Friendly cheerful person greeted me both at drop off and pick up. Thats such a rarity these days. As well as providing a completed job, the good mood makes my day just a little brighter. Then I bring that attitude to others. Its contagious. Thanks Bakkers!

Very friendly customer service but DO NOT use this dry cleaner for embellished, fancy dresses. My daughter’s formal choir dress was ruined by Bakkers (and they still charged me). This dress was ordered in bulk for > 20 girls and each of the other girl’s dresses were cleaned at other establishments without damage. Bakker’s did not even save the embellishments that they claim just began to fall off when water was applied to the dress. So curious? I already knew other dry cleaners can perform the same service at a reduced cost; however, now I know Bakker’s charges you more and has inferior results. I recommend Bakkers for your ordinary dry cleaning if you don’t mind paying more; however, Bakker’s ruined an embellished dress that other dry cleaners successfully cleaned and Bakker’s didn’t offer any helpful solutions.

Not worth doing business with due to blatant support of racism and racial profiling

Worst option in Woodinville. They overcharged me, and tried to give me the run around until I provided a receipt even though their computer had the records right infront of me. They refunded me the money only because I reached out and they confirmed it was their employees fault. They charged me $9 per pair of pants, even though some were jeans. Jubilee cleaners in Woodinville charges $3.50 for the same services on pants. My dad has been going to Jubilee Cleaners for years and has never had this issue and pays way less. I go here one time and they try and screw me over. Then they didnt take responsibility till I made an issue out of it. Lack of care for their customers and overpriced services. I will NEVER go there again.
