House was painted and new driveway. Everyone was nice, professional. answered my questions. All that was done looks fantastic! One stop shopping. Next is new windows. I one hundred percent would recommend them and will do so.

The owner Tim accommodated my schedule for the estimate, suggested several add ons besides the gutters and still came within the range of other quotes Id received which were just for gutters. Tims crew hadnt even reached the neighborhood stop sign before I received texts of how nice the gutters looked. The time between estimate and installation was rather long at 5 weeks but we remained in communication and I was not in a rush. I have zero complaints, job well done and with great looking material.

Very professional and made the whole process for getting a new roof installed and repairing my bathroom ceiling from when my roof leaked extremely easy. Not to mention both my roof looks great and my bathroom ceiling looks absolutely wonderful. I cant believe how great of a job the contractor Ray did on my bathroom ceiling where I had mold from the leak. I called Trotter Roofing after an insurance roof inspection determined various issues with the existing roof. Trotter had one of their installers come out to see the roof and to provide in detail what was needed to correct the problem. They returned on the agreed date and at the agreed time with materials in hand, made the repairs, cleaned away all debris. i highly recommend their roofing services

Ive used Trotter Roofing and Gutters in the past for a new roof on out former home and was very pleased. So when we discovered a leak through the back wall of our new home, I called Trotter Roofing again. Tim got back to me that day. Tim spent quite a bit of time analyzing and giving me possibilities. The next day he sent one of his guys out to walk the roof and inspect it. He was prepared to fix it then and did. I would absolutely recommend Trotter Roofing and Gutters. We are happy with the work, the professionalism, and the price. More than fair. Tim and his team are our go-to roofing professionals.

First off, I will say that Tim seems to be a very nice guy up front. After that, who knows? I never got to see what type of service they provide as, after the estimate and proposal that we agreed on, I never heard from them again (even after texting the owner for a response). Absolutely zero follow up after 3 weeks (not even to share that theyre busy or give an ETA, which I wouldve understood at that point). Just seemed awkward to keep me waiting as a customer; and keep them on our interest level. We cancelled everything (hopefully they got that text message because we chose someone else to do the work). It was probably too small of a job for them anyways. Thanks but no thanks.

Please use Trotter Roofing if you enjoy...- paying for a roof repair but still have the same leak 3 months later- terrible communication- lies. (I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been told someone will be out on such and such day to fix the leak, but no one has actually shown up)

When I saw ceiling spots after the last rain, I asked my neighbor who she used for her roof repair. Tim Trotter arrived at our house to provide a quote on Monday, April 29. We accepted the quote and he assured us the work would be completed by May 6. He called yesterday to advise they could handle the job that day and would arrive within 1 1/2 hours. Zeke (installer) arrived on schedule and proceeded to handle the gutter replacement. Before completion Tim arrived to check on the progress. The cost was exactly as quoted.We are more than pleased with the service and we would definitely recommend Trotter to anyone looking for a professional customer focused company.Thank you Tim Trotter for a job that exceeded our expectations.

The salesman Marty Pinion and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time for my free estimate and met with the insurance adjuster to discuss coverage. When it was time for the new roof they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and friendly company and staff. Tim Trotter came by to inspect the roof on my house, which was leaking. It was a tough leak to find, because water was getting inside the roof, and then running down the rafters. It was hard to find the leak. The day he came it was about 95 degrees in our attic, and our house is 3 stories tall. It was not an easy job! Tim and his crew did a great job of finding the leak. I appreciate the hard work they did.

Tim Trotter and his team were supposed to fix a leak we had at our facility in Woodstock. It took them a long time to work up the estimate and actually come out. I just assumed they were busy so I was patient and gave them a chance. When they finally did come out I assumed the work was completed correctly. This was back in December. Now here we are in the rainiest seasons and every single day I have come into work and the entire lobby area was flooded. The leaking is worst now that it was before they came out. We paid a large chunk of money to have the work done so I expected to be able to reach out to Tim and his team and get a quick response but that didnt happen. I sent emails and called his cell and left messages with his office staff and everyone promised a call back or there was no answer at all. I called once more this morning and Tim answered the phone and immediately started speaking without saying hello or any formal greeting....he was attempting to rush me off of the phone. He lied and said his techs have been calling our office number but for a fact that isnt true. This has been one of the worst experiences. I still have no information regarding a warranty or how the issue can be fixed. No one has offered to come out and look at the conditions or anything......I know I will never recommend this company or use them again.

Mr. Trotter should not dabble in the commercial roofing business. The initial repair was in February of 2013. It has never been right. We were never leaking in the places we have leaks. He sent crews to try and fix the problems he created but never had any success. We are still leaking in 5 places and he will not return my call. I have paid him $8,000 to date for a gutter repair on our 20,000 sq. ft. flat top roof. He should probably stick to residential although I am not sure he can do that either. :)

I hired Trotter Roofing to perform some repairs on my leaking roof. A few months after the repairs complete, we were still experienced some leaks. These leaks could have been new leaks or from a poor repair job.It took weeks and many calls to Trotter Roofing to call us back and get a technician scheduled to look at our leak issues. After a couple of missed appointments, a warranty technician made it out to our house.The technician promised to fix the leaks the next day or at the very least, cover the areas with a tarp until a repair can be made. The technician or his crew never showed up and we were never called or contacted.After weeks of trying to contact Trotter customer service, we finally talked with Pam and scheduled another appointment. However, true to form, the Trotter crew was a no-show with no call to cancel or reschedule.I searched the internet and found Tim Trotters (the owner), cell phone and left him a voice message to call me back. He actually called me back and apologized for the poor customer service and promised he would personally followup me to get my issues taken care of.After another 2 weeks with no call back from Mr. Trotter, I called the office. The new office manager said she was hired to fix customer service issues and would personally take care of me. It has been another 2 weeks and still no contact from the Trotter Roofing or Tim Trotter !I suppose my warranty means nothing... I give up !
