We had happily used this cleaner for about 10 years and have appreciated the service. Im sensitive to chemicals and felt lucky they were here in Woodinville. Recently, my husbands shirts came back smelling like dryer sheets or some other toxic fragrance and we had to banish them to the garage until he could bring them back and ask them to redo them. He picked them up today and they still stink. Has anyone else noticed a change?

I dropped off my comforter with a wine stain and it was completely removed! My comforter has come back even more fluffy amd clean! Very satisfied with the services and even the pricing was a deal!

I had them put new pockets in my work pants. Their work was really poor quality. The new pocket linings folded outward and one had a hole at the top. They refused to repair their shoddy work.

Great customer service, fair pricing, very prompt and items are completed on schedule. We’ve had dry cleaning and alterations performed here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We recently moved here from the Bay Area. Had amazing drycleaners who did a great job and knew our family well. My husband has dry cleaning every week and after one time here - his shirt came back completely ruined. The sleeve was ripped apart. They said he must have brought it in that way and refused to fix it. If he had worn it, Im pretty sure he would have noticed his sleeve completely ripped to shreds before taking it to the cleaners. We will not being returning and will be telling everyone else we know to not use them.

Disappointing... Ive taken a lot of things here as its close to my house. I had them sow a pair of shorts. I wore them 3 or 4 times and the stitching came out. I brought them back and they charged me full price to fix their work which didnt hold.It left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I doubt Ill ever go back.
