Great gym with high end equipment! It is never too busy and allows me to get in my workouts efficiently! The only thing I wish they had was a regular squat rack also and lying leg curl. Other than that amazing stuff!

Not really one single thing I can find to complain about at this place. 24-hour small/medium size gym with everything you could possibly need to work out and thats also clean. Never crowded. Whats to complaint about?

Convenient and adequate. A variety of machines for cardio and strength training. Not a mega gym, not a Golds muscle gym. A good neighborhood facility that allows you to work as hard as you need to. The stretching and calisthenics area on the small side. Plenty of spray bottles and cleaner.Michelle is an excellent personal trainer...caring, knowledgeable, motivating; knows when to push you, and when to back down.

I regularly work out here great people in the morning in the afternoon not so much. If you want a supportive positive experience your time table for everyday is 8-11 am. Be cautious about cleaning equipment most people think they are too good to wipe stuff down in there so clean before and after to be safe.

I’ve so far had positive experiences at this gym and liked its size and privacy. The price is really reasonable. However, I was really disappointed after accidentally leaving my North Face jacket in the locker room and then calling back to see if it had been found or turned in and being told it was thrown away. It was a $100 jacket that was a gift from my mother, and I think the policy being to “throw away” things that get forgotten doesn’t create much loyalty with me. When my contract is up I am not likely to come back. I like to frequent businesses with a certain level of trust and common courtesy that isn’t valuable to this company.UPDATE: I spoke with Robert this morning and received a full apology for being told that my jacket was thrown away. Robert explained this is not their policy, they do hold onto things unless they are mildewy. I wasnt able to track down my jacket, but I feel much better knowing it wouldnt have been thrown away. Robert seemed very genuine & I appreciate their willingness to give me a call and help clear things up. Its a good place to work out, just dont forget your jacket!

Start your fitness by running away from this gym. This management of this gym is indifferent, and it’s employees are uninformed. When I tried to leave this gym, their employee told me incorrectly that my contract would just expire. It took me 5 months to get out of this contract! I sent multiple emails and left messages for owners, but they just didn’t care enough to even return an email. The manager who did care about my situation is no longer working there.

Not really worth the price

Great gym with even better staff! I love the diverse music selection and having 24/7 access to the facility. You can’t beat the price & convenience.

This facility is spotless. Equipment is always available, Trainer is excellent and management is outstanding. I have been hesitating on working out for a long time and now I love it! I cant believe what I receive for so little per month. I love this place!

Rip off. Do not join! I paid for a full year of Get Fit which allowed access 10-6pm. They did not provide a door key because the gym is supposed to be staffed between those hours. However, I cant tell you how many times I drove to the gym ready to workout and the staff was gone and the door locked. Thats not what I paid for! I have spoken to 3 different managers (high turnover, I guess?), and they have admitted workers are gone, but have blamed the issue on corporate for not providing key access during those hours. Even the owners daughter had the nerve to tell me, well, you must not have an account here if.you cant get in. Talk about ridiculous! I dont care whose fault it is. I paid for a service and it wasnt provided. Stay away from this gym. Ive had many gym memberships, and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. I have spoken to corporate about this in length and filed a formal complaint.

Horrible gym. Ill save you a long read, but basically they charged me for a trainer after all their trainers quit. They had (and this is still true) no female trainers after that but they never refunded me for the sessions I didnt receive and I was told by the owners daughter that it doesnt work that way. Please, I implore you, choose literally any other gym. Even Planet Fitness. Golds, One Life, literally any other gym. They dont even have barbells.

Not a friendly gym. The people were not able to help me with some issues I had. One of the workers also went ahead and charged me for an upgrade even though I told him next month. If you want to cancel you have to go through a hassle with another company. Im will be going back to American body works which is overall a better gym.

Very rude and condescending while I was enrolling. Signed up for the premium membership but other gyms wouldnt honor the guest policy. Seems like a bigger name like lifetime just might be worth the money

I have been a member at this gym since March 2015. Today, I went to cancel my membership as I joined a gym closer to my home. I have never had a issue with the gym until a went to cancel.When I went to cancel, they refused to pro-rate and/or remove the annual enhancement fee ($29) which comes up each year at the start date of the membership. I cancelled before my first year ended, but they told me my annual renew date comes up within 30 days after the date I cancel and I will have to pay for one month ($25) and next year annual enhancement fee ($29).Instead of looking at this from fair and reasonable stand point, they quoted policy and would not pro-rate or waiver the annual enhancement fee. I informed them that I would write this online review based on my negative experience.

The gym was always clean and staff friendly. I did personal training and the manager did a boxing regiment just for me. I never looked better. Hate that I moved!

Not s fan. Went for the 3 day trial membership, and was told by the front desk girl someone will let you in at 5am there is always someone here. Not true and I find out later they have a policy against it. No wonder I was left out on the cold knocking on the window. Joined American Body works up the street.
