Came and walked the roof. Said they would provide quote. Called a few times and sent email. Two months later no quote or response whatsoever.

Shelter Guard is awesome! They are so response and prompt. They send out a automated work order and text when theyre on their way. Then they send before and after pics attached to the invoice which I can also easily pay online! Theyre work is high quality. They thoroughly cleaned my gutters and even repaired the paint that was peeling off the side of my front door! I used them last year and again this year. They are now my regular go-to company. Thank you!

The guys actually showed up before our appointment, so they were more than prompt. They were ready to go to work, so it was less of a consultation and more of an appointment to do the job! They did not wear masks but were very pleasant, professional, and kept an appropriate distance. The guys also let me know that they would’ve normally pressure washed the areas where debris fell down on the siding home, but that they had a hose fail on them on a job the day before, which is literally the ONLY reason for 4 stars out of 5. They were done very quickly and payment was done through Square. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service.

We had an issue with an employee who is no longer with the company that was not doing his job. He made the job very difficult to complete. Once the owner James got involved, he made sure that the job was done right. I would have no hesitation in the future to use this company again should the occasion arise..

My initial experience with them wasnt very good because no one showed up at the scheduled appointment time, which was on a Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 3 pm. About 6pm I got a text saying things were messed up and could he come Thursday or Friday? We settled on Friday, 9am. Thursday morning about 7:45am I get a text saying they are coming at 9am today. They got here 9am and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with Shelter Guard Exteriors and will use them again.

This company was on point. Did exactly what they said they would do. I must say I first was scheduled with Neds Gutters(Stay away). Neds told me 7-10 days for service. Called Neds today and they said maybe this coming Monday. Keep in mind it has been past 10 days. So, I started searching for another company. I found Shelter Guard and told them what I went through with Neds Gutters. The gentleman at Shelter Guard was polite and had his crew out to my house the SAME DAY and for less than Neds. So I call Neds to cancel and what do you know.....here comes discounts and we can get there today.....Sorry to late. I would highly recommend this company. The workers were awesome as well. I will be posting this company on my HOA website. Thank you very much Shelter Guard.

The guys did a great job! They were here when they said they would be. Work included a new gutter install and wood rot on some siding. Great work, they even pointed out a soft spot around a pipe on the roof ....another job, soon! Cleaned up the mess thoroughly and we are very pleased. Since we are doing a lot of work on our home they will be hearing from us again :)

We used Shelter Guard Exteriors to clean our gutters for the first time. It was easy to schedule my appointment online, but the contractors arrived 4 hours after the scheduled appointment time range. No one called me about arriving late until they were on the way to my home. Once they arrived, the gutters were cleaned but I could tell they were ready to finish quickly to end the work day. No one even apologized for the lack of communication or late arrival. I will not support this company again.

Initially I hired for the gutter cleaning work. The process to order work was easy and affordable. He then contacted me for the damaged roof. With his help, I had the insurance claim for the roof replacement. James was very professional and knowledgeable in working with my insurance and coordinated with my tenant to get the work completed.. Very responsive and good communication.

I think their booking system is glitchy, our appointment wasn’t dispatched. BUT I did get a call a few hours after our set time stating they were running behind. Things happen, just happy to have had it done. They two guys were super fast, friendly and cleaned up what they blew out of the gutters nicely. Will def use them again.

Hiring Shelter Guard to do some work on our roof and gutters. They were very prompt with our initial appointment and again when they came out to do the work. My wife and I use Shelter Guard for all of our roofing and gutter work. They are fantastic to work with and always provide excellent communication!

The guy showed up on time to give me a quote but didn’t wear a mask, didn’t have real shoes on (socks and flip flops) and forgot to bring a ladder to a gutter cleaning... I was not impressed. I’m going to continue to try to find another company to help me.
