My neighbor uses their service and they blow leafs into my yard every year. I’ve been cleaning up after them for 6 years. I call the owner he says he will come over and never showed. This is a very unprofessional business. I would advise to people not to use their services since that’s how they conduct business and obviously the owner is ok with his work crews doing that type of work as long as the yard is service who cares about the neighbors.

Great the person working his great. His always willing to help. His has great attitude.

To expensive no veterans discounts they offer very little insensitive for vendors having to work with there customers avoid the place like the plague if at all possible

Quick, efficient and left my yard looking great. We initially had a bit of a misunderstanding of what was and was not included. Eddie stepped up and completed the work that I understood was initially concluded. Their goal is to take care of their clients and in my case, they did so very well. I would hire them again without question.

I live in a town home in Algonquin IL. Eddies has been taking care of our landscaping for the last 2 Years. They are the worst. Our grass is going away. They have put huge ruts in the lawn. They drive through the yards when they are soaking wet. Everything they do is hit and miss. They have now stopped mowing the backyards and they are going to seed.The landscaping here used to be so beautiful. It looks like a ghetto now. So sad!!

I have had Eddies tree service to my home 3 times for tree removal and tree trimming. Eddie is polite and knows a lot about his profession. His employees are wonderful! They are always smiling. They are fast, efficient and do a wonderful job cutting and cleaning up after themselves. Everyone made this process easy for me. Thanks for the great job guys!

Eddies is a great company that does beautiful work! All of his team are very helpful and do quick work.

Unless you have a million dollar home don’t bother with this company. They never return calls. You have to call at least 3-4 times. Office staff is very nice. Went all summer with my yard overgrown & looking terrible they finally came at the end of summer & I got all leftover perrenials & not what I had originally picked out. Called them back for fall cleanup & trimming trees & got the same old answer - we’ll have to call you back. They never do cause the job isn’t a million dollar home. They are way over priced & I already have my yard cleanup done from another landscaper within 3 days. Eddie is only polite when meeting you. After that forget it. Didn’t show up 3 times in a row & I took off work. He cashed my deposit check 2 months prior before I begged for him to do the job. Never use this company.

So far my experience is positive with Eddies Landscaping. I can drive up, get my pickup loaded with a yard of dirt, and for a good price!

Completely disappointed in Eddies landscaping. We started using Eddies landscaping at our new house because the previous owners used him and we figured since he installed the sprinklers and lights he would be the best option to go with. It was a mistake. Eddie is terrible at returning calls and even worse at follow through on estimates and service.I have no problem with the crew that cuts my grass weekly or the woman who works the office phones but we are yet to have the sprinklers turned on and it is the middle of July now and our grass and flowers are burnt up and dead.In addition we ordered the full service package and it was to include weekly weeding of the property and 2 bush trimmings. The weeding is not done well (if at all) and the bush trimming was partially done (they missed a large portion of the bushes).As mentioned before Ive tried numerous times to reach out to Eddie and talk about this but he never calls you back.

Ordered 3 yards of mulch because price and quality were better than others in the area. On time delivery. Employees pleasant and eager to please.

Went to their location to pick up fire wood and they were very polite and great to work with. Even helped to load it all on the truck.
