I would really give this facility a 4.8. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and so personable. The facility is clean and easy to get in and out of. The only issue we had was a leak that damaged only 1 box out of a gazillion that we had. I highly recommend this storage facility!!

Its okay. It seems like a fairly secure storage area. One time, they thought our account was late on a payment (it wasnt - in fact, we hadnt even had a due payment yet because we had just started renting the unit) and they put one of their own locks on our units door to bar our access. Which made moving a lot of fun. Otherwise, its been a good experience renting from them.

Kelly the manager is great & easy to work with. Everything was able to be done through my smartphone online to start the account and get my storage unit and over the phone.Kelly is very accommodating.

Easy to book online and prices are competitive. Unit was clean and ready 10 minutes after I booked online. Very convenient.

I had been a renter here of two 10 X 10 units for approximately 5 years. Then I realized that I was being charged $90 for the first unit and $120 for the second unit. The units were not conveniently located. When I questioned the pricing policy, the response was that they were charging me as if I had one convenient 10 X 20 unit. After pointing out my loyalty, the manager’s solution was for me to move in a 10 X 20 unit, which was not available when I moved in. Her solution was to inconvenience me with no price incentive and nothing but inconvenience. Then she just insisted that I move out. This is the first time, as a loyal customer, that I’ve been kicked out of any business. The problem here is that the owner has hired a management company that could care less about customer retention. They live off fees and don’t want to appease customers. Do like I did. Go find a cheaper unit nearby that has great customer service. Storage is storage. There’s no room for rudeness.

Great place to store your items. The units are clean and the customer service was fantastic. We are moving to GA from NV and they made us feel so welcomed. They had a wonderful move in special. Im so glad we stopped in to tour the property.

I went to the facility itself and there was a lady who walked me through the online process. She was very helpful while maintaining the proper protocols for the COVID19 safe distancing.She answered all my questions and I got all my forms signed and my unit within a half hour. I had a great experience. I came in and reserved a storage locker for Saturday (short notice). When I came back on Saturday, Sommer was very helpful in deciding to get a larger locker for my items. The service excellent and friendly. The facility is very clean and reasonably priced. I also asked if she had any movers that she could refer, which she did. We used the mover that was referred, who was also returned my call promptly, came to my house and provided an estimate, and the price was on point. I just stopped in for moving boxes, and ended up with a locker and a last minute mover during a very stressful time.

Ive been renting here for almost 2 years. Great climate control storage. Always clean,proper humidity levels, and cool temperatures. The staff here are the nicest people to do business with. If there are any problems, they are quickly on it.

We moved recently, and East Cherokee was able to help with last minute changes, additional storage unit, assistance with equipment, and even helped get the 18 wheeler into the facility to unload! We are very happy we chose East Cherokee.

I RECENTLY WENT TO THE STORAGE AND DISCOVERED FLYING INSECTS EVERYWHERE!!! WHEN I POINTED THS OUT TO THE MANAGEMENT, I WAS TOLD IT MUST BE FROM ME??? THAT ORIENTAL RUGS WERE TO BE STORED IN PLASTIC NOT TO ATTRACT INSECTS--I THOUGHT BEING INSIDE THE BUILDING WOULD BE BUG FREE--BUT WAS TOLD YOU STORED AT YOUR OWN RISK??? VERY DISAPPOINTED--ADVISED I WOULD VACATE IN 30 DAYS AS SOON AS I CAN GET MY THINGS REMOVED!

Management and staff are 5 stars. We worked here today cleaning out some units and the ladies running the office could not have been more welcoming.

When I first walked in to East Cherokee Storage I could not believe how clean it was. I had never seen such a nice storage facility in my life, but their hidden gem is the office staff. Melissa is radiating with positive energy and you can certainly feel that when visiting. They are involved in numerous community events and have achieved an almost impossible task. That task is making a storage facility feel a little like home. Other facilities need to take note, because East Cherokee Storage is taking over!

I rented 5 units here for years. NEVER had lights working in climate controlled 10 x 30 unit despite complaints to their ever-changing management for over 3 years. Im down to my last unit and getting out ASAP. I just had the manager KL hang up on me when I called to complain they had changed their entire access code system without notifying me by phone or email, locking me out of the facility. I still dont know how to gain entry. They wont answer their office phone, are seldom in the office during office hours, and are rude and dismissive. Find a better, more secure place, where at least they leave the lights on for you.

World class customer service. David Moore went out of his way to help me get everything into a unit at a great price during a chaotic moving weekend. A couple months later I can look back and see that he delivered on every promise he made. I highly recommend this facility.

Awesome Storage facility! My mom got her unit here when we both moved out of our house. And when she passed I had to start taking over the payments and start going though her stuff. Melissa and Jaylynne are so nice to me & have both helped me so much. I enjoy seeing them each time Im there. Theyve been been a big help. As for the facility itself, its secure, clean, and convenient. I never feel unsafe their while Im at the uint. Since you have to type in two codes just to get into the building. For me that hair means my stuff there is just so much safer & I am safe there while getting my stuff. Also the other tenants that Ive met there are so nice as well. If you need a place to store your stuff for a while this would definitely be the place to go!

This company is sending out texts like they are there over every other storage facility. If you dont have a unit with them consider them spam

Gave 1 star because I had to. The property manager at this facility is aweful. She screamed at me in front of my children about parking in a place she instructed me to park. She then said she would fine me. When I told her she couldn’t she shoved me and told me to leave. She locked my access codes to go in and out of the gate and doors and locked my unit. I had to call the police!!! DONT TAKE THE CHANCE... Don’t use this place.
