Ive been a member for over 15 years, and my family and I love this gym! My only complaint is, why are you no longer open 24 hours 😔?Please bring this back to a 24 hour location, theres lot of us that use the club at very early hours.

From the minute you walk in you are greeted by staff with a smile. The club is clean, friendly and just makes you feel really comfortable. The General Manager Pat is walking the entire property greeted everyone and saying hello to all of his employees. Another impressive trait Pat has is that he makes a true effort to remember clients names. If you are considering going a fitness center look here its a no brainer.

Unprofessional, they take your money even if the account is on hold. Scam like behavior from the billing department. Very disappointed. This is the second time that they do this. Awful!!!

It aint cheap, but virtually any fitness activity a person could want is there, and its all very well maintained. If youre committed to health and fitness, its worth it for sure.

Best place. In town. But door security needed I would pay 5 bucks extra for that.

Very unhappy with this location. Ive been a member of Lifetime in some other states and this is by far the worst managed. Classes are always full and its almost impossible to get in one of them unless you make a reservation a week before the class... There always seems to be some miscommunication about the outdoor pool hours. They might tell you it will open at 12 everyday, you get there and they will tell you it will open at 1 because they dont have enough guards... Im considering canceling membership...

The staff in the climbing area are all top-notch folks. They provide a safe, fun, and instructional environment. There is always someone available to belay!

I joined lifetime during the summer, and the facility is great, the sauna, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool, the machines, weights etc. The community is great to, they will assist you on your excercises. My major complaintaint is the cost, even with 2 extra members the cost is still 35$ each for them and $90 for just one membership. This is not terrible considering what they offer but If you only want to use the gym then dont pick here. The one cost that is insane is the pausing fee. Of you want to stop your membership you have to pay $10 a month just to pause it. This can last up to 9 months. So essentially you can pay up to $90 for nothing, no access. After 9 months your account automatically gets terminated and terminating your account makes it difficult to rejoin. Its like signing a carrier contract when you Join. If you plan to stay a member year round and not just go there in the summer then youll be fine but If you are not a yearly member and dont plan to go alot, then you shouldnt join.

Lifetime has got to be one of the best gyms ever!

If you’re looking for gym to exercise then go elsewhere. Most of the ppl who go here treat it like a country club. There is no rules regarding the pool so prepared for kids or adults jumping in the pool and swimming in your lane. A swimming pool at a gym should be regarded as any other equipment in the gym. People would just lay around the pool, chatting, making out or just watching you swim. It’s creepy. And I am talking about the indoor lane pool. Also I payed a membership for my husband but when he decided he had no time I tried canceling it. It was under my credit card and they refused to cancel it without my husband there.

Amazing place with everything you need in a gym plus more. The facilities are really top notch. They have an outdoor pool and two indoor pools. One is heated differently than the other. The weights are upstairs and there are plenty. From the latest machines, to free weights to bikes and treadmills. The place has it all. They have plenty of classes but they book up really quick.I have not tried the spin class but it looks state of art. The yoga area is small but very nicely done. The instructors are some of the best.Downstairs they have a rock climbing wall and two basketball courts. 🏀 The mens room is one of the best with steam room and they provide towels and soaps.The place is extremely clean and no odor like some places.They do have a spa and place to eat. I have not tried either but will soon.The prices are very competitive to other gyms, but at Life Time it is a step above. You feel like your a member of a club and not a gym.

Great gym, but I wish they had special rates for locals. It is a little expensive

The gym is great and the staff is really friendly, but literally nobody wears a mask. On Monday afternoon/evening it gets extremely crowded and essentially nobody wears a mask the entire time. The policy is that masks are “required until the moment of exercise,” and I would say that 90-95% of people there are maskless from the moment they enter the workout area until the moment they leave.

My family and friends ❤loved Lifetimes wonderful outstanding pools, hottubs, and saunas and clean womens Restrooms and showers!! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time together there as a family!!!!!

Great gym but over priced for family. Its $210 a month for our family.

After multiple bad experiences including the childcare center leaving our 2 y/o in a soiled diaper for his entire time there, never sticking to the online schedule (false promotions), and the kids’ indoor pool closing hours before the adult pool (and the mask rule never being enforced in common areas), I decided to cancel my membership.I had to fill out a cancellation form online - per the employee who helped me - and Life Time later pretended it just didn’t exist.Their cancellation practices are not just shady; they are criminal.DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS GYM. They will NEVER let you cancel it.

Life Time is a great place to excersise, meet people and simply have fun. Super luxurious and great people. My only complaint is there arent enough lockers to put up your things during high peak times.

I love this gym! It honestly feels super upscale because it has so many amenities. The trainers, equipment and fitness space are top notch. We take swim lessons here, workout here, use their child center all the time, get my hair done here, spa, and more! Its so convenient as a mom of a preschooler and toddler because of their childcare. I also appreciate that their Covid protocols are not crazy. Ive been taking a small group fitness class since August and none of us have come down with Covid. We wipe down the area but dont wear a mask working out and weve been fine! I highly recommend this gym for anyone in the area!

Love this gym. You can go anytime you want for a workout or just relax. They have a spa, cafe,kids station and activities for the kids. During winter time, you can have fun in the indoor pool.Everything is clean and comfortable. It’s way more than just a gym. Once the outdoor pool is open, you can spend the whole day there and chill :D

The manager here is what makes this club run so smoothly. He truly cares about his members and staff. He will give everyone the time of day and is always happy to make your experience the best there. Its very clean and professional but what makes it so special is that it feels like your family there.

Super friendly staff

Wow, what a place! Fancy, professional, nice, and best of all, kid friendly, unlike LA fitness down the road.After switching my membership here, Ive dropped my review from 5 to 4 stars.I discovered how massively expensive everything is. The membership itself is 3 times any other gym, then, every class, program, etc is massively expensive as an additional fee. Great place, and if you got the money youll probably love it, but this place is not in a very great price point.

I have been working out here for about two months now, and its been a great time. I am not the kind of person who typically goes to the gym, but I am making an effort to better myself and this gym has helped greatly. The staff have all been very kind, and I have learned a lot about exercise and diet in my shirt time here. Even though Im still not used to coming in to work out, it helps a lot knowing that Lifetime is always clean and full of helpful people.

I love this gym. My 2.5 year old loves the child care center. The patrons are like family to me and their best employee is Sharon Avendano. Sharon is the most compassionate person and personal trainer I have ever met at LT. I have met other trainers and none compare to her. She is attentive, compassionate, motivating, and has a genuine and personal concern for all of her clients. Sharon is now like a sister to me and if she ever left LT, my heart would break. Sharon is probably one of the most valuable assets to LT. My only complaint is the hair I always find in the shower drains and a lose wooden bench in the suana that slips from under me when I sit on it.

The swimming program is exceptional. They are very good at stroke development and the kids have so much fun. We also love the swim teams. The gym is clean and we always enjoy our visits. I highly recommend!

It used to be a great club. Caring and professional employees and good selection of exercise equipment and programs for kids and adults. Ive been a member of this and several others lifetime fitness clubs since 2009 and can confidently say that this is one of the best fitness clubs around. I visit the club often and while there are some issues from time to time, they are always addressed.I’m downgrading it to 4 stars mostly due to poor food quality and overpricing at the cafe. If you want to get a certain heartburn, get a chicken bbq sandwich. Food at the pool cafe even worse. Occasionally, there’s a smell of burned food at the exercise floor. The prices are for gourmet meals, but the quality is only up to conveyer food service supplier. Ingredients are often mixed-up, but the “healthy hype” is there in abundance. It used to be much better better.Locker rooms are in need of attention- used towels and empty toiletry bottles often left in shower stalls for hours before they’re picked up.But, overall, this is a good fitness club, even though, it is a bit pricey.

I feel very safe at Lifetime fitness while I work out with my personal trainer. She sets boundaries so I can safely work out. Morgan wears a mask at all times, and practices safe distance, and cleans equipment before my use

Would be nice if lockers here were upgraded to keyless like all other Atlanta locations.

Lifetime in Woodstock is fantastic! Been a member at various clubs around the country and nothing compares to the value of LT in Woodstock. Can’t believe everything they have done to ensure the safety of the members as well. The place is spotless! The cleanest club I’ve ever been in by far. And the amenities are endless. Pat the GM is on top of everything like no other. His passion makes you think he’s the owner of the place. Relocating here from Chicago recently, Pat reminds me of that owner of your favorite Italian restaurant. Walking around making sure everyone is happy and thanking the members for being at the club. The rest of team from all the fitness/group instructors, to the locker room people, and to the front desk staff (in particular Alicia and Tracey) are amazingly friendly. LIfetime in Woodstock has done so much for my overall health and well-being. The club has become a lifestyle and provides the energy for me to look forward to each and every workout. You will love this club!

The gym is fine and you’ll get your moneys worth in terms of the facilities.However when you need to cancel your membership, expect to be hustled for every dollar they can take. My suspended membership was reinstated prematurely, my request to cancel my membership was ignored, and I was charged $140 despite not visiting this location for 6 months. Thoroughly disappointing

Life Time Woodstock is the best club we have ever joined. The club is fantastic... very clean... very nice people... and every activity you can think of! We especially appreciate Pat, the Manager, always available and open to our comments; Hannah was outstanding helping with our membership; Frankie was terrific with our orientation; Jeff and Alicia are amazing and our instructors, Kana, Cathy Jo, and Stephanie are awesome! We are very happy with our decision to join Life Time Woodstock!

Love this place and the staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have been training with Edwin for several months and he is the greatest! He goes out of his way to help me in the gym, with food choices, and makes working out fun. I can definitely see the results in my self, and other people are starting to notice as well. I would recommend working with Edwin to anyone and everyone!

I just joined Life Time a few days ago and I wanted to give a shoutout to a couple individuals! Sharon is a wonderful woman who wears many hats and is very personable. Sam from the cafe was also great! Cara,Pat,and some of the trainers I met were also awesome. Everyone I have met at this gym has been friendly, welcoming, and encouraging! I signed up because this is the type of atmosphere I like in a gym!!! :)

Jeff refused to let my kid and his friends in multiple time and said because there not 16 even tho my son and his friend is 16 unbelievable

I love Lifetime Fitness Woodstock! It’s so clean and everyone is so friendly! Pat the general manager is one of THE nicest people. My trainer Ron is so nice, amazing and so good at what he does. I so look forward to my work outs with him. The classes are great too! Pilates is a favorite of mine and Megan the instructor is so sweet and knowledgeable. I have met so many people that I now call friends. I can’t think of anything negative to say because it’s all good. It’s my happy place 😊

Best gym ever!

Ever since we found this place, we decided to move close to it. The staff is really nice and caring. My coffee accidentally spilled and went all over my son and the staff plus every other member that was near by came to help us. It was so nice to see people caring. My kids are always happy when I drop and pick them up and that makes me super happy. I just wish the room studios were not so much in the dark when classes aren’t going on because some people still use them. Overall I’m pleased!

I love going to lifetime Woodstock. Every time I enter the club I am greeting by such friendly employees and the members are wonderful. Thank you all for making every visit to lifetime Woodstock a great experience to me! Special shout out to Brandon and Logan for always being so caring.

This facility is clean and well managed. I’ve been working with personal trainer Edwin for a few months now. He is an absolute pleasure to with. Edwin radiates positive energy and truly revels in the successes of his clients! He has just the right amount of push, and always places high value on form and safety. Edwin will give you the most effective workout in your hour with him. I feel much more capable and strong, largely because he’s taken the time to teach me the appropriate and smartest ways to work my body. A true professional, everyone needs an Edwin in their corner!

Such an amazing place to unwind. The ENTIE staff are SUPER AWESOME. From the time you check in, to walking near the staff’s office. Even awesome greetings from the lock room staff. Hats of to Pat and Tracey from knowing how to LEAD from the FRONT. I RECOMMEND LT Woodstock location as the friendless plus neatest location in the state of Georgia.

Great experience with the entire facility. I have been doing personal training with Edwin and he has been amazing. He takes the time to educate on proper technique and form while making me feel empowered throughout the duration of each workout. It shows that he loves his job and that is motivating for me! Highly recommend!!

Love this location and my experience with PT Edwin! I started sessions two months ago and really feel progress in my strength, endurance and nutrition. I highly recommend trying a session with him if you are looking to get back in shape!

The Woodstock Lifetime Fitness is always kept pristine. Ive been a member a lifetime since 2006. The one in Alpharetta off of Milton has went downhill a bit. Thats where I originally joined. But Lifetime overall is a great gym with a spa like feel. It does provide a good value.

I go here 3-4 times a week. Annual equipment upgrade added some good, new equipment, 3 hot tubs, no waiting, multiple pools & saunas. Daycare and swim lessons are an added bonus.

Best club but youll pay for it

I love going to the gym and seeing certain faces daily. It becomes a family atmosphere. I have to shout out the trainers that keep us looking good and keeps the workouts fresh. Even if you don’t work out with them specifically they are always willing to help you. Joselyn, Brian, Andre, Cedric and Zack do wonders to make your day fun. The management team with Felipe Rodriguez go out of his way to help me anytime I need assistance. He’s awesome! I can’t say enough about how much he helps me when I need it. I can’t forget Logan Maxwell who makes my family feel welcome when they come to visit. I am lucky to have found this gym.

My go to for Squash and Yoga. Both have an amazing pro and instructor, respectively. Facilities are very clean and well provisioned.

I was a member when this gym opened 10 plus years ago. I took a 2 years brake.Im back now but I find the gym in not a good shape:). Lot of dirt and hair on the bottom of the exercise machines . Some personal trainers are so loud like nobody else is in the room . Nobody like when somebody scream right next to him . Hot tube not hot enough, water level is low. It is still my favorite gym, but the new manager has to work a little on customer service and to dust the place much better . Also the suggestion box from the main entrance disappeared ....

I joined Lifetime in February, and it was the one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. From the very first day every experience that I have had there is amazing. To start with the staff is amazing. The customer service that they provide is stellar and authentic, every single person working looks happy to be there, welcomes you, and if you ever need anything they help you right away. Being acknowledged in a positive way makes a huge impact on the customer and they must know that because they get it right every single time. The facility is spotless. You never see trash, towels, or anything just laying around. Lifetime doesnt even smell like a gym its always fresh. Joining a gym is always hard at first because you never know what to do once you are there. Join Andres Burn Class and you will learn just what to do. He has changed my life and he is the best personal trainer that I have ever met. He encourages you, pushes you, is patient, and teaches you that you can do things you didnt know you could. In the 5 months that I have been working with him my body can now do great things again. All the other trainers are just as wonderful they all smile at you, ask how you are doing, and if you need help with equipment or have a question never hesitate to jump in and help. You can tell that they enjoy what they do The selection of classes is huge so there is always something to do. So far I have managed the Burn Class which lead to the water classes which lead to yoga. Eventually I will be able to try them all. Each instructor is always welcoming and they make sure you feel comfortable especially when it is your first time. There is never a wait for equipment which is always nice and there are so many options and things to try that you can have a different workout every night of the week and not get bored. The spa is the best thing ever Tanner gives the best massage that I have ever had. Seriously that is reason enough to join right there. The people that I have met give me a reason to keep going back. I was surprised just how friendly everyone is from the staff to the other customers. I have made so many friends and even people that I just see are always quick to smile and wave when you see each other across the gym. The cafe is such a great amenity to have the option of grabbing a smoothie with someone after class and catching up or get a salad to take home for dinner makes life easy. Over the years I have been a member of a few different gyms and this is the only one that I have stuck with because I enjoy going so much. Even Pat the GM makes an effort to know your name so all the little things add up to big things. Thanks to everyone there that makes a difference.

Only live a mile and a half away from here and its the best option for me (and the fam) in the area. If the Lifetime Cafe employees didnt act like casino roulette pit bosses and actually give you your full scoop of protein in the draconian priced $7 shakes, Id give the gym 5 stars. Great staff though. Super friendly.

Nice facility. Terrible if you want to use the indoor pool at certain times, always some kind of class going on. Makes it difficult to use for water therapy or if you want to just do a few laps.

Theyre great until youd like to leave. My wife has been home with a two year-old, pregnant, and not feeling well at all, and they absolutely would not let us cancel over the phone. The best part was, once my wife did go in to cancel, they required us to pay for an additional month. We already hadnt been using it, because, like I mentioned, my wife hasnt been feeling up to going. So now were out another $170 for a service were not going to use. Such understanding people.

Awesome club....so much more than a place to get a workout, though those are phenomenal! This place is like a country club centered around fitness, but without the price tag of a country club. There are too many good things to list them all, but here are some of my favorites: phenomenal child care and kids activities, top notch yoga program, group fitness classes and instructors are amazing, tons of events and activities, cafe and spa onsite are wonderful and so convenient, several personal training programs that are affordable or complimentary, outdoor pool is reminiscent of a hotel resort pool, steam room with eucalyptus...I could go on and on!!Recently, the club underwent a major renovation, bringing us even better equipment and making it look that much more high end. They really do invest a lot to keep things nice for us, plus listen to feedback and suggestions we leave online or in person. I also want to touch on the child center and kids activities, as over the past year, what was already incredible has gotten even better! We now receive up to 12 activities and parent nights out included in the child membership. They also now offer several complimentary classes in the child center daily including yoga, dance, art, rock climbing, and drama. Despite all these additional responsibilities they have taken on, the care and attention and overall level of superior customer service has remained. To sum it up, my family feels blessed to be able to have a place like this to call our second home!

I love this gym it has everything and I mean everything. Rock climbing indoor pools all the typical workout equipment an indoor basketball court outdoor pools with a waterslide. They even have a healthy menu to get food here. Its great and all the employees are positive and uplifting.

Staff is really great and they updated the weight section which is nice! However.. the weight area looks more packed and messier than ever and it is still on the bottom level of lifetimes in the area. It just needs an update all inside. Also the cafe has a nice selection and all but it’s way over priced for the portion size and the appearance/taste. I wouldn’t come here if it weren’t for my parents paying for the family plan so I get to come for free. My parents love it here but this gym just isn’t for me. overall it’s alright.

I like the gym and all, it’s all worth the price but the staff is kind of a problem for me. When i was working out a guy named Andre kept bothering my daughter during her workout asking her why she does certain workouts and it made her a little upset which i don’t like this at all. Although i understand he was being nice and stuff but i don’t want my daughter to feel uncomfortable at here when she tries to workout.

Closed and locked up early. Announced closing time 10pm and here I am standing at the door at 9:40 and the whole club is locked up.

Poor cancellation policy. No desire to work with a customer that has been paying for 3 years. Sad and will never return. Suggest you look closely before joining.

Masks required. I canceled my membership that I had with them since 2013.

I joined Life Time fitness for a number of reasons:1. Its opened 24 hours a day.....I think 7 days a week.2. Huge, well-lit parking lot right in front of the building (unlike my old gym that had parking a block away - - - with security issues.3. A wide variety of fitness classes4. State of the art equipment5. Clean facility.....great steam room and fresh towels!6. Café with healthy choices at a reasonable price!What I dont like about Life Time fitness - - - EVERYTHING is a sales pitch! If you are unfamiliar about fitness and what your goals are....you could get sucked in! If you keep that in mind and let them know that you are not going to spend a penny on Personal Training or special products to track you metabolism (who needs that) or group fitness personalized classes to loose weight....you will truly love this club.I have only been going a few weeks but so far I see a lot of offerings that I will certainly enjoy. I gave it 4 stars because the aggressive sales strategy is a big turn off for me! But this club really supports the term you get what you pay for! I pay $66 per month for my membership!

My wifw and I spend a lot of time at this facility and we are impressed with the level of professionalism shown by all the staff. We feel that no matter what we are doing, at the spa, working out or grabbing an after workout drink everyone is focused on making our time there a positive experience. Its awesome!!

Love our gym membership! child care is my favorite thing they offer. Most of the employees are kind and patient with my kids. Without Family nearby the child care facility insurers I get a workout in in a couple hours to myself. The facilities are always extremely clean. The fact that they provide towels and hairdryers says a lot. The cleaning crew could visit the family changing room hourly on the weekends because it is in need of cleaning because it gets used so much. I really couldn’t imagine not having my membership with lifetime of Woodstock.

I have been to LT North Point, Gwinnett, Johns Creek, and Ptree Corners and LT Woodstock is by far the best club. Its the cleanest, well organized, staff is friendly and the GM Pat is just a cool dude who cares about the clients.

They should re-evaluate their rule on having a parent with an underage guest. If the one who is a guest is the minor, doesn’t mean the parent necessarily wants to be there. They shouldn’t need to be. I’m mostly speaking for 13-17 year olds. They don’t need a constant eye. In the past there was no such rule as this one. The kids only needed a guardians signature of approval.

Great gym. Huge training area And multiple other amenities.

Clean, equipment well taken care of. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. My younger kids love the kid care playroom. And the little restaurant has good food. On a side note the swimming lessons group is great every instructor we have delt with has been excellent

Scam artists. Theyll use every trick in the book to screw you out of every penny they can. Its pathetically evident they care more about signing up new rubes than they do about customer retention. If youre looking for a new gym for your NY resolution, save yourself the money and buy a bike. Customer service is a laugh. The only staff I liked was anyone working in the cafe or the locker rooms.

After a less than perfect visit to lifetime, they called today to say they would give me a full refund and that they would like me to return, free of charge.... to try to make it up to me. I appreciate their efforts to make our experience better! I will try again! 😁

Me and my Grandmother who is handicap came to your fitness center and NEVER EVER RECEIVED such service as this! A gentleman by the name Mike Allen saw me assisting my Gma out of the van and he immediately came out the building to assist us. Mike Walked us in, escorted my mom to the handicap bathroom and was so kind to us. I think my gma was flirting a bit with him. Ha! I write this to say this. THANK YOU! Thank you for your observance, customer service, and your assistance. It’s the small things that count.

Other than their small portions at their cafe gym is fantastic very clean have been going there for 7 years.

At first I tried to put my membership on hold while I was out for a couple months but I received no response and when I called they said no one there could help me. So after a few weeks sending messages and calling. Still no response from them. So I then tried to cancel my membership and again after a few more messages and calling. Still no response from anyone. I finally get a call 2 months after the fact because they cant process my payment because I blocked them from charging my card. They finally told me that I needed to come in and sign a form to cancel my membership. Not once when I called did anyone tell me that. I wouldnt recommend this place.
