Staff was nice but they do not have towels to use to wipe down the vehicles like other car washes. Over half of the vacuums do not work. The other vacuums that do work are missing the attachments. It’s just the hose. Even some of the ones that do work hardly work. I do not recommend going here.

This is probably the worst car wash Ive been to. Half of the wash options arent even available. Pretty much none of their vacuums actually work. The vacuums that do work have very little suction. I ended up just going somewhere else and paying all over again.

I wouldnt recommend this place at all! I paided $15 and its still dripping with saop, the vaccumes do not work and the mat cleaner is broken. Wish I could get my money back!

They young guys that brought me into the wash did not care. I paid for the $14 dollar wash that included the wheels to be cleaned and tires shined, that was not done. The websites states the vacuums are “mega horse power”. You are lucky to find one that either has a hose or works. They also advertise towels and window spray. Neither of those items was available. I will not return to this car wash.

So I went in to wash my car and upon using the first vacuum I was unimpressed but i tried another and it was much better. It’s worth it to check the other hoses if yours is weak. But I don’t think the carwash side is open anymore. I was there during business hours and it seemed closed. I also attempted to call and there was no answer.. I think they are closed aside from the vacuums.

The wash here was ok. I was expecting either hand wash or touch-free, but was surprised by the ole-fashioned brushes that pounded my truck. My side view mirrors took a beating. I paid for the premium package, but it didn’t much different than the standard wash. I will find a different one next time. If you want the old-fashioned brushes, then this is the place for you.

FRAUD!!!! Don’t come here! I mean, really: Avoid this car wash!I just wanted to have my car cleaned and this car wash had more problems than anything.Half of the selectable options were disabled. This means that most of the machinery in the car wash was dysfunctional.The payment station doesn’t give you a receipt. The people working at the car wash were not able to print out any receipt because “the manager took away the printer”.The manager has COVID and is not on site for the last 3 weeks. The assistant manager is also not on site.This is the worst run business in the history of this planet.It is literally run by a bunch of kids of which none of them is responsible for anything.I definitely won’t come back. This business really has to get their stuff together.There are enough other car wash places around that are more than happy to greet me with a smile, have all functioning hardware and have a manager on site in case something goes wrong.

Ive been coming here for 6 months now and the quality is declining rapidly. Every time I come here there are less vacuums working, either the handles broken or no suction. I have to loop around before I pull into a bay to make sure I have a working vacuum. The car wash itself is okay but my car isnt as clean as Id like. Ive lost a passenger mirror here, which i cant blame them for. FOLD IN YOUR MIRRORS! I come once every week or two and pay $35 a month. I expect their equipment to work since I pay for the car wash experience. Looking for other options near me.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the last! It is so nasty… black marks left ALL over my brand new car! Some kind of wax or grease all over the passenger side! I cannot believe this place is open and allowed to do this to cars!!

Staff member tries to take over the sale at the purchase point... tried hard to upsell, insisting the option I wanted is not available for some reason. After being forced to pay for a higher level of wash that was supposed to include tire wash and tire shine, the wheels came out still dirty and with no shine. After pointing it out, the staff member seemed irritated and walked out with a single tire brush of wheel shine produced from beside the door - obviously prepared for people that take time to notice they dont really apply tire shine. Only a couple of vacuum hoses for so many spaces. Lousy, lousy, service. Feels dishonest and shady.

So heres what I see. New LED lights. The parking lot dark, issue with the power the kid said. The floor mat machine STILL broken. No towels, no shine, no cleaners, hardly any suction (not enough to be worth the time) and theres still that one lazy, hardly moving brush on the drivers side halfway through the wash. Come on Zippy...Why am I paying 35 bucks a month again?Oh, and my truck, still dirty.

This used to be a nice place. The ordering machine is busted, the building looks worn down, one car was off to the side with some damage to the trunk, and as we were next in line, the car ahead of us went off the track. Go somewhere else.

It missed the whole back of my car and it didnt look washed. The person that did the prewash used the brush on the front but not the back. Another nice guy at the wash ran it again and got it clean. Some of the brushes when going through were not operating. Could of made the difference also.

Thoroughly unimpressed. I haven’t been here since 2010. I came up for the holidays and my car needed a car wash and vacuuming STAT. I remembered this place being decent enough.Unfortunately, they haven’t upgraded anything since 2010. The car wash only washed the top of my car. My side mirrors, bumper, undercarriage, front bumper, etc. - still dirty. Literally was washing it off myself with products that I brought with me.Also, the vacuuming has the worst suction and is only good for a light, quick cleaning..... when I say light, I mean a crumb that somehow made its way to the floor mats.Please don’t waste your time or money here. They are way overpriced for poor quality products.

Staff could careless about you. Two staff members were arguing about something before I was about to enter the wash. One team seemed upset from the argument and began to angrily yell at me to put my car my car in neutral then proceeded to angrily slap my car with a brush. There are a lot of other car washes to go to on 92. I think I’ll pass this one up next time I need a wash

I’ve lived in Woodstock for 2 years, and this location has declined. I was there yesterday. The car wash wasn’t that great as my car was still dirty. The staff, eh....haphazard prep. The worst were the vacuums. The three i tried didn’t work, or broke down while using. Trash was overflowing and all over the parking lot. So many better options around. Pass!

Staff did all they could but the lack of an on-site manager showed when the car wash was not working properly. Use to be good now just someone unattended investment.

I have a monthly passes for our cars for over a year. The quality has dropped so much I am looking at other options. On multiple times the car wash has broken down while I am in the washing area. Once they had to run my car through 3 times, on the 3rd attempt the rinse area was broken and I had to drive my car home with soap all over the car and rise it off at home. The vacuums never work well. I wish they could improve their service.

Didnt get what I paid for, so be careful when choosing your wash and the order that you enter the wash. It did not clean my car very well, left streaks. The vacuums are the best ever.

This has to be the worst car wash Ive ever gotten in my life. My car is still dirty all over, half the vacuums are broken and the rest have such litter suction that they wont pick up anything. I wish I could post pictures on here because it is absolutely awful. Dont come here.

I am thoroughly disappointed by the service here both by the staff and also the car wash itself. This center is close by so I have tried it multiple times providing maybe it had been an off day here. Often the staff is passive and will slap their brush on the car and not do much else. They seem annoyed that I am there and can’t give any effort to the 1 minute interaction. Additionally, any washing of the car is minimal with a low quality performance to removing dirt. Also, there is typically soap all left all over the car which leaves streaks on the glass and mirrors.

Will not be going back. The machines are obviously old and in need of repairs. I wasted my money getting my car washed here.

Not a good experience. Car was still dirty after wash, they allowed me to go back through and it still wasnt clean. Vacuum didnt work so had to use another, and they dont provide towels to dry car that dosent fully dry in wash, or to wipe inside of car. Probably wont use this place again.

I think they are under new ownership and making upgrades soon. Everything is looking a little tired. I look forward to the changes it looks like thy are making.

Ive been here many times before but this time I defiently regretted it. The payment pad wasnt working they had to start the wash manually and Im pretty sure I didnt get the 21$ wash i paid for. No tire shine half the brushes didnt work, most of the vacuums were busted and missing the nozzles. Wont be visiting here again unless they revamp the place.

The machine broke down halfway through the wash. Had to go back and see the manger. They let me run through the wash again. Its was ok after that but still not a great wash.

A bit on the spendy side for a drive through with absolutely no service at all. Its pure self service though there a few workers there to help if one got stuck or something. Basically, their prices are for minimum, hand cleaning after the wash. Over all okay.

I have a monthly pass here since its the most convenient one to me with that option. It is difficult to access their track how they have their cones blocking (plus im in a larger vehicle) and the wash tunnel ALWAYS moves my mirror.This is the only car wash that either of those items have been an issue.

Greeted by friendly employee who taped wiper down and pre cleaned with a brush. Exited the wash to no towels to dry and no suction from vacuum. Decided to air dry and as the sun went down I noticed my car was covered in a greasy film, which I know from experience as a hydraulic leak and the inside of the wash was probably not cleaned properly.

Let me just start by saying the car wash was great quite psychedelic to be exact.. lol 🙃But truly the best part Id have to say, the vacuums are awesome!!!

The car wash that I paid $10 for as opposed to $7 was no different. Unfortunately the vacuum cleaners would hardly work. They had nearly no suction and when I talked to the associate he simply said to try a different one after had tried four different ones already. The vacuums literally wouldnt pick up what a Dollar Store lint roller would. This is not my typical car wash location and I will not be coming back again.

Vacuums Have lost there suction I could hear air leaks everywhere. All they need to do I a little re vamp on the system and it will work like new. But until then...

For a $10 wash should include tire shine and they are the WORST of the WORST place to go so dont.

Paid for their best car was and the car looked horrible. Brushes hardly touched one side of car and they must have also run out of wax and tire shine, since none made it on to the car. The attendant didn’t tape rear wiper well and it broke off 🤬. Vacuums don’t work very well either. I have try’s calling the place numerous times to talk to a manager but always goes to voice mail, which is full and can’t even leave a message. This place will never see my money again.

The first run through the wash left a ton of soap on my car, so I go in and talk to the employees about getting the soap off. They say to drive to around to the entrance of the wash where they sprayed my car down with the hoses they had there. I was then instructed to back out of the wash line. Confused, I started backing out until I realized they were telling me to have a good day. They were going to leave all they water on my car, which would have left it coated in water spots. I asked to just run through again because the was has the fans at the end to dry the car. At this point one of the employees walks away and shakes his head laughing, which I thought was increadably disrespectful. We went through and guess what, covered in soap again!! We park again and go in to get the employees for help. They come out and say yeah, the soap doesnt come all the way off when we are running them through fast. Then two employees proceeded to wipe my car down with paper rags. Very unhappy with the experience and wash.

The car wash was above average, but the service was incredible. I showed up moments before closing, and Derek was very helpful. He had to stay late to give me a hand, and he even served another guy after me. Derek did a great job and took his time to do so even though it was quitting time. Much appreciated.

Car got stuck in wash twice

The 1st visit . Did a good job cleaning car. The tire shine could do a little better job on tires other than that everything else was great. I bought the 35.00 monthly pass.

$$+ I wish I had read the YELP reviews before I went and spent $21on their top $$$ wash, only to have soap running off all over the car AFTER I pull out of the wash. By the way, the attendant will offer you a dry rag to wipe the soap around on your vehicle.Now normally I would give them a second chance. However, having NOW read their YELP ratings it certainly would appear that the current owner does not care about the quality of wash you get once they have your $21, as this has been a recorded issue since around 2015.Having said that I WOULD NOT recommend this vendor.PLEASE, like my review if it has been helpful to you in any way. They closed 30 minutes early. I drove 12 mins arrived at 6:30, and they were closed. Such a waste of time.

The wash was exactly as expected, great! My car wasnt noticeably dirty because I have a classic car with paint chipping off from age, but the wash definitely helped make my baby look fresh. The attendant in the tunnel, Nelly, scrubbed the bug goo off in a jiffy! A couple of the vaccums had issues but Zach was nice enough to help me by unclogging it. Overall my experience was pleasant. I have been to this wash many times before and have always had a good experience.

I spent money on the most expensive wash expecting the best results. Once my car was dry it didnt look very clean to me and I had to start wiping off my own mirrors and hood. I decided I would say something about it, Derick wasnt hesitant to agree that my car didnt look the best and have me a rewash tick for free. I met the manager Matt and he was very nice about it. The staff was very friendly and I appreciate their service

We essentially paid $20 to vacuum our truck. There were no signs posted that it was not a touch free wash, and no where to turn around once we realized it. After going through, the truck is just as dirty coming out as it was going in. There are still bugs on the windshield as well as the backs of the mirrors. Buyer beware. Dont waste your money here.

Cheap .. Only 12 dollars for a full package car was. The wash is thorough and the staff clean some parts by hand and dont expect tips. Highly recommended over the place in main street.

I formerly loved this place. But past several times I noticed that portions of the wash were not working...much less water being used. This last time my car came out soapy. Attendant stated it was “drying agent.” So I google’d it...drying agents are not soapy and are affected by residual soap. Sadly, until wash is fixed, I will go elsewhere.

The front of my car is clean but the back isnt. Vacuums are all tangled together. Broke my antenna off when Ive never had that problem before at other car washes. No rags or spray bottles to wipe your car with. I have called them 6 times and it goes to voicemail- which is full.

The tire shine never works and when I approached the manager about it he recommended that I buy extra tire shine from their self service machine instead of fixing the mistake. He explained to me that the tire shine in the car wash machine is water-based so it doesnt show up as good. He offered to let me go through the wash again for free but if the tire shine in the machine isnt working why would I want to go through the entire wash again?

I have never been here before and decided to try it. I had no idea how it worked.. I paid and drove around until I saw two employees talking. They motioned for me to drive forward while continuing to talk. An older gentleman came out, I think the manager. It started to go but I had my car in park. I didnt know what to do. He knocked on my window and I rolled it down and told me to put it in neutral. I apologized and said this was my first time here. He said well thats why there are signs here to tell you what to do. I apologized again and said I was watching the guys. I realized that the one guy who was waving me in was standing directly in front of the sign. Anyway.... I proceeded ahead and when I was done I pulled over to see how good my car looked and there was soap on both front doors and side mirrors. I should have gone back and told management but I was so frustrated I just left. I will never go back to rude manager and shotty service.

Waste of time and money. Ive been to similar we wash the outside and you do the inside car washes, but they provide more than a vacuum. There were no towels to wipe down my vehicle, no cleaners for your inside windows or mirrors. I got the Managers Special, $20, which was nothing but an outside wash, imitation tire dressing, but and rain repellant, I vacuumed while a couple of college dudes sat inside playing on their cell phones. I asked one of them for a towel, No, oh, you mean to wipe down your car?. No, idiot, because Im going to take a shower.Would never in a lifetime give these people $1.00 again.

Paid for the wash and the gate would not open. The car wash barely cleaned. While in the car wash it bent my mirror backwards. Then the vacuums were barely functional. Wish I had read the reviews before going.

I paid for a $14 car wash. The most Ive ever spent on a car wash in my life. There was an option for $5 but I drove across the country and my car only had a layer of after rain dirt on it, and I wanted to make sure it got clean.After Rain Dirt happens when your car is rained on and you dont dry it the next morning. As you drive you work, or wherever, the water on your car traps dirt from in the air and as the water dries and evaporates the dirt stays on the car.After the car wash, the roof, hood, windshield, and trunk of my car were still dirty. Not as dirty as I drove in but it wasnt $14 worth of clean. I will return to $8 car washes at gas stations because I can trust my car will be cleaned there.

Thought I would try it out. Well not impressed at all. Paid $17 and not sure what for. The one of the road, takes your antenna off, gives you a rag to wipe things down, gives cleaning spray and glass spray, they do not do any of this. My antenna got bent but was rushed in so fast I did not get a chance to get it off. Nor did they ask. The right side spinning brunsh was not even working. One side of the vacuum cleaners was not working. That was the first and last.

Pulled up for the superior wash and an employee runs over to tell me if paying cash to just give it to him, that the machine is not working. So I gave them $10 and he scurried off into the office. I went through the machine and apparently I got the lowest end car wash. Seems like the guy pocketed the money for the higher end and gave me the lower and car wash. I asked to go through it again because it didn’t give me the wax or the tire shine or the wheel scrub. And I went back through and he gave me the cheap car wash again. Shadey employees, shady business practice, not going back there.

Horrible management, Mike the GM is a total jerk. My car got stuck in the middle of the wash, everything stopped. Then it didnt wash the soap off, didnt do the tire shine, and the dryers didnt turn on. So I pulled around again because the soap was drying on my car and asked for my money back. I had to wait in line again. My 5 minute wash turned into 30. Then I went in to speak with Mike (not sure how he could ever be a GM) and he was so rude. Said his computers malfunctioned and didnt even apologize and refused to give me a refund. Horrible car wash, I still had soap on the car after the 2nd wash. Needs new management for sure. I work at a hotel and used to send our guests there to get washes, I wont be doing that anymore. This place sucks, point blank period.

This place has gone down since opening. Many of the staff members are lazy. Vacuums are often kept off now so they dont have tend those areas. It used to be much better.one of the attendants said they got new owners so hopefully it gets better.

I would give this car wash zero stars if I could. Terrible service and quality. If you have a truck, prepare to make a three point turn in order to get in the building. They put you extremely close to the cars next to you and saw two cars hit each other while we were there. The dryers blew the cap off of our mirrors and broke the clips. Will never go back.

Not a touchless car wash - keep getting scratches from the soft parts of the wash.. Broke my antenna off last week and they will not even pay the $38 it costs to replace.. Very poor location.

Despite bad reviews thought I would give this place a shot myself car ran through Upon finishing the wash rinse and dry cycle vehicle still had soap on it when asked the manager if they had a hose so I can rinse the car off they said no its not soap its a drying agent and if you wipe it off it will go away I then asked if they had towels so that we could dry it off and the reply was we certainly do over on the wall theyre $0.50 a piece. Heed everyones warning definitely one Star Car Wash I will not be coming back was not worth the ten bucks I spent to get the car washed

This place is ok. The unlimited vacuums is a nice perk. A little overpriced like most drive-thru car washes. I feel like they used to have liquids out to help clean the interior of your car along with other stuff, but you can pretty much only expect to wash, vacuum then leave

Many vacuum cleaners were literally broken, the others barely had suction. No wipes providedGo 2 miles down the road to the one near Walmart, or the one on bells ferry.

Great facility!! It does a wonderful job on my car. It is setup so well and live the free vacuum area!!!

I tried to tell kid that a metal object banged on my window. He would not listen. When I returned after checking car and found major scratches all down the side of my car 3 other drivers were in there with damaged cars. No manager was present. Gave us bogus number to voice mail that does not return calls. Told us all that others have sued for damages and their corporate lawyers beat them. They came up with excuses not to pay for damages. I canceled my subscription service. If you are ok with paying damages inflicted on your beautiful car - please use them and you will!

I paid for the $10 Zippys whatever. It was supposed to come with tire shine and the wheels cleaned. The wash was subpar the main wash curtain was not working, and the side spinning cloth washer on the passenger side was not working. The wheels were skipped altogether, and not even an attempt at tire shine.I have been to this wash several times, and it used to be okay. Now its terrible. I will not return. Ever.

Stay away from this place! Chipped the paint on my hood in multiple places. I drive a Prius C and my hood was replaced less than a year ago. Incredibly frustrated.There are signs everywhere telling you what they “are not responsible for”Do not visit.

This is my favorite carwash and the staff are nice. I had an issue with the manager and I emailed the company and they actually called me back very quickly and were very nice and respectful allowing me to explain the situation and listening patiently.

No customer service whatsoever. I had to wait for the manager, Mike on duty to finish talking on the phone and finish his lard sandwich. I paid 20 dollars, No hand towel was given as all the other car washes of this caliber in the metro Atlanta area give and no tire shine applied even though the employees attested to personally priming the pump prior to my wash. All in all very disappointed with zippy carwash of Woodstock. Definitely wont be returning.

I pay $35 a month for this place and it’s either broken or always closed when i try to go through the wash. Their site says they close at 7 but often times I’ll get there around 6:30-6:40 and it’s blocked off. Also the tire shine machine is always broken, it does not rinse all the soap off my car (08 tahoe). Wash-me-fast (kennesaw) must have spoiled me because my car always came out perfect from there. This is the only car wash near my work so I’ll still go there, it cleans your car decently.

Dont waste your money for the more expensive $20+ car washes here. Its the same as the sub $7 washes. I explained to the manager that my windshield and rear bumper didnt even get cleaned and he said oh well. I cannot recommend this car wash, find another one!As I was leaving an employee named Chris noticed how I was handled by the manager and offered another wash. Dryers do absolutely nothing at the end of the wash. Not all the vacuums have suction. Wash just ok, still have places that didnt get clean and I have a small car.

It used to be a ok wash but it looks like they havent maintained the equipment and all the employees are disrespectful and dont care when there is an issue. The owners or managers I assume are not ever there or just dont care as well. I filled out a incident report and never heard back from anyone, but I honestly doubt it was ever given to anyone. Judging but the employees attitudes, it was probably thrown away as soon as I left.

Equipment isnt being maintained and some out of order. Wash is damaging vehicles. Membership prices increased by $10 but the service is poor. The only renovation made was new signage. You dont receive services you pay for like tire shine. Manager is rude and unprofessional.
