Clearchoice did a great job soft washing my new cabin :) They took extra time to cover my plants. It was a very sunny day and they had a hard time seeing up under the frame of the house and when we pointed it out they were so open to going back over any spot! I would like to offer a positive review of Clearchoice Services in Woodstock.Clearchoice responded promptly with a no-nonsense quote for cleaning gutters on my house, followed shortly by service. They showed up when promised and performed a thorough clearing of two stories worth of gutters and downspouts, including one downspout so jammed it was bulging at the seam, and making sure the downspout to my rain barrel was flowing properly. The gutters on the front of my house were full of autumn leaves And grit from the two enormous maple trees just off the porch, and Steve and his crew not only didn’t disturb any of the shrubs and flowers beneath, they left absolutely no debris behind.Steve was friendly and forthcoming about all the work being done, as well as being honest about not needing to replace the bulging downspout — something another service told me they would charge me a couple hundred dollars to do.Thanks, Steve and Theresa.

I had what I thought was hard water stains on my 2 year old Anderson Bay Window. For those of you that have new Anderson windows you know they are not cheap! I tried everything to remove the stains, went to You Tube to see what I could do and one professional window cleaner recommended Quad grad steel wool. Well I tried it (in the corner) and all that did was scratch the window! I called Clearchoice and they came over within the week. After looking at the window for less than 5 minutes they told me it was IRON stains from our well water. Which made perfect sense. They removed the stains AND the scratches and my window looks brand new! Thank You Clearchoice.

I read the other reviews on this companys website and wonder how I got the stink job I received yesterday. First, two weeks prior to my booking I confirmed wanting the date and never received a confirmation for my booking. I called the morning of at 0900 to check IF they were coming and if so, what time. Was told late morning to early afternoon arrival. At approx 1245 I called again. Was told she would find out. She called me back right away @ approx 1300 that they would be done 25-30 minutes and they were only a couple minutes away. The two man crew arrived at 2pm. Prepped and started about 10 minutes later. They reported completion at 230pm. I inspected the job. The window sashes were still dirty and the screen tracks hadnt been cleaned outoutt. 9 windows for 195$??? The crew member said this was an exterior window cleaning. Just the glass. I have had my windows done in the past and that is NOT my definition of a window cleaning. They stated that is their definition. Be aware of generic definitions of a job especially since my Mom pretty much got a cadillac job for 80$ more that included: inside and outside glass cleaning, screen wash, window sash clean and screen sash clean..hmmmm. They offered to void my bill which I accepted.

What a difference they made to my siding. Its actually white again! The front of the house doesnt get any sun ever and it faces North. There was dark green mossy gunk covering every inch, including the window sills. We tried to power wash it off ourselves without success. They got it all off and it looks amazing!! Will definitely call then again when needed.

Had them out to wash my siding/gutters and they did an excellent job. They even taped all of the keyholes to prevent damaging the locks. I wouldnt hire anyone else.
