I had a couple pants with broken zippers that I wanted fixed on dinner pants that I really like. I went to a couple other places and they wouldnt fix them but Jubilee did.

I rarely write reviews but Ive tried many of the places in the neighborhood and I must say Jubilee is the BEST!! The hours work with my schedule, quick service and quality work. I had to get a very oversized mens jacket tailored. It was awful when I received it (it was NOT at all the measurements the shop wrote down) . Not only was it the cheapest out of all the cleaners in the area, it was also the best quality for alterations. If you have any type of alterations done right, GO TO JUBILEE!

Reasonably priced compared to other places on the East side. They are probably the only cleaners that get the job done right. The entire staff is pleasant. I plan to return again to drop off all my dry cleaning here.

Very pleased with this company, helpful and friendly staff. I had been in the area for my cousins wedding and needed the bridesmaid dress that she had purchased in advance to be tailored to fit properly. A member of the brides party had mentioned Jubilee Cleaners as a recommendation. I was having a hard time finding a tailor that was reasonably priced and able to get the job done quickly. I was extremely stressed about being able to get the dress done in time for the wedding.I took her recommendation and once I arrived, the staff was so helpful and assuring they would be able to get my dress to fit as I desired in time for the wedding. Immediately relieving my panic over the short time I had to get this done and not being a native, the recommendation to use Jubilee Cleaners was the best choice. The price was very fair considering my situation of needing my dress to be done in a very fast time frame. They did a fantastic job and highly recommend them for any of their services. I honestly feel that if they were able to do such a great job on my dress, their other cleaning services would be just as wonderful from my experience.

I have tried so many dry cleaners around town and this one is the only one that has ever come close to being perfect. The staff is friendly and everything is ready on time. A few times I have had to wait a couple of minutes so that they could find my stuff, but they always end up finding it and it never gets lost. The prices are comparable to other places but the service makes it an easy choice. I have seen them get some pretty nasty stains out of my nice shirts, so I trust Jubilee with my more expensive suits and higher end shirts.

Dropped my suits off here to get pressed and a shirt dry cleaned.Pros:-Great service-Fast-Competitive pricingCon:-Shirt came back still with yellowish tint on white cuffs. These were not stains, just soiled from use. A regular wash with beach of something should have taken care of it, not sure why it didnt come back clean.

They also do very good alterations. And the woman who does them even remembers that my left leg is 1/4 inch shorter than my right leg. And I think their prices are very reasonable.

After 18 years of business I was fired. During the 18 years of business I never had a claim. Recently I had a dress shirt that was damaged. They agreed to replace it, however after they replaced it they told me my business was no longer accepted because they cant take the risk because my shirt was too expensive !? I should also say that this business changed owners within the last year. I know the previous owners wouldve never have told me they didnt want my business.

They ruined my shirt. It was white now its red. When I asked them for a refund on the cleaning they said it was the shirts fault and they would not refund the cleaning cost. What!? Never going back!
