work it looks wonderful!

Tom the owner responds to emails the same day they are sent and is very easy to work with.They just installed a new retaining wall and French drain in my yard. The wall and new landscaping are stunning!!!! The crew for that project was also great and everything was very clean when they were finished.The neighbors even commented on how impressed they were with the crew and the results!

Nierman Landscape did an absolute incredible job of transforming what was once a cobblestone pathway with a mish mosh of plants into a beautifully landscaped patio. We were referred to Nierman Landscape & Design by a co-worker who hadnt had a chance yet to start a job with them but had a neighbor recommend them. We were impressed from the start. We worked with Jacob and walked him through what we were looking to do. He came out promptly on the day we arranged to first meet and even called a few days before to make sure the time still worked. In our attempt to work with other landscaping companies, this already was far above our expectations! Upon agreeing to the proposal, Jacob came out a few times to make sure everything we were all still on the same page (our job was delayed a few months purely due to the crummy rainy weather!). Our project was completed by an excellent crew: Angel, Peter and Ricardo. The work they did was precise and professional. I had the opportunity to call on Nierman Landscape and Design for a major landscape project in my backyard. My property is built into a hill and had 30 year old timber terraces which had deteriorated and partially collapsed. From my first point of contact, Jacob, to Mike and Tom who oversaw the job, to the labor crew, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. This company employs prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful people...a seemingly miraculous combination from my previous experience with the landscape business. The crew arrived on time every morning of the job and worked hard to transform my yard from a crumbling mess to a beautiful backyard escape. Other work in the front yard including mulching was completed, always as promised. In terms of price, I found Nierman to be very reasonable for the quality of their work. In fact, their bid was less expensive (by a good amount) for the timber job as well as mulching than, for example, Countryside Nursery and Landscaping as well as 2 other local landscapers. Please consider NLD for any of your outdoor projects. Their quotes are thorough and their work is excellent. They have done both traditional jobs like seeding our lawn as well as non-typical jobs like digging trenches for gas/electric lines and installing/moving fences. They provide quick responses, and they leave the job very clean when they are done. Both my husband and I highly recommend NLD!
