I showed up to this business and asked if they are able to replace the brake pads on a vehicle and we even had the pads with us. Only to be told they can’t do it. No reason just a no. Not the best customer service either, granted could have been a bad day, but the business does have Pro Tech Muffler and BRAKE in the name. Doesn’t seem too give off the best interaction/idea for it to be in the name and not be able to be provided the service at which is shown.

Pro-Tech Muffler & Brake took care of all my cars problems without ripping me off! Love these guys. Joe told me a realistic day that my car would possibly be looked at, and had it DONE by noon on that day. Joe communicated to me exactly what the problems were on my van, and gave me the option of getting it done or not with no pressure sales talk. He was very flexible with pick up times and worked with my schedule. I have trusted Joe and his crew with my cars for years. I will undoubtedly come back here with any future car troubles again.

Best automotive repair shop ever! Treats you like family with reasonable prices & surprising speed of job completion! But the BEST thing about this place that money cant buy is the education you get on the repairs your paying for, it truly leaves one feeling confident on what their money is being spent on. Prices and services are great! They fixed my resonator and a couple of other services. Very good, fair and fast honest service. They know what theyre doing and dont oversell or push like other big name repair shops. I will return in the future!

These guys are great. I went there because of the reviews and they did not disappoint. I needed a repair on my exhaust system. The part itself runs about $260. They made their own part and installed it in 45 mins. They charged me $200. Now my car runs great. Totally trustworthy and honest.

I am almost due for my spring maintenance and look forward to Pro-Tech to handle any & all maintenance/questions regarding my 20 yr. old auto. Have noticed several noises and will ask about them when at my appointment. They are very knowledgeable about mechanics & I never fear about possibly asking maybe stupid questions........because I know they will explain in a manner I can understand.

Pro Tech was recommended to me for installation of my own performance muffler for my truck. Got vehicle right in and was out in an hour for a great price. Will be back and will recommend to all my boys.

The quality of work is great, prices are good, but most important is they are honest!Anderson Motors in CL wanted to charge me $3000 to change my clutch and clutch cables. I took it to Pro-Tech for a 2nd opinion and he told me the clutch and cables were fine, showed me where the problem was, and was able to fix it in 20 minutes for $30.
