Every time I have taken my Subaru to True Automotive, they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the diagnosis of my vehicle. They show me repairs needed. They are completely transparent. When I was having problems with my air conditioning, because they knew it was in “my” best interest, they were willing to send me to a competitor because they couldn’t get me in right away. I ended up getting the work done with True. They really stand up to their name. I stopped in one day because both my headlights went out at the same time and I thought it was an electrical issue or a fuse. Hunter checked both of the headlights. I was surprised to find that the 3 month old headlights blew out at the same time. And..... he replaced a fuse that was out at no cost that had nothing to do with my headlights.After concerns of auto shops taking advantage of females or finding additional things wrong with vehicles, and being from Nashville and new to the Woodstock area. This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I was met with the kindest smile and friendliest staff. My car broke down when I was out of town and they were quick to help me with honest work. They also treated every single customer that came through with the upmost kindness and respect. They explained repairs very thoroughly and simple enough for me to keep up. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I took my car to a service provider he trusted for some repairs needed. Shortly after the service a warning light appeared while driving. I took my car back for them to research and they found no issues. A day later my car stalled, then again, and again. I was not taking my car back to that same repair service.I was told about True Automotive. I looked them up on line and gave them a call. I was able to bring my car in the next day. The difference was immediately night and day. After inspecting my vehicle, they brought me into the garage to take a look at the initial findings. They explained the condition on a level a car novice would understand. They let me know they’d need to take a deeper dive and hold it for a while and provided me with a courtesy car. Outstanding! I felt my car was in good hands.Hunter kept me updated through texts and calls and I was able to look on line for updates as well. I would like to thank Mike & his team for taking very good care of my vehicle while it was in there possession, notwithstanding, they did sum major work for me on the suspension (swapped out the entire suspension). So the I thought if Im gonna put on a new suspension, may as well get sum new tires, which Mike me to a particular tire tht was best for my type of vehicle. True Automotive performed an auto-inspection on a perspective used car. We purchased the car and since we were from out-of-town, their service dept worked with us to get the car in soon for general repairs and quickly sourced the parts (brakes, tires, etc.). The entire True Automotive staff (owner, customer service, service dept, and mechanics) were friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced, and worked quickly to accommodate our needs. This is a detail-oriented and dialed in shop. Our experience was great and we would definitely recommend their services.

I have an older Chevy suburban that I intend to drive at least 500,000 miles. For me, it’s important to have a personal relationship with a shop to help me meet my goal. The team at Tru Automotive recently took care of a suspension issue after I hit a pothole on 285. Luckily, it only required an alignment as nothing was broken. They also did a thorough inspection of my car. Again, luckily for me, I’m in good shape. We did a completely touch free exchange and I drove off in a new loaner car. The team maintained great communication during the process. And I would like to finish this review by saying so many women are taken advantage of because of a lack of knowledge. I don’t believe this will happen with True Automotive. They actually want to educate less informed owners with best practices to extend the life of the vehicle.

Issue was complicated and took time to resolve but True did a great job and resolved all of the problems.

Took my Hyundai to TRUE Automotive today and I am beyond happy and satisfied with my overall experience. Everyone I met with was extremely friendly and kind. I went into TRUE expecting to have an expensive axle service done, but after explaining my issue to Hunter the manager, he suggested that they try a simple wheel re-balance. Both Hunter and the technician Will explained their reasoning and were very clear and detailed with their explanation. They were in fact correct and the car drives great. I was 100% expecting a couple hundred dollar job but turned out to be a very cheap fix thanks to their honesty and expertise. This really is a place you can trust and know that they won’t take advantage of you which unfortunately is very common for repair shops. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and I highly recommend them!

True automotive is one of a kind and best in their class. They conducted a diagnostic check on my car and found a slew of issues with my car. They didn’t push me to fix ANY of them and instead informed me of my options and what was most pertinent to fix first. They caught an old air filter that slip my mind when I was only there for an oil change. This totally saved my engine and any major repairs in the future. I’ve never met an auto mechanic shop that earned my trust so quickly through their genuine concern for my vehicle. If you want a trusty mechanic, true automotive will absolutely take care of you and will never urge you to make unnecessary repairs.

Top of the line. I’ve had two repairs with True Automotive in Woodstock, GA over the last couple months. Both times I’ve been impressed! In each case they quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, quoted me a very reasonable price and finished the work in less than 24 hours. My latest visit was the easiest though. They have a new platform that allows the customer to see the diagnostics and easily communicate with the techs via text (through the platform not your personal cell) regarding the repair. I was able to approve the estimate online through their new platform as well as ask them questions. Their response times were very fast. Something else I loved is every step of the process, from the initial diagnostics to the completion, I got an update on the status of my repair. I work a corporate job in Atlanta so it was nice to pull my phone out between meetings and see updates on my repair without calling them. It was awesome. They always follow up a few days after the repairs to make sure you’re happy with their work. Go see the guys at True Automotive in Woodstock, GA. Absolutely no complaints!

I brought my 2008 Audi RS4 in for new front brakes, brake fluid flush, and a diagnosis on an AC issue. Everything was conducted quickly and professionally.
