I was sent a email on November 18, 2020 asking for payment. I checked my statements from which all other companys mail me and have been getting since 2010 or before from Agropro. No statement so I placed a call to them and talked to Grace. By the way very rude and like someone that I would not let answer the phone if I owned the business. I asked if I owed a bill to them and she said yes. I said well I have not received my statement for it. She said that they have gone to emails with their new software and could not send out statements anymore. I said well I guess I need to find another Lawn Care service. She immediately ask do you want me to cancel your service or you do have one more treatment for this year do you want us to service it. I said no I dont want you to service my lawn anymore. Then I ask to speak to someone else like the owner or supervisor and she said I could not speak to anyone but her and hung up the phone on me.

Ive been using this company for years. But, lately I think they have been shorting me service. As I am working from home now, I was able to see the last application for myself. It looked to me like he missed half of the yard. I called to cancel today and the person I talked to didnt care much about my concern. Ill be posting this on the subdivision site as well.

Out of the gate a 5 star experience from my first call, but the best was about to come. I had decided to do the yearly yard treatment and paid for it on Thursday. That night I rushed to cut the grass and left town early Friday morning forgetting to blow the grass clippings off my driveway. Friday I was alerted to motion on my cameras in the front yard. Agropro had shown up to fertilize the driveway, but the service technician saw the grass clippings in the driveway and went out of his way to pull out a blower and clean off my driveway. What a great start and a company that is obviously founded and built by 5 star employees!

You wont find a company more dedicated to old-fashioned customer service than Agropro. Ive seen this company grow year after year based solely on word of mouth referrals. Few owners invest as much time as Corey does into making sure their employees are properly trained. Simply put, these guys are professionals and know what theyre doing! Theyre the only company I refer friends to.

We have used AgroPro Lawn Care for the past year. I have used almost every lawn care company in the area over the past 5 years or so. I have finally found one that does what it advertises. Our lawn has never looked better. If I have a problem, I just call or email and they are there, no questions and no complaints. They just do what needs to be done to keep our lawn beautiful!
