I dont like writing bad reviews, but sometimes you gotta call it. When I arrived, the guys were cool and friendly. I told him its a new car to me so its already been detailed, it came up from Florida and has a lot of love bug splats I need taken care of plus, the inside windshield had stickers and sticker residue to be removed. I usually wash my own vehicles and can handle it, but knew I didnt have the right chemicals for love bugs or sticker residue. I asked if he could do it and he told me, oh yeah everyone has those bugs on there, well take care of you. After an hour of waiting, I paid and even tipped 20%, but them went out to look at the vehicle and love bug splats were still there and so was a sticker on the inside. I told him about those and his attitude changed toward me. He took a razor and scrapped off the sticker, still leaving residue and now fingerprints all over the inside glass. He wiped down the areas where the bug splats were with a rag which also left streaks now. I reminded him about how those were the only two things I needed and he said he would take care of it, but didnt. He did say sorry he couldnt do anything about it, but should have told me that from the beginning.* in response to the owners reply, U got the wrong detail center. We haven’t serviced this kind of car today. Should be a detail center down the road Ive added my receipt photo to show that it was in fact Jambo Mega Detail. It was done Sunday afternoon.

Despite a little than longer wait, the car looked great inside and outside! The staff was more than humble and grateful!

After recently taking my car in to have the interior and exterior detailed I cannot express how pleased I am with their service. Not only was the staff friendly to me, but they did an amazing job on my car! My interior was covered with dirt/dog hair and slobber/and the dash was covered in dust. For the condition my car was when I dropped it off, it only took them 2 hours to make my car absolutely impeccable! All surfaces were clean, shiny, my car truthfully looked better than brand new. Prices are reasonable and their product is fantastic. I will be going here again and again.

Unhappy after paying auto detailing price and getting not much more than a car wash.

I take my mustang there all the time for a basic wash and sometimes light wax. It always looks amazing. Definitely double check after waxing. Some wax was still left on ( by pure accident and he was more than willing to clean it up )

They did a fantastic job for a super reasonable price. The inside of my car looks like new.

They were closing because it was about to pour down rain. I just needed the bugs washed off my car from a recent trip. They opened back up and washed my car. Im a customer for life!

Very disappointed.EDIT: I have tried to add the photos of their posted times (it says the close at 6PM) and my conversation with them. This is the second time I had worked stopping in to get a detail into my busy schedule and the second time they left early. I have received details in the past but not good enough to deal with inconsistent hours of operation. Theres a cheaper, better quality version of a quick detail off Canton Rd. Id rather go out of my way and visit a place that is guaranteed to be open.

They always do an excellent job on my hellcat, everytime I bring it there its like new.

I brought my sons vehicle in for a complete detail, including wax and steam clean of the seats and carpets. A few months ago he left the sun roof open during a rain storm so there were some mold stains on the seats and it being an older car it needed a good wash and wax. Unfortunately I picked it up as they were closing and didnt look at the interior well at all and it looked as if it wasnt touched. The dash was still dusty, the doors still dirty with finderprints and dust, the cup holders still had grime in them (easily removed by me when simply scraping) and the seats did not look any different. I will say the carpets looked good but honestly they didnt look bad to start with.The wax/exterior looked much better than it did prior but wax was applied over bug residue, etc. so it was not really detailed/handwashed in my opinion and did not look THAT much better than the $19 auto wash up the road and this was $140 (and a very generous tip). I am bummed that I didnt look it over well enough before paying but just wont go back...lesson learned.

Seriously great staff and an impressive job well done! The Full Detail at $79 was perfect as Im about to have a baby and needed help getting dog hair out of the backseat before the baby arrives. I felt it would be nearly impossible to get all that white hair out of the cloth seats, but there is seriously not one hair left. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My car is cleaner than the day I bought it, and the crew was all super nice.

Waited for 15 minutes for emissions. No one ever came out. I finally went in and he said he was still waiting for the machine to warm up. 15 minutes more... didnt even bother coming out to update anyone. What a waste of time. Dont bother

Have to say the guys here are quick and friendly. They know car care and the prices are very reasonable.

They mostly cleaned the interior so that part was ok, but over-priced... what I absolutely hated was the smell of whatever chemicals they used... it was awful. Never again.

I would highly recommend Mega Detail (Hand) Car Wash. They will have your car looking like new again. They work very hard to make your car perfect.

I was quite disappointed with the car detailing on my black rav4 I received here on Wednesday. I dropped my car off for 5 hours and it still wasn’t complete when I arrived then when I picked it up I still found some parts of the inside dirty. The console was not clean at all and there were other spots in the car I had to clean myself that I was able to easily remove with a Clorox wipe. They also forgot to give me back my weather tech backseat matt, which is very expensive so I was dissappointed when I had to go back for the matt. For 80$, I would expect better especially as a college student spending my hard-earned money on cleaning the car. I would have done it myself if I knew the service wasn’t going to be top notch especially since there were a lot of other good reviews.

Clearly this place has no idea how to clean and detail a car. I paid for an exterior wash and interior detail. After further inspection when I got home the outside was still dirty, bugs on front bumper and side view mirrors and along both rocker panels. The interior was so called detailed. They use some steam contraption for the carpet which did nothing, sprayed all the floor mats with some chemical and used a brush to clean. How about a pressure washer to clean the floor mats I ask we just use a brush was the response I got. I spent an additional 2 hours cleaning what they said was clean. Door pockets still had debris and trash, the leather seats were still dirty. The list goes on you have warned steer clear from here as they are quick to pull a fast one on you.

Horrible ! 43 dollars in total with tax. My windshield they didn’t even touch! They put some chemical all over that just rubbed in everywhere looking like smudges. My seats are leather and as soon as I sat down I stuck to my seat from all the gunk they sprayed. Won’t be back !

The guys here did amazing work. My SUV was wrecked from years of abuse and dirt and they had the entire inside looking spotless. They got out stains that I never would have thought possible. The inside of my old car looks brand new. Thanks you guys for all you did.

Outstanding service and JOB WELL DONE. I have never felt inclined to compliment a Car Wash / Detailing business before but Bobby and his crew did such an excellent job in getting my 2017 Hyundai Sport looking like new again that I had to write something. I am turning the car in at the end of lease in December 2017 and it had three or four areas I know they would have nailed me on that Mega TOTALLY cleared up. My compliments to an outstanding business. Going elsewhere in Townelake/Woodstock would not be a very smart move, trust me.

I got a $99 detail and was pleased with the results. They had my Encore ready in an hour, as promised, and it looks WAY better. They did miss a few spots with vacuuming but, considering more expensive packages are available and I do have two very large dogs who shed, this may just be part of it. I would go back!

EXCELLENT! Of course anyone (myself included) could nit-pick here and there about small things but this is simply THE BEST VALUE I have ever seen ...I will return very soon...most likely today with my wifes car (shes jealous now lol)

Dont let this non-assuming place fool you. The service was outstanding. The care they took in meticulously making sure all the wax was removed was impressive. The attention to detail was impeccable. I had the Ambassador detail package (includes carpet/seat shampoo) on my car to get it ready to sell. It was filthy, and they did an incredible job! Especially for the price! Definitely recommend!

Decent if youre looking for a quick wash. The team of guys is cool and hard working but the products they use arent very top of the line. The tire-shine they use doesnt dry quickly enough so I find when I drive away I have tire-shine splatter marks along the body of my vehicle.

It was reasonable price, but Im not 100 percent satisfied reason is the back of my van wasnt vacuumed well, and the exterior wasnt completely wash. But they did good job on console area and dash board. I appreciate their apology but to be sure is to check before you drive up. Thank you staff appreciate you all!

Sitting here in the breezy outside sitting area while Mr. Bobby and his staff take care of my car like it’s their own. He is so nice and friendly even to my kids. Went there to get my truck wash, one of the workers stole about 5$ in quarters from my center console. Very unprofessional & Unacceptable!!! But the owner who is a good man I see took full responsibility and handle the matter on spot w/ no issues! Like the wash but hate thieves hope he was FIRED!!

Great and efficient service with a smile. The young guy was courteous and informed me of the tag option at Kroger if the actual tag office next door was closed by the time I got there. The only thing that lost a star for me was the poor signage indicating where to go for emissions. Beyond that, this is now my emissions spot since moving to Townelake bc the old dude on Bells Ferry next to the four wheeler dealer, was condescending and annoying. See you next year Mega Detail! Don’t waste your money! I did the “Elite” detail all it seems like they did is splash water on my engine and spray A TON of air freshener in my car. I pointed out obvious areas that hadn’t even been touched and they didn’t even offer to go ahead and clean them!Added photos of after my detail things I pointed out before I even drove off. They even made a joke of how I was unsatisfied. So for them to leave a comment to bring it back is insulting.

Just talked to a guy on the phone. Probably the worst customer service Ive ever heard. Laughed when I asked how long for a clean. Then trailed off when asked if I could bring it in immediately instead of an appointment. Had to ask three times because I couldnt hear him. So they lost a customer because this guy has an attitude and shouldnt be answering phones.

It was okay... I went home after getting my SUV cleaned and noticed they didnt vacuum the back. I had to drive back and get them to do it again. They vacuumed and apologized- it was just annoying to have to go back. Next time Ill just have to check before I leave.
