Awesome staff and it’s hard to find a 24/7 gym nowadays. Everything is clean and they have the best equipment around. If your currently a member any where else I’d definitely take a look here. 10/10 best gym around.

Nice open space; well ventilated. Never a shortage of available machines nor options for my workouts.

Clean upgraded equipment but I not sure how to work the Arc Trainer is my favorite machine I wish they had more selection of drinks I could buy.

I usually work out at the Lake Forest Park location but since I had a Black membership and the location is about the same distance from my home, I thought Id check it out. It seems a little larger and the machines are newer than at Lake Forest Park. There is plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. There are signs for social distancing. They mark which stations are not in use. I definitely like the expanded hours at this location. Seems well maintained and very clean. May change from Lake Forest Park and switch to Woodinville.

Didnt think I would like it as much as I do. Great gym. Plenty of machines that are clean and well maintained. The staff fast and friendly. Restrooms are clean and plenty of lockers available.Not too many down sides. I guess it would be nice if they had scales, and towels. But for the price.....I can do without those amenities.

Really clean and helpful. Visited on vacation and forgot my key card. They worked with me so I was able to get my workout in. There was plenty of space between patrons too. Definitely reccomend

Clean and good for new gym people.Very few free weights, almost all machines.

I dont know who I talked to but I remember the face....he didnt like the way I was dressed I could tell so he quoted me an extremely high price to detour me from a membership...I later looked it up online and they have much cheaper rates and I was curious I called the manager and got one of the employee trainers and they told me it was told to them to detour anybody who looked like they were homeless, I wasnt dressed the best way to approach a salesman....next time I will dress up in a suite

Great value. Cant complain for 10$ bucks a month! Machines are not roped off, but have signs to keep up with social distancing. So if you can read, youre fine. Crew is walking around cleaning and monitoring constantly. Great cardio machines and weights for beginners to intermediate level!

Great place to get a message after a workout

Have visited a couple different Planet Fitness locations across the country. This is definitely one of the better ones. Would suggest it for anyone in the area or visiting.

Great gym, amazing coaches who are very helpful. There are lots of equipment for every work out. Super!

Be aware that Planet Fitness requires an in-person visit or certified paper mail in order to cancel a membership - making it much easier to join than to cancel. This feels like a dubious and intentional strategy to add friction in the hopes of retaining membership revenue. Avoid supporting companies willing to employ such strategies.

I joined this gym a couple weeks ago and the front desk gals are so nice! This is the first time I actually feel comfortable walking into. The staff is exceptionally kind and you don’t feel like you’re at a meat market. Love this gym!

Killer gym, beautiful gym members, the newest updated machines, intelligent an friendly employees. Might stay around this city for a while before I leave to discover other nations. Open the showers back up please.

I have been going to this gym for a year and have had no complaints. They keep it very clean! They are constantly wiping down machines which makes me feel better especially with COVID going on. I have seen them enforce mask wearing multiple times so I am not worried about that either. Staff has always been really friendly to me. Only downside is the gym is rather small and they have an abundance of cardio machines. This is planet fitness though so I’m not expecting a lot of free weights. Overall great gym

Good modern machines. Still has good hours during COVID. Michelle at the desk was very helpful and answered a ton of questions courteously.

I enjoy coming here; the best time in the evening is after 7pm to avoid rush hour crowds. I love it no matter what, even when it is busy because people keep to themselves. The staff are amazing and helpful...Im seeing new faces which means more staff to help out since it is so busy.Love that I can get my full body workout in. Also I love that the stretching area and circuit workout machines are more separated from everything else.Clean, nice music, great fans to cool me down, love the black card perks, and the staff are fantastic!Glad it is close to everything else, too!

I dont hate PF. The gym is reasonable for beginners and people content with weights and machines. I agreed to the cancelation policy thinking it would be easy enough to pop in and cancel when my needs outgrew the gym (swimming is important to me) but then covid struck. Ive mailed in multiple letters called requesting confirmation of receipt, never got ahold of someone. Eventually I just closed my bank account and gave up. Not a great cancelation policy and had I know it would be this tough, I would have never agreed to it.

Went down there to cancel my membership because you cant do it over the phone and then my account still got charged. When I called back they said they couldnt cancel it over the phone and wanted me to drive back down. All they do is ask for your phone number when you go down there in person. Bad customer service.

Not the best equipped gym but for 10/20$ a month and 24 hr assess you can not get any better. All new equipment, good staff, and the whole gym is spotless. If your looking for a cheap clean gym that’s open 24/7 this is your place.

We really enjoy this gym! The equipment is in great condition. There are so many different spaces in the gym which helps me mix up my workouts.

:(:( A long time gym member, I was shocked to see how no one here enforced mask rules and many sections with a 2 capacity (per virus rule) often had 4 or more people: (!! The employees here are immature and young and not very fit or competent to follow their own covid rules consistently and are in general cold when dealing with customers. Seems like they dislike their jobs and make this an unfriendly place to workout plus rules posted and the spoken rules seem to change and get misinterpreted daily making this a chaotic unstable place to try to get in your workout: (. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN IMMATURE STAFF AND SAFETY MEASURES THAT ARENT FOLLOWED!! LEFT AFTER 3 DAYS: (

Great staff. All new equipment. Got a deal on a new membership. Super close to where I live. Staff guided classes throughout the day. The staff were nice enough to convince my significant other to sign up during a guest membership visit.

9/21/20 NO MASKS, the only people in there wearing a mask was the employees. They dont even have any equipment roped off to keep up with social distancing.If you are anti mask then this place is for you! I just canceled my membership there, Im not trying to get covid. Ill join another gym that follows the Governors mandate.I felt it was still inappropriate to take a photo and post it for evidence, since there was a minor there.

Went four times in January. Found I was being double billed for the $10 monthly fee. Made multiple attempts to cancel with no success. Unable to accomplish this by phone and they have no email contact available.Evidently they require that you show up in person to do this. I will continue to refute the charges with my bank until they actually cancel the membership. This place is an absolute rip off. Zero customer service.Follow up to this. The response suggested that I use the email provided to work out the situation, which was done. I then received a response telling me I had to call the club directly. Have now received a notice from a collection company. Cancellations can only be done with certified letter or in person at the club? Ridiculous. Everything else can be done via their website, yet cancellation requires in-person contact?

Staff is great, super clean and everything is new! Unfortunately it’s a pretty small location so it can be hard to find a spot when it’s busy. Also needs more mirrors (in the back rooms please)!!

I agree with you Elena, I dont have complain when it comes to the gym. The only thing is the staff are not friendly at all. It is better to have a friendly staff to greet you upon entering the facility.

Easy going place. Very very few free weights, but plenty of good machines and a few cable machines. Also clean and orderly.

I wouldnt recommend this gym. Not a lot of machines to chose from because its much smaller than the other planet fitness gyms. But they do have good service and clean restrooms.

Signed up for the Black Card during presale. In terms of the facility- its great. Nice new machines, clean etc. No complaints here. Honestly, this wouldnt be a bad place to workout and the location is very convenient. Ample parking.This review is mainly in regards to the front desk staff and manager on duty this evening. I came in tonight for my first workout as I was considering switching from my regular gym in the area that I have been a member at for 4+ years to PF. Brought my husband in as a guest to check it out as well. I get right to working out and have my backpack with me as it has my water bottle, fitness bands and other accessories I use for working out. The front desk staff interrupted to say I needed to lock my backpack up and couldnt leave it near my machine. The front desk staff and manager handled this situation very poorly.When I took the tour of the gym the other day, nothing was mentioned regarding having a backpack near a machine. Staff made it seem like the lockers are optional and there if you so choose to use them. If they had explained this initially, it wouldnt have been a big deal. Personally, I like keeping my belongings within reach and in sight. The manager claimed that this was a policy that is true of every location (which doesnt seem to be the case after talking to a friend that works out at a different location in WA and sees people doing this). I reviewed my membership agreement and the only thing I could find was that Planet Fitness isnt responsible for lost or stolen property (hence one of the reasons I keep my backpack with me, besides carrying fitness accessories around).I cancelled my membership on the spot. Im sure others will enjoy working out here. Ill continue on at my current gym.edit: Front desk staff and manager on duty did not explain policy regarding the bag situation well and could use some training regarding customer service and their approach. This policy is clearly dependent on which PF you work out at. I felt singled out which is funny given that part of the business model is being friendly and welcoming.

The people at the front desk are not friendly at all. Seem like they are bored of what they are doing. Mill Creek area is a the best place but Woodinville PF is BIG NO for me!

Went in for my first visit today. Michelle showed me around and answered all my questions. Spotless facility and plenty of equipment. Could not be happier with the decision to join.

Always clean, not too busy either, even during prime time hours. Simple and easy.

Been here just about since the location opened. Its not the biggest, but even at peak times I havent had to wait long for my turn with any equipment, and can just go do a different exercise while I wait. Im a headphones in, tune yall out exerciser and this place works well for me. A great first foray into fitness for the inexperienced or those who arent trying to bodybuild.
