Awesome experience, helped rescue my stranded son when I couldnt get there, and no one is close by to help. Well they did.This local company was already aware of the situation, so when I called at random, they needed little information to get started, and before long, it was done. Easy.

We greatly appreciated their timely assistance. Other tow services in the area that were associated with different roadside assistance groups were quoting a five hour wait, but Tic Tac Towing was there within an hour and gave great service.

Booked the towing service 3 hours prior to my cars service appointment. Did not show up at the designated time. Called to confirm the ETA and instead received a text message that he couldnt provide the service.Absolutely not professional and wasted my time. It was no use to contact ahead of time to book the towing! Save your valuable time and find someone else.

Tic Tac Towing is a life saver!! We accidentally locked our key in the car with a pile of groceries! As members since 1985, we called Triple A right away. They said someone would be there in a hour. After 4 hours went by, we got a phone call saying they were unable to find anyone to help and we are on our own. They gave us a towing company phone number who they don’t have an agreement with but recommend. I called the company and they were located in LA!!! We were extremely upset for Triple A had our Arbuckle address. Then I found Tic Tac Towing, Jon was quick to say yes and drive the 30 miles to save the day! He quickly got the car unlocked and we were able to get our key and the groceries! Totally recommend Jon’s company, we can’t thank him enough!

Tic Tac Towing is absolutely amazing. Jon went over and beyond to accommodate the towing of my vehicle and getting me where I need to go.

Excellent service. I got stuck on the mud on a rainy day. The total elapsed time from when I called for a tow to when my car was back on the road was 35 minutes. Jon pulled me out of the mud and was a nice guy with lots of experience. Also Tic Tac Towing is much cheaper than the rip offs in Davis (All About Towing) -- Call Tic Tac for a quote first!

I highly recommend Tic Tac Towing. They responded quickly and professionally with a flatbed truck, got me out of a sticky situation and delivered my vehicle to my house over 400 miles away.

Tic tac gave me the lowest price for an in-town tow out of the local places I called. Jon was at my house in less than 10 minutes. The service was helpful and fast. I would absolutely call again.

Honest and dependable tow truck company very reasonable I gave him a open book said I can afford 1k tops to tow my rv I bought from knights landing to lake county and got a quote of 550 and said if its longer than we think may cost a bit more well it only cost 50 more... he could of very well charged me the max I could afford but he didnt and was 100% honest and reliable

Called close to midnight right before Labor Day.... was told 30mins, arrived in less than 20! Being locked out of my car, at night, far from home, with a special needs child, I cannot describe the panic that comes.
