Did a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem I had. Im knocking them a star for no longer doing loaners--COVID isnt a reason when you still do test drives. But overall, they do a great job!

I bought a 2004 Anniversary Edition Mustang V8 coupe for $3000 at Auction & decided to send it to Krause for a couple things to be checked and a complete diagnostic to be run . $4000 later only 2 items were successfully repaired. Family emergency happened & it called me out of state for about 10 days, Jason assured me it would be fine & to pick it up upon my return. Numerous calls placed to keep contact with Jason & once back in town i went to get my car. My car had been kept outside in the very very back with 2 flat Pinellas tires on $4000 rims that I HAD JUST MOUNTED B4 leaving and no gas in a tank that was filled up drop off. Furious but giving benefit of the doubt I called Jason leaving 4 vm messages requesting a call back for a maintenance service..... NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL IN 2 YEARS..... OVERPRICED & NOT WORTH IT!! The MEMORY of the Krauses daughter in which the Town Lake location was dedicated SHOULD BE HONORED BETTER THAN THAT especially the ones signing your paychecks.

Service was fine but very slow.The sitting area at the quick lane leaves ALOT to be desired. Theres 1 table in the middle w 2 chairs and then some cushioned chairs crammed in around that. There IS a keurig machine but I didnt see any resources needed to actually make or drink the coffee. Head over to the sales area for a much better sitting experience.Sales side has lots of space for seating w plenty of ability to social distance. There is also plenty of space to quietly work as well as a television for entertainment, free water and a completely hands-off-fully-functioning-and-stocked coffee machine, there are also vending machines for additional cost. Overall a great sitting area on the sales side.

Service experience was terrible. Had trouble setting up an appointment and after multiple tries was eventually able to arrange a time. Dropped off the car a little early but after more than two hours they havent even had a technician look at the car. When asked the told me the appointment is just to drop off the car. I had a simple recall from Ford and the trailer lights were not working and they indicated it is likely a fuse. Not complicated or time consuming effort. Would not recommend.

Second time trying to purchase a new F250 from Krause. First was 2018 when I wound up purchasing a 2019 F250 from another dealer because they (Krause) would not meet on price-no big deal, salesman said no to honoring a sales promo that expired a day prior and I left. Not unprofessional, just not interested in budging on price and said “he’d have the truck sold by the end of the week”. Ok, good on ya. So I purchased from another dealer who did work with me. This time, I had researched another F250 but a 2020 year model. Due to Covid-19 I did most of the process online to avoid contact, etc. I attempted to schedule a trade in inspection; no contact. I filled out a credit app (I have very good credit, so expected zero issues there)...it hit my credit report but zero contact from finance despite several attempts. I finally just gave up waiting on a rep to call me. The only contact I had was repeated calls from sales asking me to come in, following up, etc. I spoke with them about the finance and trade in issue, “well come in so we can discuss your new truck” No. I want to limit exposure due to health concerns...crickets. Then another follow up from the SAME SALES GUY, same convo...no finance follow up, no attempt to schedule a trade in inspection...just “come on in and let’s talk about your new truck, we can figure that out what’s going on with all of this while you’re here”. Nope.

Repaired my car after I had an accident and they did an excellent job. I received updates through text and phone calls. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Go elsewhere. They badly scratched the hood of my car during collision repair elsewhere on my vehicle, and refused to remedy. Fortunately I was able to get the insurance company to repair it elsewhere.

Best service experience ever! I have been going here for 10 years and Rick Moore is the Service Director I think? Or Manager? Not sure of his title, but I can tell you he makes the experience and always has. Everyone in Service treats me like family and I even look forward to taking my car in for service, because seeing the whole team is always a happy experience. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else, and I even moved to Cartersville and STILL drive all the way to Krause to have my car taken care of. Very trustworthy. I would not go anywhere else, because Rick sets the bar so high. Thanks Krause! 140K miles and not a worry in the world!

Horrible, car salesman lied as soon as we came into the door. The vechile had factory recalls and Mr. Mike lied and said they were fixed prior to me purchasing my truck. Never did anything he promised, replacing missing things that came with the truck. I love my ram but I hate purchase this dealership.
