By far the best car wash in Towne Lake! Every time we come they offer us a wet towel to wipe down the inside while it goes thru the wash. Today the guy told me it was going to be a few mins before he put me thru...... he said your wheels are really dirty and need a little extra attention. Normally after going thru the auto wash I still have to hand wash my wheels to get all the dirt off. Not today. With all the car washes in the area being pretty similar in price its the little things like these that make it worth the visit to this one compared to the other guys in the area. They always have fresh towels out and extra cleaning supplies provided with the vacuum stations. Worth the visit, worth your time, worth your money.

I have a huge truck (F350) that I was afraid wouldn’t fit in the tunnel but the owner was SO kind and helpful and guided me all the way through and even had my wheels shined at no extra cost because they didn’t get cleaned to his standards. Everybody was so incredibly nice and professional and made me feel like family. I’ll definitely be using this car wash from now on and letting everyone know as well. This is the place to go if you want a great clean and excellent service!

This place is great, I use to go to the other car wash down the road but not anymore. They take time to prep your vehicle to be washed and I mean go all out. The other place sprays something on your vehicle and don’t even scrub it. Plus they have everything you need to really give your car a true peachy clean and the price is great too!

Simply fantastic. I have a large white dog and my car has black upholstery. During 2020 he went with me everywhere and it was quite apparent if you looked in my vehicle. I wasnt sure what to expect for such a reasonable price, but I was blown away. Spotless and beautiful. Theyve got my business forever.

Tonight was my last time going there. First you never know when they are going to be offering interior cleaning. It wasnt available tonight. It started out with the kid folding in my power mirrors by hand instead of asking me to power them in. You can do it by hand but its not great on the mirror. There was tree sap left on the car so I asked one of the staff if they had any bug & tar remover and all he said was that it had already been put away. It was 7:19 pm and they werent supposed to close until 8pm. I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but this was very poor service.

Update: The manager has reached out to me. They have found my keychain as well as taken care of the exterior of my vehicle. I have to commend them for staying diligent and finding my personal item. The fact that they continued looking for and found my item can not be under stated. They have made a new customer out of me. The extra mile was not missed by these guys.Went and got a 100 dollar car wash interior/exterior detail. The interior was done well. The exterior was mediocre at best. I didn’t even want to go over my displeasure with the outside because while they were washing my vehicle they lost my key ring, which had some personal effects on it. One of which being a hand made leather keychain made by a friend long ago. The outside of my truck still has road tar and bug impacts on the front grill and chrome. They should have had more than one person washing my vehicle as it is a large 2500 type truck. One person could never get it all correct. A bizarre menu. Good luck pulling up q figuring whats for sale. If you want a plain old inside and outside car wash.....well, that sort of exists. You can get one of those in the detailing line, even though you dont want your car detailed. Hint: Inside and out carwash is $35...if you can figure it out!

Love the service I get here since the new owners took over. They treat everyone like VIPs. Really loving my car wash subscription. Its a great deal and I get to come a couple times a week and not have to worry about waiting in line to get a quick wash.

I got a $145 package and got the service of $35. Would not recommend in terms of service quality. They were accommodating for walk in appointment but the inside windows were dirty, the rim between the trunk door was dirty filled with pollen and leaves same with the hood.

I decided to give this place another try after my first wash went terrible. Sure enough the same thing happened. They are extremely over priced for the horrible job that they do. Its very unfortunate and disappointing.

Took my car in for a car wash they did a great job on the outside but didn’t even touch the inside. I paid for them to clean the inside. There still filth all over the seats and all over the doors. Won’t be taking my car back there again.

Our first time at this car wash. The team pre washes with brushes and spray guns. The cleaning was great and the self serve vacuums worked great also.They also have spray bottles and rags to clean the vehicle interior.Very happy customer here !!!

I had a really great experience here a few day’s ago and had to share! I live near by and had stopped going to this specific carwash, not quite a year ago, due to inconsistent service and quality problems over multiple visits with my two cars. I heard from family that this location was under new management and had to check it out for myself:.... and what a difference!! The staff was very professional, courteous and efficient and the interior of my car hasn’t looked this good in a really long time!!!! Although the prices have gone up since my last visit, they are certainly fair and cheaper than most of the other places I’ve gone to over this past year. Glad to have a great carwash / detail place back in my neighborhood!!! Kudos to whoever is running this place now!!! Keep up the good work!!!! 😃p.s. I drive by this place almost every day, and not only is the service better, but the building and parking lot and landscaping is looking better too! This corner had turned into quite an eyesore so it’s nice to see that the new owners or managers care about this part of their business too! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I just had the basic exterior/interior. It was not worth the $35 at all. I could have done it better myself at $10 car wash. It looks like they didn’t even try.

They care about customer satisfaction and are willing to offer a complimentary redo to make sure I was 100% satisfied with their services. Willing to recommend them.

As a Mom of 3 kids, I LOVE a great car wash!!!! The gentlemen that helped me were so kind! They provide plenty of clean towels and cleaner and have many individual vacuum areas! I will be back!

Drove in to Towne Lake Carwash where I have had my cars washed for almost 15 years now. Was shocked at the new prices for a wash. $30, $35, $40, $69 !!! It is even $15 for a simple wash with nothing else. CrazyThey said they are under new management. 3 Cars wash them about twice a month each $240+ a month? NO THANKS! Time to find a new place to wash our cars. Towne Lake needs a good full service car wash.

Disappointed. My black car still showed dirt after going thru the automated car wash. Not worth the $$ spent. The old wash before the new equipment was installed was much better and money well spent. On a grade of 1 to 5 Id give it a 1.

This was the worst wash and interior I have ever received. The door pockets weren’t even vacuumed out and trash was left in them. Mats left dirty, hidden under paper. Streaks all over the exterior. Lazy lazy. I hope management sees this- I would like my money refunded.

Nice folks and do their best to get things done quick and efficiently. I am not a fan of the additional sales of or and repairs only for sake of time to wait, I do however appreciate them taking the time to check for issues and make recommendations. Only thing I would suggest is how about email me the quotes for additional work or suggestions instead of waiting on them. Thank you for all your team does.

I had an appointment set up today. Got a confirmation email and no cancellation email. After waiting for ten minutes with no service I knocked on the door. The employee told me no one that washes cars is here and he can’t help me

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! This place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back. They were able to get squeeze me in without an appointment for a ultimate interior clean same day. I am truly impressed with the results. I wish I had more than one picture to share but you can see the huge difference from before and after. Thank you guys so much for your hard work!!

I am very disappointed with my service this time. On Sat (5/30), I went for the Extreme Supreme Wash ($29.99). The award winning staff member that assisted me was either brand new or immature for his age. He did an unsatisfactory job, and I had to go back for a redo. I went back on Mon (6/1), and their pressure washer wasnt working. I went back today (6/3) for another pressure wash and run through the auto wash. After a different staff member dried my car, which was all he was instructed to do, I found his work satisfactory. However, because the initial staff member did such a lousy job on the interior, I took up a rag myself and cleaned all the many areas that he missed on Sat. I was going to complain to the manager on my way out; however, I decided I would simply find another business with a higher review rating. The manager and assistant manager are very nice, unfortunately they are not the ones detailing the cars.

Ive been taking my car here for years. I no longer live in Woodstock but I still bring my car here. The girl drying the car and doing the interior did a great job. Unfortunately, she was drying a still very dirty car which probably wasnt very good at all on the paint. Very disappointed.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I just spoke with General Manager, Ryan (different manager from yesterdays experience). He was very nice and listened to my concerns. He wanted me to bring my car back so he could remedy the situation. I very much appreciated that! Also, while I dont know her name, the front desk woman was so nice both today and yesterday when I spoke with her! Sounds like its time to get rid of the manager from yesterday. (I wont say his name out of respect).REVIEW: If I could give this place negative stars, I would. There were probably 4-5 cars ahead of mine, so I knew there would be some wait. But, after 30 minutes of waiting, my car hadnt even gone on the conveyor to be washed. When I asked the front desk person (who was VERY nice), she said that the conveyor takes a while to power up in the morning. This was at 11 a.m. on a Sunday. Later, I spoke with the manager and asked him if my car was even put on the conveyor yet to be washed, and I expressed my dismay that I had been waiting 30 minutes already. The manager asked me how long I thought a car wash should take and that even when they are not busy, the car wash would take 25-30 minutes. I was fine with that, but I was not fine with waiting 30 minutes before my car was even touched. I commented that they needed additional staff, and the manager said they did NOT need more staff. He said he has many long time customers and he never had a single complaint. He said there were plenty of people in the waiting room who had been waiting a long time, and they werent complaining. He also said that whatever I was saying was being recorded for the owners. LOL. That was fine with me...it saves me from having to repeat myself when I speak with the owners (if they call me back). I am SO disappointed. This is my 3rd time going to this place, and 2 of the 3 times, I have left without a car wash. Shame on me for giving them multiple chances.

Great full service carwash! My car looked as if it was detailed! Very courteous. Manager let me know they were very busy. I said I had an appointment, and I was done with time to spare! I live in Acworth, well worth the trip for me!

The car was cleaned on the outside but when I checked inside, the carpets were still covered with crumbs and I was just shocked to see this. When I checked the two car seats I noticed crumbs were there as well. It was so obvious that he wasnt thoroughly vacuuming. I politely showed the guy who had cleaned my SUV all the missing spots, he appeared not bothered. After vacuuming again, he said it was done but then I noticed mud stains and on the step board in the back where my children sit and there was an old stain left as if they didnt care to wipe it completely off. I was highly annoyed by this and had to point this out. At the end when I got home, I noticed my garage door remote was missing. I called there three times but couldnt get a person to confirm whether it was found. I then went back to speak to a manager who also told they didnt find it but that a manager would call me back. I still have not recieved a call over this matter. .. Im sorry to put out a bad review but I believe that person who cleaning my car that day retaliated against me by taking the remote from my vehicle. He did have a swirmish look on his face once he got finished with my car and whispered to a friend who was nearby helping. I will be going back again to speak with him about this because Im still dissatisfied with the fact that no one has called me back about this.

Took my Ford Explorer in for the $80 Ultimate which included shampooing the upholstery and floors. The outside of my car looked great and as I glanced inside I could tell everything had been wiped down well. It smelled clean, too.When I got home, I lifted the seat to access the third row. Here is where my opinion changed greatly. My sons goldfish crumbs were still everywhere in the third row. Craisens were on the floor board, and a candy wrapper still in the cup holder.Then, I decided to look at the rest of the car a bit more thoroughly. When I REALLY looked, and payed attention to detail, I noticed coffee drips on the center console, and stains still on the upholstery.I have decided never to return. It seems as though they used a powerful vacuum and Armor All. I should have read the reviews ahead of time and saved my money. It was worth $20. NOT $80!!!!

Not impressed. Wont be back. I made an appointment specifically so that there wouldnt be a rush on my vehicle. The car was just recently purchased by my son and we were detailing it as a gift to him. Driving it home I got more an more frustrated as I noticed what wasnt done. It seemed as through one person did the drivers side and another person did the passenger side. The back/trunk wasnt even fully vacuumed-something that would have been easy to reach if the back seats had been moved flat with the lift lever. Clearly they were not. I paid extra to have the seats cleaned and there are huge areas that were missed there as well (half of one side wasnt even touched). Whatever oil based shine product they used had extensive drips throughout the vehicle-looking as though it was bathed in vegetable oil-part of the process, yes, but it also makes it glaringly obvious what areas were missed. I actually used some that had collected in the change bin to get the missing spots on the one door handle. There were numerous places that could have been addressed if it wasnt a rush job. For the amount I paid-I am not recommending this place.

Didnt do that great of a job for a $22 car wash. The young guy who washed my car barely vacuumed the inside and the tire shine was put on poorly and some spots were missed. Really a shame, thought I found a new car wash closer to my new place. Didnt want to travel to sandy springs to my usual spot Mikaels but looks like I may have too.

First and last time, I will go to this place. Left my window down in my truck now inside of my truck is wet. Water dripping on the floor from drivers seat. I even mentioned that the window was down and was told we will roll it up. Thanks for the addtion to detail at detail shop

Good job with the car. Only reason it’s not a 4 or 5 is that the staff changed the radio to play explicit rap music so my wife got an earful when she got back in the car. Just ridiculous.

Horrible job cleaning the car. Windshield & windows are still dirty, trash was left in the doors, and the console was untouched and dusty. Im sure a trained chimp would have done a better job, and would have worked faster and cheaper. Never again!

This place is trash. My car windshield was dirty, floor mats were washed but were soaking wet. The bottom part around my door still had tar and dirt on it. Don’t waste your money here

These guys take the time to really make your car shine.

They keep your car running and change the radio to their music all the time they are detailing the car. In the case of my car I got in and they KEPT THE KEYS. So when I got home there was no way to start the car. It is a wireless press the button ignition. Never go there again.

These guys will take care of you. My family and I have been a few times and they always do a fantastic job. Even with the quick cleaning, they do a thorough job, WAY better than anyone else around.This past time, I came a little late (towards closing), but they fit me in and did an incredible job. Shout out to Justin for killing it.Edit: Looking through some of the other reviews, these reviewers are crazy. Theyre blaming the car wash for their own negligence.

Horrible experience, havent visited Towne Lakes car wash in about 4 years and I remember why.....wont be returning.It began with me purchasing the $29.99 package which includes a spray wax that was applied while the car was still soaking wet, which dilutes the wax...... the detailed person was dressed very unprofessional.......wearing sweatpants that hung off his waist, hoody covering head, and ear buds listening to music, which isnt a problem until I tried to speak to him and he stared and didnt respond...... he opened all four doors and wiped the jams but didnt open the hood or trunk. While attempting to clean the front windshield he leaned against the car, and while cleaning the back glass he drug the spray bottle on the trunk lid. He was diligent about removing missed tar like material from rocker panel with soapy sponge, but then used the same towel to wipe soap all over remaining car while trying to dry and apply wax.Towels shouldnt be crossed used from cleaning to waxing. Lastly, we dont have rubber floor mats, just the carpeted ones that came with the car, I had to ask him to dry and vacuum the wet spot near the accelerator pedal that he created. Very sloppy job overall for 30 bucks.......and then he stood there expecting a tip........ I dont believe employees are being trained properly in this service. The establishment was very old looking with rusty parts and worn fabric used in auto wash, they spend a lot of the wash cycle doing it themselves with a pressure washer before it even enters the auto wash. I went around 2:30 on a Tuesday and there were only two drying towels in the two large yellow buckets, I saw a different detailer using dirty, old towels and ringing them out to dry.......Will not return.

Un freaking believable. Came to this place at 5:40 everything is closed. Nobody cared to assist and their car wash is confusing hell. I do not recommend. I called like 10 mins ago and nobody answered.. Will not come back and wont recommend.

Complete rip off. I bought the hand wash and wax and paid $20 extra for interior leather treatment. The leather is dry and shows no sign of treatment. Rims were filthy and the tires were not dressed. There are spots that were never touched by a wash cloth and Im sure no wax was applied. The girl cleaning my car said she wasnt told that I had paid for extras. I guess $56 isnt enough to get a clean car. I would have gotten a better job paying $6 at one of those drive thru car washes. Stay away. I will never go back.

Today was the first and last time at this place. Left my car there for about 1:30hr for a hand wash. It wasn’t a good one. Still dirty outside and it looks like the air vents weren’t cleaned.

I have been coming here for at least 5 years for the $20 ish regular car wash. Have been satisfied. Decided wanted to get a better detail so made hour appt for $40 ish super cleaning detail. Terrible job. Had to wait another half hour for them to do carpet cleaning and my rug was shampooed and now has some of carpet coming out. I spoke to Mgr who said carpet couldn’t possibly be their fault. No customer satisfaction given ... none. I never do reviews but this was a bad cleaning job.

This place has really gone down hill, super disappointed... so I had dirt on my interior so I got their superior interior with handwash for $120, suppose to shampoo my seats... I open my back door picking it up, same dirt still all over it guy takes a rag wipes it off after a little elbow work... still spots on seats, they clearly did NOT shampoo these. Then I got exterior top end hand wash, the front is still covered with bug splats... as soon as I got home I used a bucket of soap n water and some elbow grease got it all off... like what the hell. 120 bucks this thing should be spotless inside and out. It is clear they did the same job they would have done for 35 bucks. This is the 2nd time in this last year I have been disappointed with their service, I didnt leave a bad rating first time to give them a 2nd try.. but this freaking sucks. Well post pictures...

Sat an extra 45 min waiting on my car that was already completed, but they failed to mention it. after driving off the interior was still filthy, I paid for a hand wash and detail in and out. I had to go back and waste more time for them to clean it correctly. they only one that was good here is Sergio.. ask for him. he made my car look beautiful.

Paid $80 for an exterior wash and interior detail. Seems like they didnt vacuum under my floor mats. They didnt armor all any of the interior and all of my windows were streaked.There were spots all over my truck that they missed and they tire shined two of my whole weels. After they used the same rag with tire shine in it to wipe down my paint. Streaks all over.

Very busy on weekends. Work half done when busy. Vacuuming had to be retouched and interior redone. Great on slow days.

Best car wash ever. I brought in my 2013 Ford Focus awfully dirty inside and out from road trips with grandkids and a month of grime and neglect. Bought the $27 car wash, but Adam went above and beyond my expectations giving me as close to a new car look and smell inside and out. Everyone working there seems to have a very pleasant attitude.

Waited for an hour and a half for the $90 Ultimate Interior, they brought me out to the car and it hadnt even been vacuumed much less the carpets and seats shampooed. The employee tried to tell me that he had done it himself and just finished. He lied straight to my face. Needless to say I asked for a refund and will not return!

Polite staff, way to long for a car wash (70min) and they did a horrible job for a $30 interior /exterior cleaning. My wheels were dirty, interior barely cleaned and missed spots with vacuum. Glass was lightly wiped and had spots every where. Victor the manager looked at it after I came back as I had to run somewhere after the long wait. He another person on it who cleaned it up Little better and still looked to rushed as they dont clean the pillars or any trim other than the front door panels and dash. When you sell a inside and outside cleaning I expect it to look perfect all over. First time customer after living here for 4yrs and Ill never return. I get better cleanings at the self serve on bells ferry road for 1/3 the price and wait time.

I paid $60 for a hand wash and a wax job. When i picked up my truck there was dirt still all over my rims,bumpers and some of the truck. They sent the guy out to re-clean the truck and he used a water rag wiped it down and guess what its still there. The gentleman told me i just blew out the inside and they didnt even wiped down the dashboard. The floors were never vacuumed and window still dirty. Guess what i will not be going back to this place at all. I advise everyone to stay away and find a decent place for that type of money.

Used to be great, but last time I brought my Sierra in for the managers special, they neglected to vaacum under the back seats. They were busy so just thought it was an oversight. Today I brought my husbands Ford Focus for major detailing as a surprise for him. I paid $90 and specified the trunk needed to be included. When I picked up the car, detailing was not great and trunk was never opened. It was still disgusting. Tried to give them the benefit of doubt by coming back, but now I will need to find a new place to get my cars clean.

They didnt pay a lot of attention to detail in cleaning the interior. Half the dash was still dusty and they broke a cover off the USB port. Not impressed at all for the money I paid.
