I had a horrible experience I asked for this picture but got totally different colors. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all!

We had a henna event at our place for the wedding. Arshia was very friendly and flexible about the schedule. She sent Mehreen as the henna artist. Mehreen did an amazing job, everyone loved her work and was very professional. Definitely recommend this place.

Very horrible experience I asked price for henna how much on the phone they straight up said $7 each side when I arrived there and they asked what I want I picked a design which was a little more than a small bel/patti they changed the price on my face right away saying it will be $20 when I said you said $7 she straight up lied no I didn’t say that and that she said it’s a starting price. I said you didn’t mention this to me on the phone and you only said $7 each side and the lady on reception was yelling at me. If you want to get lied and betrayed go to this place they are laird rude and rough

I have been getting my eyebrows done by these amazing ladies for 18 years!!! No joke!!! First salon was in Woodridge, the owner Arshia threaded my eyebrows for the first time and since then the only other time I went to anyone else was when I lived out of state!Now I’m back and going to this location & they are still amazing. Guru (sorry if I misspelled it) is amazing too!!I totally recommend this place especially if you’re scared to get your eyebrows done but really want to!!You’ll be satisfied for sure :)Love you ladies!!!

Don’t go there because I went to get a hair color done and they did a different color not the color that I wanted.I also called them and didn’t respond properly.horrible customer service.

I love my little Salon. All the girls who are working are super nice and welcoming. Every time I go I feel as if I am going to my BFF living room. We relax, talk life, they offer me coffee, water...I refuse going anywhere else to get my face threaded and waxed. They are also doing my hair as well. Its definitely one stop shop. I dont feel awkward at all that I dont speak their language. They pull me in to conversation all the time, so I feel super relaxed and cared for....They are always very accommodating with me if I called them as well. Highly recommend place...Missed them dearly

I have been coming to Arshia’s salon for years. Everyone is professional and good at their job! They make sure you are satisfied with your service before you leave. Even when they get busy they do a great job of getting everyone in while still providing excellent service. Anytime I recommend this salon to family or friends they tend to stick with them! Even my family that comes from out of state! I would highly recommend simply me if you’re looking for a long term salon!

What a lovely salon! You start to feel amazing the second you step inside. I love getting my haircuts here and getting my eyebrows done. This is the only place I can get them done because other places mess up my eyebrows, by making them wayyy too thin! This place is also extremely affordable! The wait-time isnt too bad also which is great.The employees are great and friendly :)I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I requested a haircut in the private room as I wear hijab. As I was in the room with the hairdresser, one of the ladies of who works there just barges in. She pulls open the curtain and marches in to give my hairdresser a tip from the previous cut. It was so sudden, and I was very startled. My hair is completely uncovered at this point, and the curtain is wide open. I say, Close the curtain, immediately! (There were men in the salon just a few minutes earlier outside the private room). The lady just stares at me blankly. She walks away, and I have to literally go close the curtain myself. They clearly do not respect hijab or understand the concept of private in private room. Incredibly unprofessional!

Mom and daughter went to get our first Henna tattoo here on Mother s Day. Our neighbor took her four daughters recommended the place to us. The lady who did our Henna was nice and experienced. We each got our hands beautifully decorated in less than 10 minutes. We will be back once it starts to fade. Overall it was a fun and exciting experience for me and my young daughter, who loved it!!

Overall, I suppose my experience was okay. I have only been here a handful of times to get my eyebrows done, but this time was different. I walked in and two of the women behind the counter didnt even say hi to me, they just stared at me like I was an alien. The way they looked at me made me feel uncomfortable, and they look nearly disgusted at the sight of me. I have no idea why.My brows look good and I could tell the woman who did my brows was paying very close attention to what she was doing. But on my way to pay, I was once again looked at like I was some sort of scary swamp monster, and the lady who took my card seemed like she wanted me to just hurry up and get out of there as quickly as possible. Something about the vibe there was very off and I felt very awkward and judged for some reason. I am not one to leave mediocre reviews, but even on the way home I looked at myself in the car mirror to see if maybe I had something on my face that they were staring at, because I swear I have never felt more awkward in a salon. Three stars, because my eyebrows came out great. I just wish the ladies behind the counter hadnt made me feel so awkward.

Worst possible experience ever! I will never go back here ever again. I work in customer service and Ive never been treated so horribly. I walked in and there was one lady with a customer and no acknowledgement. I understand she was busy so I signed in and waited. After about 10 minutes the lady finished helping her customer and they both walk over so she can pay. At that moment the employee says Hi and thats it. She then takes another 10 minutes just to ring up her customer. A new customer walks in and she directs her to the back and I stand up at this point because Im already upset with the fact that I waited for 20 minutes and havent even been told to please wait. The employee looks at me and says are you waiting for them? First of all I dont even know who them is and I replied No, Ive been waiting here to have my eyebrows done she walks back and then asks anthoner employee to help. Then she comes back and says, we have been busy today and they are taking their lunch. Can you please wait another 10 minutes? I was extremely upset and I said no I dont have anymore time to waste. I would of gladly waited if I was acknowledged and told from the start. Someone please teach these employees how to give the right kind of service because this business will go under if they have employees like this.

My experience with Simply me was absolutely incredible and forever memorable my daughter was the bride to be and I was freaking out trying to find the best salon in Naperville to get her ready for 4 events .The staff was friendly professional and gave her 4 different looks in the 4 days of desi wedding she looked absolutely stunning and we got several complements on hair makeup and bridal clothes properly set accordingly.I strongly recommend young brides to choose this salon as the ultimate experience for bridal dress up .One stop shop for all events Dholki, Mehendi, Wedding Reception and Valima .Thank you Simply me you made my daughter happy and contented with your services .

Simply me is simply amazing when it comes to eyebrows for me. Its a very clean friendly environment with very skilled beauty artists for great prices!! They do May different things at this salon. There is this very nice lady named lovely that will perfect your eyebrows, (along with the many other girls there) just tell her the shape your aiming for and she will help you get your eyebrows where you want. Ive been going here for about 3 years now and it is one of my favorite beauty salons i think eveyone should definetly give them a try. 👌👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Such a rubbish experience I had. They did not keep their appointment despite me adjusting my schedule, agreeing to a different stylist other than I had appointment with and me reaching there on time. No professionalism at all.

Since I have started getting my eyebrows threaded, Lovely is the only one I will let touch my eyebrows and shes always so pleasant to see!

Horrible. Unprofessional. They messed up my eyebrows. I went again to get my legs waxed, they use the same cheap stuff from amazon that my sister uses and left black marks from the wax..it wouldn’t come off with oil or scrubbing and I had an event to go to that day. They are a bunch of old ladies that are running this as a hobby. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
