Jason and Ben have just finished a remodel of our master bath, and we couldnt be happier. When we first began thinking about remodeling the bath, our biggest concern was quality of workmanship. After having friends hire contractors for bath and tile work and actually wanting to fire them half way through, we knew that we had our work cut out for us to find an installer that was professional and a true craftsman. We received a few quotes from various installers but had concerns as we spoke with them. After meeting with Jason and Ben we knew Hamilton Tile was the right tile installers for our project. Jason and Ben communicated with us every step of the project, discussed options with us to help us make sure we were making the best decisions for our bath, showed up on time every single day, cleaned up after each day, and were very respectful of our home. They even became best buddies with our dog who was very sad to see the project end. The quality of the work was tremendous down to the smallest detail which is exactly what we wanted. There were no shortcuts taken. Jason is truly a tile craftsman. We give both Jason and Ben our highest recommendation and look forward to having them help us with future projects!

This was a master bath renovation that was long overdo and they listened to our ideas and pointed us in the right direction. I cant recommend Hamilton Tile enough. I was looking for a craftsman who had experience with Schluter Kerdi and thats exactly what I got. They were a little more expensive than some of the other quotes we got, but watching the YouTube video they posted told me what I needed to know. They werent just going to perform a good enough for Jons house job and leave. Jason was a pleasure to work with, was respectful of our house, and our wishes and even willing to guide some stylistic decisions. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and have a little patience and the end result will be a fine tile job you will be proud of.

Hamilton Tile completed all of the tile work for a bathroom build-out in my basement. They did an outstanding job planning and coordinating the work. They complied readily with my request regarding wearing masks during this Covid19 period. The quality and attention to detail was excellent.If you are looking for two people who will do the work right, Hamilton Tile is an excellent choice.

If you are reading this review you are on the right track. Jason and Ben are without a doubt worth the money and the wait. Dont make the mistake & read all the great reviews and think all tile people earn great reviews. We wanted to hire someone we could trust to do an awesome job because we dont know anything about tile work. We do know when something doesnt look right but then its too late. We hired someone else to remove the backsplash, put up new drywall and he was supposed to tile the backsplash. After seeing his work in person I decided not to have him do it. It was hard to back out and there were hard feelings but thank goodness he did not tile. We got Hamilton Tiles card from a tile store. Jason & Ben spent the better part of a day redoing the drywall because it was uneven. Our backsplash will likely be up 15-20 years - no way did we want anything but quality work. Oct 5, 2020 was our initial contact with Jason, backsplash started Nov 30 and it was completed today (Dec 3).About 60 feet of backsplash done just the way we hoped, perfectly! Jason & Ben are great guys, easy to work with. Total professionals in every way. Dont be cheap. Dont be in a hurry. Dont be sorry.

We have used Hamilton Tile for two projects:1) basement - we had porcelain tiles (that look like wood planks) laid throughout the main basement area + a bathroom with tile floor and tub/shower (Feb 2016)2) master bathroom – new shower, main floor, toilet and a few accessories (July 2017)The end results for both look amazing and we had a great experience working with Jason Hamilton. The master bath was an unexpected renovation due to the shower leaking into the kitchen ceiling below it. Since we had worked with Hamilton Tile previously when we finished our basement, I called Jason and asked if he would take a look. Jason helped us evaluate the situation, understand potential issues happening under the shower and our options to fix it. He also explained the Schluter shower system (google it) and its benefits. After removing the old shower tile and subfloor, we found a considerable amount of water damage. Jason and Ben were able to replace the damaged wood and reinforce the entire floor joist. In addition to the new shower, we decided to remove the tub and re-tile the entire bathroom floor.Looking back on the experience, here’s what I appreciate about working with Jason and Ben: 1) professional manner 2) took time to explain the process and answer our questions 3) helped us design the layout and determine what style/color best fit the space and our tastes 4) always left the work area clean each day and 5) most importantly...attention to detail.I would highly recommend Hamilton Tile for any remodel or new project. Ben did a wonderful job repairing the broken part of our shower wall. The company was quick to respond to our inquiry and to send us a quote. He was very flexible with scheduling and finished the job quickly. I appreciate that he was both courteous and professional, as well as his thoughtfulness in cleaning up after his work. After three decades of home ownership and countless home improvement projects, the remodel of our master bath was the best experience we have ever had. Jason and Ben truly treated our home as if it was theirs. I would not call them tile setters, but rather, craftsmen who are perfectionists! I am so glad we chose Hamilton Tile for our master bathroom renovation. Their tile work is gorgeous and meticulously done. From day one they were very thorough in measuring and making sure we would be able to fit in everything we wanted for the bathroom of our dreams. I admittedly dont do reviews (good or bad) as well as I should. Life gets too hectic, and I move on. But heres one that needed to be done. I had 1,600 sf of tile flooring done in January/February 2020, by another Contactor, NOT Hamilton Tile. About 1,000 sf in the basement and 600 sf upstairs. The basement had 3 different styles and that portion of the job went smooth. Then the upstairs work began. The Contractor had not assessed my wood flooring upstairs, upon their initial walkthrough and estimate (on whether it was glued or nailed), and of course I had no idea to bring it up, and wouldnt have even known the answer because a previous homeowner had done it. On the top floor we were laying large ceramic wood-like planks (36 inch x 8 inch). The Contractor laid cement backerboard to the laminate hardwood I had (that should have been ripped up in preparation) because they determined the demolition was too labor intensive (In other words, they cut corners). I didnt know any better, and felt that as long as it was level and looked good - it was fine. Upon having some issues with the tile (lippage) I tried to get with the Contractor, but was ignored. This caused me to reach out to Hamilton Tile. Ben Santos took my call and actually visited with me and gave me advice, on a job that they had no hand in and a job that they didnt get paid any money for. He gave me advice on standards and advice on mistakes that were made. Ammunition to make a more educated complaint against the Contractor. Jason Hamilton also wrote me up a 3rd party document with his professional opinion. Hamilton didnt charge me for any of this. So while they didnt make any money off of me this go-around, they got my assured business when we continue doing remodel work to our house - and they got this 5-star review that I hope all of you take to heart. Give these guys a call on your next tile project.

They listened to what we wanted, gave relevant advice (including how to care for our new tiles), and clearly communicated each step of our shower & bath replacement. They were diligent in not creating a mess outside the bathroom, and totally cleaned up the debris and dust from inside the work area. These guys do killer work! I own a tile business in the area as well and I’m very familiar with the difference between sub-par, amateur work and and a craftsman’s work. Ben and Jason are definitely the latter; their attention to detail is a culmination of several years of experience and actually giving a damn about producing work they can be proud of.I would have no reservations in hiring them to tile my own project while I went out of town. No need to check up on Hamilton Tile because they KNOW what they’re doing and more importantly they CARE!

All these positive reviews are legitimate. These guys are the real deal. Professional, clean, neat, etc. They know exactly what they’re doing. Jason came to look at a job that was poorly done by the previous contractor who I stopped about 10% of the way through for obviously incorrect work. Jason gave me an accurate estimate and began work shortly after. The difference in quality of work was night and day. I was extremely impressed throughout the entire process from prep work to the finer finishing touches. He made recommendations which helped save me some money at the end. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.

We had our master bathroom suite totally refinished. Jason and Ben handled the tear out, shower tiling, suite floor, wall tiling and shower door installation. Using the Schluter system, Jason Hamilton was able to attain a level and sturdy shower wall, curb and inset as well as a graduated slope to the drain specific to this system. Jasons perfectionistic style and easy-going personality made the process anxiety-free. And, we are completely satisfied with the results.
