By far the worst experience. I came in and asked if they do dip manicures. Lily replied yes, and I sat down with a gentleman. First of all, they soak your nails in a bowl of acetone. Second, it took OVER 2 HOURS!! He was at the end of the bottle of top coat, so the nails on one hand dried wrinkled and horrendous. Lily told him how to fix it, and it still was all over my fingers, filed awfully, and horrible. I went in the next day, the top coat was peeling off and edges were coming off. I said I dont want anyone to fix it at that salon, since it didnt seem like anyone knew how to properly do this service and I didnt want to waste another 1-2 hours of my time in this salon. I dont think its fair for techs to experiment new services on clients on MY time. Lily shouldve told me shes not available and to come back at a later time if shes the only one that knows how to do this service. Lily agreed to give me a full refund check later that afternoon. When I went back, she said her boss doesnt do refunds and refused to give me my money back, even though shes the owner! Such a horrible experience with services and customer service. Not to mention highly overpriced.

This is not your average nail shop. They take their time on your service so you cant just walk in. Appointment needed. I love that!

I’ve tried a lot of the salons in the area and this is the one I keep coming back to.It is the best nail service I have ever received. Lily and T.J., they both are very professional, really nice and attentive.Quality service and products. A large selection to choose from. Great music relaxing, clean and friendly.I highly recommend Lily Nails to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

This is the 5th nail place I’ve tried in our new area and I LOVED it. My pedicure was flawless, their color selection is huge and the polish doesn’t look ancient. The massage chairs give great massages and it doesn’t reek of nail polish in there. I hate places that have no ventilation and you end up with a massive headache from the fumes.I’ll be back again and again!

Ive been going to Lily since I was 15 and Im 47 now. She seems like family as does her husband and daughter. The customer service is phenomenal and although she is Vietnamese her family never speaks their language in front of customers which I appreciate and respect. I used to wear gel nails and she brought my nails from bad to healthy and now I have my own Natural Nails and I love them

I love this place. Lily does a wonderful job on my nails. I recently started doing the dip on my nails and I am very impressed with how well they hold up. When I first started going here my nails were weak and fragile, they are now strong and healthy. Thank you Lily.

Very expensive had to go back for my nails to be fixed and that should have been free but I had to pay extra for their error. Then my card was charged a different price then quoted. The only reason I paid was because it was for my wedding. But, they do great pedicures

Ive been going to Lily Nails for over 10 years. Lily, TC and TJ are aces!!! Im confident all 3 will do an amazing job on your nails. However, my go-to is Lily. Shes brought my nails back to life and Im always pleased when leaving the salon. Her shop is clean, and she uses sterilized tools at all times when handling your nails and toes. She also uses the best products and always has the latest colors or whats trending. If you havent been, please give them a try. They are the Best!

I tried this place and was very disappointed. It is very overpriced. It takes a long time to get what you need done. Lily is not very friendly and makes snide comments. Will not recommend and definitely will not go back.

Ive been going to Lily for over 20 years (starting seeing her prior to her acquiring her own location in Woodridge). I am FREQUENTLY complimented on my nails and asked where I get my nails done. Lily has always done a great job whether I get acrylics, no chip, dip, etc. I also get pedicures and eyebrow waxing which are always done to my satisfaction. My only negative comment would be that she only has one shop but I love her new location.

I have been going there for 17 years, and I am very picky about my nails. Lily and TC use ONLY the best product and attend trade shows to make sure they know everything about the product to apply it correctly. Toe nails a problem? No worries, Lily fixes it every time. Great nail art and designs, and the employees are very friendly.

Was very knowledgeable about why my no chip was chipping. Left some residue of nail polish on my hands. But otherwise a pretty good experience.

THEY ARE ANGRY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!!! It was my first time getting acrylics and I wanted a simple and cute design. The old lady made it so complicated and since it was my first time getting acrylics I accidentally smudged the paint. The old lady was mean and rough and she didnt want to fix it. She charged me $40 and the job wasnt well done. She applied the acrylic unevenly so I had bumps all over my nails and air bubbles from the nail polish. That was my first and last time there.

I was so disappointed with the bad service I got, the old woman is always in a bad mood and unwilling to be nice or polite. The work is ok but not so affordable. I honestly don’t care how much it will cost if I’d get friendly and nicer people.

Lilly and her staff is very friendly, professional,they use sterilized nail equipment and give you your own personal nail box .they dont use used nail files on you they are new.they dont use that terrible nail file machine like other shops use that burn your nail bed up and have your hand hurting.Then the Pedicure OMG all natural they dont use that chez gradder or the razor on your feet man they are so awesome im never going to anyone else my nails are healthy and they can do any style any color yiu name it they got it.I have li ed in the sub9 for 16 yrs and have tried every shop out their bolingbrook,woodridge,Willowbrook,Darien.Lilly got them faded her shop is the best one give her a try she do go by appointment because sche take her time she dont rush you out sge want to make sure your happy and satisfied with any service you come for .give her a chance i bet youll never go any place else.

Went to get gels nails, the owner was rude and was pushing me to hurry up to pick a color, the lady who did the nails was rushing throughout the whole process. Not even letting the nails to dry. Just horrible, avoid it. Dont waste your money, the nails looked so bad.

I visited to get a no chip changed. Not my usual salon, but I was in the area and thought I would check them out. The lady taking care of me seemed very annoyed at how long it took to get the polish off my nails, and made multiple comments about what product was used by the other salon. I was not informed that the polish I selected was an up charge, and I was shocked at the total when I was finished. Overall, it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. In my opinion it was not worth the extra money, and I will not be returning.

Plain ombré nails $80, $7 for each crapping old fashion nail design (I had 2) and $32 pedicure .... rip off and it wasn’t even nice, my nails was uneven and Bulky ...waste Of time and money ....
