All the good reviews are VERY much deserved by Russ. He gave great advice about what programs to install to keep the system working well and fast and backup easy when he installed a new hard drive on my laptop for me. He even installed my old software for me! Also I messed up some settings AFTER I got my pc back. When I sent Russ an email he responded right away and got on the phone with me and fixed my mistake for me. AND, his prices are very fair. He is the pc guy I will now recommend to everyone.
