This car wash is one of the very few places that does inside detailing in woodstock. It was so hard to find a place that does both outside and inside. They are so professional and welcoming. Even though they were closing early today due to rain, they were more than willing to do a full service detailing on my car inside and outside including my trunk. I went to two other places that said they cleaned the inside but they didnt. This place is so great and professional and the inside waiting area is impeccably clean. I really appreciated their service today. My car looks impeccable. People listen getting your car wash express style and do it yourself is a hassle- if you want perfection come to this car wash.- I am new to the area this car wash definitely makes an impression on you! It is family owned and everyone there is so sweet, welcoming, professional!!! My car looks amazing!

I had a great experience at this place. I brought my wifes Lexus in for detailing. The car is white and it had a lot of small black spots all over it. I thought they were tar from the road but they turned out to be tree sap that got baked in from the sun.Ron worked hard getting these spots off. It was like removing freckles. They have a large waiting area that has a TV. The whole area was vary neat and clean. I chatted with the woman at the desk and we talked like we knew one another. Even when the place closed, Ron refused to let my car to leave until it was perfect. My wife was so pleased with the results that she thought I bought a new car. Thank you so much.

Horrible service. The guy comes to the car no smile or eye contact. Sprays my wheels and sits back down. Three employees standing in front us working on another vehicle. We sit in the sun for probably ten minutes before going into the car wash. Whatever he sprayed on my wheels set in the sun and didn’t wash off. Vacuums barely work. This is not my first or second bad experience here.

Extremely rude, unprofessional. They forgot to open bay door leaving us stuck in there. Vacuums don’t work and their excuses were pathetic. Two lazy guys working

Scheduled a detail appointment. Arrived a little early. Paul greeted me and took excellent care of my vehicle. They detailed and shampooed my seats. They did an excellent job! My seats that I believed were doomed look brand new. My car is 6 years old and looks brand new on the inside and outside. Thank you guys so much.

I have been visiting Aspen Falls Auto Spa for quite some time. But honestly, it is always a disappointment when I leave that I have paid for a service that was incomplete. The windows are never really clean, they are left smeared or streaked. The team only partially vacuums the vehicle. The compartments such as the doors, dash, cup holders, etc are left with debris and trash because they are looked over and perhaps only a brief wipe down is done. I came in on Saturday explaining that the vehicle I was in needed a quick clean up because I intended to trade it in when I left the wash. When the car was ready, I asked the staff if he vacuumed the middle console out, he specifically said yes. I could see smears on the window as soon as I walked up to the car. After pulling out of the lot and going across the street for gas, I opened the console and it had not even been opened or cleaned. I took pictures of a few of the areas that was left untouched. I had also tipped this young man. I feel that I paid for services not done. If I pay for a service I expect it to be rendered. This was not a one time incident. It is every time I visit. I have had to ask the staff to go back over the windows, or to vacuum under a carseat that I already uninstalled and moved so they had access to vacuum. I suspect that unless I pay for a full detail the services are not taken seriously. But you can bet that the staff will hold your keys and wait for their tip for services they did not complete before they hand you your car keys. I will be finding another business that will render the services that are paid for. Paul did a great job on my car wash interior and exterior. Seriously, I was very impressed. I had good service there before but not to the level that Paul did. It looked like a new car. My friend thought so too. I’ll be requesting Paul next time.

Showed up around 10:15am and purchased a basic $5 wash. After purchase i pulled around to enter the wash and an employee was you. To get his car washed. Not a big deal. The problem I had decided to do a training lesson it took 15 minutes. All of the employees and i assume the manager made eye contact with me and not one approached me to apologize for the delay. The wash was whatever, a typical $5 wash, and I didnt try to use the vacuums at the end. I did not hear the vacuums running and did not want to waste any more time at this place.To sum it all up, they were not in a hurry to do anything here and the training should have been done before they opened at 9am.

Equipment is getting worn out. Employees are great and helpful.

Ok for a basic car wash, but some features, like tire shine, never seem to work. Vacuums dont work today 3-21-22 & 11-13-20. This place seems to be in disrepair.

A pretty good car wash but the wax wasnt great, I didnt see it initially but there are streaks and pieces of wax all over my car. I would recommend the wash but get the wax done elsewhere. The people were very hospitable hence why I would still partially recommend this place.

Nice little car wash, located off of highway 92 by major retail. Seems decently updated, though the entrance could use improvement. Prices average. Altogether, a good wash for the vehicle.

I would highly recommend the express wash at Aspen Falls Auto Spa. Unlike other places, an attendant prewashes the tires and windshield before your car goes through the express wash. They even removed my antenna and put it back on afterwards to protect it from getting knocked off. The attendants are very friendly and accommodating. The vacuums are free and very powerful. This place is a great bang for your buck! I’ll definitely be returning here in the future.

Love this place. Always very clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee. I believe the owners are Christians. There people always do a great job spiffing up my vehicle. They will always touch up anything you aren’t quite satisfied with. A tip from an employee there-the windows are hard to get streak free. If you pull up a bit into the sun before you leave to check for streaks in your windshield they will touch them up. It’s hard for them to tell if they have left streaks.

Purchased the Managers Special for $35 and my van (which had been absolutely trashed after a vacation with little kids) looked incredible! The technician was able to guarantee me that the job would be done by a specific time, and he delivered on the guarantee! While I waited, the lounge area was super clean with plenty of seating. Ill definitely keep this place in the #1 spot for car cleaning.

Great place to get your car washed for a reasonable price. Not quite as good as it was when it opened but still very good for a drive thru wash. I also recently had my car detailed and it came out very well. I had the seats and carpets shampooed with a wash and everything came out quite nice. Not bad for $60.

I have been here several times for service but the previous time was lackluster and this time was terrible. I wanted to drop off a vehicle to have it fully detailed as I just purchased the car. I waited up front for 17 minutes without seeing a single employee before I left. The only other person I saw was another customer who was looking for someone to ask a question about further detailing services. The only reason for two stars instead of one is because the inside was very clean. That being said neither I nor any of the other employees at my work plan on having their cars serviced there ever again.

Just left Aspen Auto spa. Paid $21 for a Better wash. Outside looks great. Inside is dirtier than when I went!!! The cheap paper towels they use left my dash and windows covered in lint. They were supposed to vacuum inside. They did not. I could have saved $16 and did the self serve wash and did a much better job. Do not go to this place unless you want to waste money!!!

I want to say I had my wifes car detailed there on 8-13-17 and the guys there did an INCREDIBLE job of detailing her car. It did take a little longer than we would have liked but I do not blame the guys working there for the length of time it took I blame the lazy asses who did not show up for work today and left their fellow employees holding the bag. I will definitely go back there to have our cars washed and detailed and 10 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 for the people that did come in today on their scheduled work day and worked hard ... Thank you !!!

I have gone there twice, both times asking to have my vehicle hand washed. First time I was told that the wait would be more than 1.5 hours. The second time I pulled up and sat for 15 minutes, watching employees look my way yet not come over to talk to me. Finally someone came over and then walked away to find out if they could take my car. Another guy walked over and explained that they couldn’t take me. They were too short handed. I spent almost another 10 minutes listening to him explain that he was having trouble getting people to work, he needed to hire more people, people didn’t show up, etc....In the end I still wasn’t able to get my vehicle taken care of.I wish someone would open a car wash in the Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb county areas similar to Mammoth over in Alpharetta.

Did an amazing job detailing my car. Had a little mishap but upon returning and speaking with Pat the issue was resolved promply and with excellent customer service. Thank you Pat. You have earned a lifetime customer and I will send anyone looking for detail work to you. Keep up the good work!

Updated post: I went back and told whom I assume to be the manager what happened. While I was talking to him, one of the guys who may have worked on my car stated that it had been shampooed the first time. He had a very argumentative tone. I reiterated to him that no, it in fact had NOT been shampooed. The manager who seemed to not appreciate his workers attitude had the worker leave us. The manager apologized for his workers attitude and had the back shampooed. Not only did he have it shampooed but gave me a coupon for another free detailing. I will continue using their services only because every other encounter has been pleasant. Had it not been for that one workers attitude, this experience wouldnt have been a bad experience. I have to say, I didnt go there with a bad attitude and was having a pleasant conversation with the manager until the worker with the bad attitude showed up. Im giving my updated post a 5 because the manager has always been professional and pleasant, was sincere in his apology and truly tried to rectify this situation.Original post: Unsure how to rate this. I have used this business to solely to wash my car and never had an issue. That being said, I have never had my vehicle detailed either. Today I had my car detailed inside with carpet shampooing. Well, everything looked great but when I got home, I thought I would remove the mats to let the carpet dry quicker. To my surprise the front carpet was done, the backseat carpet was not. How do I know? The front carpet was wet, the back was not. Plus, the orange juice crust was still there (on the back carpet) from a spill that happened a few weeks ago. Very disappointed. I tried to call the number on the receipt (and on google) but it keeps saying that the call couldnt be completed as dialed. Looks like I will be going there tomorrow to let them know of my issue. I can say that the staff, while there, was very nice. If google allows me to update after I notified Aspen of the back carpets not being done, I will to reflect a true rating.

They do a good job but dont expect a miracle. If they miss a spot, just point it out and they will fix it. The guys are polite and friendly. I have never had to wait very long which is a must with kids. The waiting room is comfy but they are a little hard to get to from the main road. If you need a full service car wash in Towne Lake, I would recommend them over anyone else.

Came by on a rainy Sunday expecting the place to be slow but not closed. They were in fact closed, and only in for maintainance work. The manager/owner was kind enough to not only have my car washed he offered to upgrade me to a handwash at no extra charge. Highly recommend this place! Wonderful customer service! And my car always looks amazing when I leave .

Fair price. Had it detailed and seats cleaned (kids spilt things) & conditioned. Car looked better than off the showroom floor. People were pleasant. Only complaint is I hate seeing the owners political preferences on their business wall. No matter which affiliation it may be. I know theyre allowed to do what they want, its their business. It just rubs me the wrong way for some reason.

If you dont come early, except a long wait, but the wait will be worth it. I had them do a deep clean on a work vehicle I was turning in and let me say I wouldnt have done nearly as good as a job as they did on the interior. It was practically a new car when I got into it.

$$$Due to the snow/salt/sanding of the roads my Santa Fe was quite bad. I paid $15 for the full Monte on the self serve side. While I didnt expect full detail level clean it would have been nice after waiting for nearly 30 min and paying $15 for the brake dust to be gone and the mirrors clean and I did expect but did not get my car thoroughly rinsed nor dried. There were two one inch wide places of dried soap down the back glass as well as two large patches (one on either side of the vehicle) where the soap was still on the car in a 6 or better area. I really like supporting our LOCAL community economy but this is my second not so great experience here. Not sure Id recommend.

Meh. I always get the top tier wash and my car is never really washed. The tire cleaner is a joke. All the employees seem to be actively avoiding customers in the self clean section.All the towels are just dirty and has a ton of lint. You guys could have different color towels for different car parts, tires are black, windows are blue, interior is brown, etc with a clean and dirty bin at each station. The bottles arent labeled, some of the vacuums dont have the best suction, and the air hoses are mostly damaged or missing the trigger. The off brand Windex you use does ok outside, but it is not safe for interior windows with any tint, due to the ammonia.I really wish there was a even slightly better car wash closer to me. I guess we will just take the car back to our old carwash in Marietta. They are amazing.

Worst detail ever. Interior hardly cleaned with messes still left in every cup holder and around the cosole area. The trunk wasnt even vacuumed. $50 down the drain.

I did the quick wash and waited 30 minutes on my lunch break with no explanation. I drove up and wanted to get in and out quick but sat there like I was at a Mcdonalds drive thru. I usually go to the one off Bells Ferry and 575. Quick in and out. But spent 30 minutes here. I wont go again.

The automated wash with the pretreatments the guys did before pulling thru did a good job getting the grime off from my long road trip from Colorado

Do not go to Aspen falls! My car was coming out of the car wash exit and another truck was parked there. I almost hit the back end despite their claim of automatic tracks. I waited blowing my horn until someone who I later found out was the manager, to come out and move it. He didnt even acknowledge that I was there. When I called to complain, I talked to 2 different people with no apology. Then the owners daughter tried to argue with me about how they have great customer service. Well, the other reviews look pretty bad too. Its unfortunate, bc I used to really like the place. Ill make sure the rest of my family does not go back

If you want a crap job then this is the place to go. Paid for best good car wash which includes windows and vacuuming. After about 25 minutes (which wasnt an issue), we looked at the car and it appeared good. After we drive off we smell what seems like wet dog. Turns out all the seats had so much sweat on them that they were actually damp. My girlfriend actually needed to ride with the windows down (which we looked closer and still saw finger prints on the rear windows. And one last thing was the bird poop still on the bumper (which was my fault because I was supposed to check every single thing after). All in all you are better off paying less at a self serve or $5 more at a much better location.

Pat was a great manager in the past & I drive past 2 car wash to go to Aspen. However, they are always changing workers and the last 2 times I went there I was dissatisfied. I since found a new location. BTW, the new crew are either drunk or high.

The business owner does not have even a moderate customer service bone in his body. I have never witnessed a more unethical business owner without a care if he has reoccurring customers. Within my three visits I witnessed him run out to a person vacuuming their car out yelling at them, “ what the hell do you think you are doing?” Person says vaccuming my car is there something wrong? He replies “yeah you cant do that so exactly what the hell do you think you are doing?!” Person then ask to see manager because he was yelling and behaving completely out of line. Then his response is “ Your looking at him, I own this place!” Another time I was there I witnessed him taking in too many cars and trying to direct people on where to pull in and instead of walking 20feet to their windows he was mouthing off at them and calling them stupid. Good luck rude immature business owner no wonder you have to work so hard I cant imagine with your lack of respect for your customers that you would be able to keep employees. Side note this is the south and here in suburbs of Woodstock Ga we dont treat people that way and we most certainly dont treat paying customers that way either. Hope you find the peace you are missing.

This place has gone DOWNHILL! Everytime I go, its worse than the last time.I went today and bought the $15 carwash. I wait for the young man to get my ticket number, he enters it and then walks away to talk to smoke with coworkers and doesnt spray down my tires or front of the car like I had watched him do to previous cars. Several of the nossels used inside the carwash look as though theyre clogged and no longer spraying anything. Several of the vacuums dont function or barely function, no clean rags left out on cart...just dirty rags. Completely dissatisfied!

They do full service detail, which is nice, but you dont always get what youve paid for. Be sure to check everything. Ive never had the rainx successfully applied to my car.
