I took my sister here to get help with a nail stuck in her tire before a long drive back to her home near the coast. It was a Sunday and our go-to places were closed. Raza met us outside when we pulled up and made us feel like wed be taken care of quickly, even though there were a few customers ahead of us. We were updated on the status of the car throughout our short wait and were very pleased with the results and the cost ($20). Thanks guys!

When we arrived at the shop, Raza was even more attentive and friendly. VERY happy with the customer service at this place. This was the worst tire shop I have ever been to.I got new tires and an alignment. When I got my car back it shook out of control over 40mph.I called them and they said they drove it after alignment and it was fine. Obviously they never drove it.I brought vehicle back. They argued with me. Then finally rebalanced tires. They found dirt on rim. This was why it didn’t balance properly the first time.They told me I had to clean the dirt off that’s not there job!!! Unbelievable. I worked at tire shops for 10 years and I always was taught to clean rims so you get a proper balance.Whatever you do don’t go to this shop. Employees are very rude. And they don’t know what they are doing!!

Apparently my tire size was rare. After trying several of the Big named tire stores I checked the reviews for USA tire and decided to check it out. It was the best decision I made in a day full of bad luck (hence needing the tire). I spoke to Ali who informed me that he had several models of the tire in varying prices. I was there in 10 minutes and out the door in 30 with my brand new tire. I was very pleased with how quick, fair and friendly they were. After leaving the establishment, I received another call from Ali telling me Id left my iPad in the lobby and that he would keep it safe. So, while my day continued to be frustrating, USA Tires, was the definite bright spot. ABC Tires will definitely be getting all of my tire business in the future.

So I showed up unexpectedly right and the dude was like yeah no problem bring your tire and ill have it repaired in 5 or 10 minutes and he did then I paid him $20. I was back on the road confidently in 12 minutes of arriving, so thats about the best anyone has going. Great place.

Great service and wonderful people! I got a flat off I505 and had to be towed in for a new tire. They got me in immediately and had the tire on in like 10 mins. Also at a very reasonable price. Very welcoming and cordial, would highly recommend!

They like to Scam!!!Very disappointed in the service.. I took my car to get my breaks checked 4/10/21...they came back less that 3mins and said all brakes and rotors where worn out my front and back..i said thats weird i just had the front brakes and rotors fixed less than 6months...they said if i bring i my parts they. CHarge me $300 for the labor... I took to another shop to get 2nd opinion..and gues what only the back brakes needed to be changed not the rotor or the front breaks and rotors...wow..its a shame USA wanted to take advantage of me. Never go again i know that..watch out and get a 2nd opinion before you choose them.

My low tire air light came on while taking a road trip up north during COVID-19. After not driving for 6 months it was an unwelcome sight. Stopping for the day in Woodland California, I needed help. I thought I might have picked up a nail in the construction areas. I checked the local tire places and saw USA Tires wonderful review comments. The counter gentleman quickly came to my rescue and fixed my problem no charge. If we were able to hug I would have hugged him! Thank you so much for your speedy fix and kindness!

Came in for a nail in my tire. They patched it for 20$. Ended up deflating and causing a blow out on the I-5 2 days later!Would not recommend. Go to a different shop.Very dissatisfied.

After looking all over for a good used tire, I saw USA Tires on Google Maps (that’s how I find everything). When I called they were very nice and helpful. They had what I needed, I went in, the used tire is just like new but half the price!! Everyone was very nice and very professional. I was in and out with a new used tire within 15 minutes! I will drive the 30 minutes here any time I need a tire, for sure! Thank you USA Tire!

Ive liked the service I have received here for a number of years. (They used to always have doughnuts and coffee out but COVID 😔) Ali always greets every person who walks through the door and he has always updated me on how much longer my service would take without me asking.The prices are also excellent. They beat Les Schwab by more than $20 per tire and by $10 for the alignment.Last week, one of the staff made an error and mounted the wrong size tires on my car. I believe it was simply a mistake anyone at any tire shop has probably made at some point. Sure, maybe I should have looked at my tires before I left the shop but I didnt and I saw it later. I took it back today and Ali apologized profusely and fixed it immediately in a very reasonable amount of time for no charge.Thank you

This was the best service we have ever received and they are OPEN during COVID!!!! I called around to several places, their pricing was the best and the lengths they went to in order to take care of us were well beyond our expectations. This is a small business, and one definitely worthy of visiting. They’re a ways away from us and we plan on using them for all our tire needs from this point on. These guys are the real deal! Always fair, friendly and fast. Ali is a stand up guy. One time I changed a flat for a guy on the side of the road who is in a wheelchair. He didnt have a spare so I drove it into USA tire to have it fixed so I could return it to the guy on the highway. Ali didnt charge me when he heard what I was doing. Will never forget that he helped me when I was helping a guy out. Been buying all my tires here for years.

The guys are always friendly, have donuts and coffee out in the mornings and they dont charge you extra for the labor of changing your tires. Definitely a relief for people on a tight budget in emergencies. Their prices are great too. Definitely going to keep coming back here.

Ali at USA Tires Inc. was great. Had a blow out in my RV and he was the only shop that had the tire at their other location and was willing to have tire delivered. Other places arpund Woodland told me tomorrow. Got the tire mounted and back on the RV in no time. Great deal on tires.

These guys sold me four tires, top of the line, at a very fair price. My fifteen year old truck needed a major brake job and they handled it well. I was on site for 40 to 45 minutes both times. That is good service .

Honestly, Ive been coming here for the past 1 and 1/2 years. Ive purchased two sets of tires for both of my vehicles and have came in for multiple tire rotations. Ali is always professional and attentive to his customers. He has the best deals in the area and thats part of the reason I drive from Sacramento to Woodland for my tire service. The other reason is the service they provide and the speed they do it at, along with their honesty.

11.28.17 Writing review post-mounting: Nice customer service. Really helpful in getting me the right rims and tires for my car. Showed me inventory on the computer that wasnt in the shop to see examples and they found something I liked. Will do thorough inspection of rims and tires after mounting and will update review then.12.02.17 Update: After having the new rims and tires mounted, everything looked great. No scratches on the rims or scuff marks on the tires. Everyone likes my new rims and asks where I got them and I tell them USA Tires!

They messed up my window so now it doesnt roll up and they didnt admit to it. I was polity talking to them until the owner furiously yelled, We dont do windows we only do tire, take it to a window guy! then he took off inside.Not to mention I have a friend that doesnt do business with them due to their tires always getting flats and they always concluded that the flats voided the warranty.

Ali runs the best tire place Ive ever used. I live in Citrus Heights, so its not very convenient for me, but its worth the 45+ minute drive. I not only get prompt service, but Ali is always in tune with upcoming or current deals to let me make the best decision about when to buy and what deals are available.

I have a Chevy Silverado truck and my front driver tire went flat Im a single woman by myself its about a hundred and five degrees out today this paired is in the bed of my truck and I have like $5 on me the lovely helpful gentlemen and I use the term loosely at USA tires can do it for that they want $25 to Simply remove the tire and put the spare on it went so far as the owner came out and was yelling and screaming and cursing at me hurling obscenities I guess its a cultural thing I do not recommend this to anyone even people you dont like this is absolutely the worst tire shop I have ever encountered. The only reason it got one star is because they dont have zero or a negative Stars. Ladies do yourself a favor and go to American Tire Im Reed Avenue in West Sacramento they are wonderful people there. These people are American USA tires are classless British labs horrible customer service horrible attitude they certainly arent trying to help anyone its an animes they stay in business

I paid for an alignment and the job was not done. My car was still out of alignment. I could of gone back just didnt want to deal with bad service. Wouldnt go back.

I needed a very hard to find size tires on a trip through the area and they went out of their way to get them from the warehouse for me. Great people and great service, and the price was also good which made it even better.

First off this place totally sucks I would not recommend anyone to come here the owner is a theft we payed him some tires cash and then couple hours later he calls us telling us that the bills we gave him where fake he. Definitely switched them because the cash we had was straight from the bank so to anyone that wishes to buy stuff from this place I would not even think about going there beware this owner is a real theft

Whent there this morning first thing to get one new tire, found out they had really good prices so I got two. Couldnt afford all four unfortunetly today so the guy told me that when I could he would match the sale price once I could get the other two in a couple of months😊 To just save the paperwork. Replaced them in like 15 minutes and done deal.Totally using these guys from now on💃

Very friendly,helpful and knowledgable staff. They helped repair a tire that had a nail in my moms car. It wqs very quick. Also great prices.NOTE:2 other places in Woodland and Davis were unable to find the problem and helped me to just put air in it. A third business down the street on main St. was too busy to want to look at the tire telling me that it was ok to drive even though it had lost 7 psi.

I have changed my tires about 8 months ago, and too I have done alignment that time . He told me that it’s warranty 40,000 miles but today I went there and said tire is not good you have to fix it . He told me that I hit the curve so alignment is off and I have to buy new tires . I just drive 8000 to 10000 miles, I told him if I hit the alignment one tire would be in problem why all tire is thin and flat, he want to charge same price but he told me a 8 months ago 40000 warranty . When u have problem then u know it. Cheating to customer !! Poor service he also told me that if u did not want to fix leave the place !!! I would never go this place ever

The people at USA tired really got me out of a pinch by not only offering me a great used tire for a fraction of the price that other shops have charged me for the same tire and also referred me to a rim repair shop that too has beat all the other quotes Ive received. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks guys

It was 6pm and I desperately needed a tire, to replace a flat. I called Costco, who told me I couldnt get in FOR A TIRE for 2 WEEKS! I called Walmart, they were open so I raced over. There were 2 cars before mine, we all sat idle for 10 minutes, I put it in reverse and left Walmart.I called USA Tires, they were still open! I went in, told him what I needed, he told me the INCREDIBLE PRICE!! I said ILL TAKE TWO! In less than 15 minutes, I rolled out of USA Tire with 2 new tires, for $157!!! Did you hear me, 2 NEW TIRES FOR $157!!! USA TIRE, will you marry me? Hehe I LOVE them.
