Amanda was vary helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me during a tough move from our home to our retirement home. we needed storage for most of our furniture for two months and she showed us how to pack the unit efficiently and rented us a U-haul truck for the move in and move out. Thank you so much!

RIDICULES . I been renting store here for a long time. Had couple units. Cleaned out one unit had couple bags of a trash. Took it to small dumpster that is on the property, and was told it was only for employees. Had to take my trash with me. But had to leave unit spotless. Really. Time to find another storage.

Was not impressed with the u-haul rental experience here. Ordered a truck with several extras for pickup at 7 am. Fell behind and didnt get it till 9 am. Upon arrival I found out they cancelled my order but luckily still had the truck available. I then found out even if I had picked the truck up at 7 am they did not have any of the extras I ordered in the truck anyways so I would have been without the appliance dolly, furniture dollies, pads and hand truck. Then I found out they didnt have the furniture dollies at all.I received the invoice today and noticed they still charged me for the nonexistent furniture dollies, an extra hand truck and a dozen pads I did not rent. Not a great experience, very convenient location though.

Nice Storage facility for the price. The ceiling was coming down in our unit and they made sure to fix it.

My experience was not well, I have been sick with an uncureable disease and unable to work. Tried to communicate this to office and could never get response. Now my whole life and my childrens life are in that storage and I cant even put up a Christmas tree for my kids because I cant get my storage out and no one is willing to work with me. The late fees are killing me and Now I have lost all my Christmas memories, my deceased grandparents possessions and no one to tell me what to do to get them back or even work with me to get it paid. Yes I got behind I lost my job but to auction off my belongings that are irreplaceable memories is just unheard of. My children may not have much longer with me now what memories they had of our little family are gone and if something happens to me they have nothing to remember me by. So make sure you pay because they will not work with you or even answer the phone. They dont realize that some peoples life is in those buildings. In my circumstance I lost my job, car, and now all my childrens toys, Christmas tree and ornaments from our lives together all because of my sickness and no one to help just kept sending bills and not returning my calls. Im heartbroken and devastated. May not have another Christmas with my children who are young. And no one to even try to work with me. So if you rent from them dont put anything of meaning to you in it because if bad luck falls on you they rack up the late fees to the point you can never catch up and you lose everything that means anything to you and your family. My children are to young to understand. But the funny part is when I got the storage unit it was yes we will work with you everyone goes through a tough time, but they didnt work with me at all.

People are nice and prices are competitive

Nice storage place but no electricity at all so keep your flashlights handy

Rental truck problems big time

No climate control and some of the units are in very dark or underlit areas so you feel very unsafe going after dark.

I walked in and in 10 minutes they had what I needed and I was ready to go.
