Im a writer, my whole world is in my laptop. And mine went toes up on me in the middle of a looming deadline. Russ was not only helpful - he rescued my files and photos and everything that was on there - but he also did it fast and recoveredeverything. Such a relief. I highly recommend this company.

My laptop screen was on the fritz and found Russ was close to my work. He replaced my touchscreen in a few days (had to order it) and it worked like brand new! The night I brought it home I couldnt connect to the internet. After trying a few fixes myself, I could not figure out why my laptop couldnt detect my internal wireless card. I took it to Russ the next day and he found that my wireless card had gone bad and replaced it for a reasonable price. He even offered to pick it up and drop it off from my work since it was close by! I highly recommend Russ!

Russ took care of my computer breakdown right away, explaining what was wrong and the best may to remedy the problem. He did a fantastic job. My computer is running better than ever thanks to his suggestions. I would recommend him highly.

Russ was the only one to reply with a sensible and accurate answer to my email, and on the same day! I am very impressed with his professionalism and dedication to service. I don’t give many reviews but he sure deserved it.
