Originally I took my laptop to Best Buy, where I had a warranty from when I bought it, and was told there was too much water damage to my hard-drive for them to be able to fix it. As upset as I was I happened to come across Gremark. They were able to completely fix my hard drive and now my laptop works good as new! For my first time working with them I would highly recommend these guys, they are amazing and saved me a ton of money!

Sent my Dell laptop here and received it back quickly and perfectly fixed. I couldnt even tell my 4 year old had dropped it, it looked and ran flawlessly after repairs! Using deception and trying to chase me as i walk out the door. I never thrust this repair service, i bring a main board for tv for rework and this company damage the board, the supervisor said is a 50/50 % change to fix, the main board just need a reflow processor, i show what is the problem to one of the owners ADAM, he ask to supervisor JAVOR if he can fix this said yes but he damage our main board, before has a picture just need press the processor but know we dont have any picture, i hope before you thing get repair with this repair service look for another repair service,THIS REPAIR SERVICE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHHY

Dont ever expect anything you send here back. I have had a Sony phone in this facility for over 4 months, if you see that a larger cooperation in working with this company dont even bother buying the product.
