Kudos to Christina. I have been with this storage company for a few years, and never had a problem. This week I had to rent another unit which puts me at 2 units here. Christina is always professional and willing to assist you in helping you make the right decision. All I can say this is the BEST PLACE EVER.

They had a few hiccups with the internet but wanted us to feel cared for and that is exactly what happened. They made the experience actually enjoyable. I am not a fan of spending money on storage but this is the best deal around.

I had searched for a while for a climate controlled storage and called multiple places but narrowed it down to this spot and one more. I guess what finally made me choice this location was the current offer and how amazing John was! He not only was patient with my millions of questions but was kind enough to give me some tips ! He helped us reserve our unit and even worked overtime to help me. I felt bad because it was the only time I had due to my son having multiple sports event on Saturday and I needed it for Sunday . So long story short i storage offers great deals (keep an eye out) but what truly convinced me was Johns incredible service! Tip : make sure you have a lock once you go in to pay for your unit & have your home owners insurance to save some bucks 😊

After storing my belongings at this “climate controlled” facility for THREE MONTHS my husband and I were shocked to discover that the majority of our belongings were covered in mold. The facility is denying negligence even after providing pictures of mold in the unit itself. Do not trust your possessions with this company.

Christina is the sweetest and most compassionate person I’ve met while moving. In one of the most stressful times, she has always been super friendly. My fiancée and I truly love her!

Had a great experience here. We had to find storage for about 4 months, so ease of access (hours and spacious elevators), security practices, climate controlled units, and location were all important. All of these boxes were checked and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend as a great place for your storage needs

Johns a great manager. Very personable, calm, accommodating. He calls to let you know when u going to get a late fee. He actually helped me out by pointing out a mistake in my payment info, so that it would go through without a hitch. Im not too sure about this new company that acquired this storage facility(Istorage) in regards to steeper fees/penalties, but this is a great location that tries to maintain the previous level of service. Just call the local branch for solid service!

I rented one of their spaces for about 3 years. We never had any issues with the space, we never had any problems with insects or rodents, and the staff was typically very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend renting a space from here if you need storage space. The rates are a little higher than what you would normally expect, but that is because it is temperature controlled. If you have things that you want to make sure stay in great shape, you definitely need to consider a temperature controlled storage space. Like I said, we had items stored for 3 years and when these items were removed they were in the same condition as when we placed them in there.

Rented a space for my moms things as weve moved her into nursing home.Very professional and personable staff that checked us in, easy access directions, location close to home.I will recommend this facility.

Friendly office staff, convenient location, clean facility.BUT, the carts do not maneuver easily as the need some maintenance. The first one my movers used was so the bad they could barely steer it. We were able to switch when a different one was returned, but even that one wasnt great. Some of the walls are scarred up-I suspect as people have banged into them due to the condition of the wheels on the carts.

This was my first time renting a storage locker. So happy I chose to go with iStorage Towne Lake! The office staff, Jon and Christine, were extremely accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, personable but professional. The facility is not brand new but was clean and everything worked. Security seems to be a top factor too with all the gate coded locked doors into the facility and security cameras where the screens are on full display in the office when patrons first walk in, as they are tough to miss! Also since it is an indoor locker storage facility, it is well lit with motion sensor lighting of the hallways and the lockers being clean and garage type door with keyed lock (separate purchase) is simple to use, lift open and pull down to close. I would recommend iStorage Towne Lake to all my friends and family..... and anyone else I hear is in need of a storage locker in the Woodstock, GA area. A big THANK YOU to both Jon and Christine for making would could have been a very stressful situation STRESS FREE!

We rented from out of state and ended up having to push movein 30 days. Ana and Kim were wonderful. This place has gone so far down hill. Look elsewhere. Its so dirty and prices increase often. Doors are broken. We found brand new storage for much less.

This crew knew their contracts and rates. They showed us the unit we were interested in, had us setup, paid, and on our way within 30 minutes or less.Thank you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!The Manager, Christine is very rude, sarcastic, and complicated. When I got my unit, they were running a promotion, first month upfront, with the next month free. This was in August. However, after we started moving into the unit, we noticed that we needed a bigger unit, so we upgraded. When I made the transfer arrangements, I spoke to Christine. She gave me a pro-rated balance and transfer fee of a total of $58. When we arrived on the 15th with our movers, the guy at the desk quoted me over $100 to transfer. After I told him several times that Christina did not quote me that price, he kept insisting it was correct. AFTER I paid him, we noticed that the receipt actually charged us for the month that was supposed to be FREE. Instead of charging us pro-rated for August, they charged us pro-rated for September, which was FREE. Our first full payment wasnt due until Oct. 1st. When I bought this to his attention, I demanded that he call his Manager BEFORE we moved our things in. After speaking with Christina, he told us that she says that the reason we were charged is because the promotion did not transfer over to that unit. My response was, thats not my fault, Christina should have relayed that message when I transferred units. She did not tell me that AT ALL. He says that Christina told him, that due to the miscommunication, that she would go ahead, and honor the free month for October. When I asked him for a documentation saying that, he said that it was noted on the account, and that our first full payment would not be due until November 1st. However, turns out, Christina told her employee to lie to us, all because she wanted us to go ahead, and move our things in. Even though the kept saying her employee made a mistake, she would not Honor the agreement they made. Therefore, they want us to pay them for October. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. All she had to say from the beginning, was acknowledge that she did not give me the proper information when she set up the transfer. I also asked her for the corporate contact, and she refused to give me that as well. Said she would have her manager email me instead. I will make sure to get corporate contact, even if I have to call channel 2 news. Very unprofessional.

Do Not Store Here. I have used this storage facility over the years, back when it was Madison Self Storage, which was a great experience. I regret coming back and using the facilities again. In the last year, my rent has increased twice, and all they are required to do is send you a notice in the mail. You dont sign a thing. They just let you know, hey, your rents increasing. Which leaves you with 2 options: pay the increase or pay to have your stuff moved somewhere else. Save yourself a headache and find a storage facility that will not increase your rent without, first, having you sign a new lease.

Used to store stuff here, but had to move after they kept raising the rates. After a couple years, the rate was more than $1,200 more than when we started. The facility is good, bitnits not possible to justify those increases.

Good clean environment, however, the elevators are a joke when you are loading and/unloading a sizable amount of stuff. Elevator doors do not stay open nearly long enough-maybe 3-4 seconds!!!!! Very, very slow process!!!!

Ive used other storage facilities before but have never been as accommodated to as I have been with simply self storage on eagle drive. The two ladies up front, Anna and Kim if I remember, had quick answer to all my questions ! I will definitely continue to come here and recommend to others.

It wasnt bad till they raised their rates. Now im looking at other facilities and going somewhere else. Its a storage facility, nothing is costing them anything more but the rates went up anyway.
