1st. The technician was ill-prepared for the job. Did not have the proper tools or the knowledge to do the job. He admitted he was brand-new and the company gave him the worst equipment and no training and how to clean a carpet properly. His tools were broken down and others tools needed for the job were not present.My background is Building Maintenance and I knew a lot more about carpet cleaning then the technician that came out. He was such a greenhorn he didnt even know what I was talking about and didnt know if the company supplied him with the tools necessary to do the job properly. He didnt even know if the tools needed were in the service vehicle.Just everything about the job was inadequate and left with the job not being done as well as it could have.Sincerely, Mike Banfield.

Coit Carpet cleaning service was very satisfactory and the operator paid attention to details without being told. I had removed all smaller furniture items from my rooms, there was no clutter anywhere, which was appreciated, and the operator had to move only the couch (on rollers) and one lazy boy chair, the other I had moved in the kitchen. I stored all other things in my garage in preparation for the cleaning and I put everything back when the carpet was dry.The house smelled fresh and clean after the shampooing.

I requested for tile cleaning. Guys reached an hour before the given time slot. I had to cancel my meeting to work with them. I don’t see much difference in before and after condition of the tiles after cleaning.

Large carpet was removed and returned after cleaning. Heavy furniture was moved and placed back in the correct place. Very pleasant and performed professionally.

Technician stated he was unable clean my carpets at that time and was unable to give me a time as to when he could. The information stated on the website was misleading by noting that I would be able to have my estimate and cleaning done at that time. I took time off work, boarded my dogs and moved furniture in advance to be better prepared for the job.

Order # 568292. My experience started with a phone call to make an appointment to have air ducts cleaned. The lady I made arrangements for their service quoted me $480 for 11 air ducts. Upon arrival, it was written up for $1040. I went ahead and had services performed, was desperate to have air ducts cleaned. The more I thought about it, the more upset i have become. My decision is to never recommend or ever use their services again. Taking advantage of a senior is unfair.

I also received COVID-19 protection and stain retardant. Old tea stains were nearly completely removed. He said they are still a little visible, but I can’t see them at all.

Carpets werent vacuumed and most furniture wasnt moved. He cleaned around furniture. He didnt even move the french doors to get behind them.Except for a few spots, the carpet looks no cleaner. It seemed like he was in a hurry and the quality suffered because of it.

The area rug that was to be cleaned, is not cleaned the stain is larger and now the color in the center is bleached or? Dog hair was still on the carpet as well. I will have to purchase a new area rug now.

If I could give 0 stars I would! the service is terrible and the management Mickey Mouse, with apologies to a beloved Disney character. I was to have my rugs and pads cleaned...and they returned the pads uncleared! The managers are always “out”. I had used Coit in the past, but never again. By the way, they picked up the rugs and pad July 15th!

The technician was always in contact with us to confirm when he would arrive, which was very helpful. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and appreciated his professional attitude.

A terrible experience. Scheduled COIT carpet cleaning for empty house during move out. Had a full house cleaning completed on 12/4/19. What they forgot to mention to me is that a $500 carpet cleaning does not include them vacuuming the carpet. So the technician who did the carpet cleaning went ahead and steam cleaned the carpet that was full of dog hair. So 2 days later when I walked in to the house for the first time, the whole house was smelling like a wet dog. For a month now, I have been calling the COIT office almost 3-4 times a week to get update on the refund they promised. Every single time I am promised a manager will call back but not a single time did i receive a call back from their manager. The reps who pick up the call are professional and helpful but unfortunately the refund team or managers are not following up. Very disappointing service. So the 100% money back guarantee is not true.

The technician was professional and did an excellent job. I had the tiles in my basement and in both bathrooms cleaned and resealed. Also had some carpet in the basement cleaned. I am very satisfied with the quality of work.

Arrived on time and shampooed my stairs, landing and hall. He did an excellent job and I will again call Coit when it is needed again. I really appreciate the 50% cleaning that is offered. I also got an estimate on my window blinds.

Cost effective tile and granite cleaning!

I found Coit to be very professional. I liked that they came at another time to give me an accurate quote. We had the downstairs and upstairs done on two separate days to accommodate our cats for the each day. The rug dried fast with most of the moisture gone the next day. I definitely will have them come next year.

This company is very unresponsive and unreliable. The company in whole seems to have very bad communication with each other, which is very unprofessional. I had a quote done and they applied our $50 discount to it but they charged us in full without applying it. I have called in 4 times now about getting the $50 refunded and they have stated they will call me back and not once have they. The last time I called the agent seemed to not want to help and transferred me back to the main line. Will not be using this company again and I do not recommend them!

They confirmed a Thursday date, never confirmed, then claimed we had a Wednesday appointment which they also never confirmed, then scheduled a first appointment for a Saturday which is 12-2 and didn’t work for us. Then suggested the following Wednesday. A complete cluster of a scheduling situation so I called a competitor and got it done easily

Was super excited to have them out, however, they cancelled 10 minutes before they were to arrive and were absolutely very difficult to get a reschedule. It was very frustrating as I took the afternoon off to wait for their arrival, had floors cleared of furniture and ready to go.

The spots all came out of the carpet and the wood floor has an even shine to it and a brighter look.It was a good investment before selling our home.

I have tried twice to schedule an estimate for air duct cleaning, and the customer service representatives scheduled a date for the estimators/technicians to come out to my home for the estimate. I then receive a phone call from Jim at Coit stating that they will not be in my area, and they dont know why I was told other information or what the person was doing when scheduling the appointment. As a potential customer, its frustrating that the technicians and customer service teams do not share the schedule availability for each area. I would highly advise anyone considering Coit to make sure that the customer service representatives actually check the technicians schedules before scheduling an estimate or service. I am no longer going to contact Coit for any services due to their lack of professionalism, and they cant get their act together. I prefer to give my business to companies that know what they are doing and actually know the schedules of their technicians.

Gentlemen who picked up carpets went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Very courteous. The gentlemen who delivered my area rugs was amazing to be able to handle such hard work in lifting the large rugs up the stsirs. He was quite professional. Thank them both. The rugs look good.

Danny (??) did a good with the carpet and certainly seemed to understand his trade.My only disappointment was when the job was estimated, the estimator offered to include the steam cleaning of my shower and a quick steam wash of the tub in the guest bath. Neither of these happened. Danny said steam was not the right solution for the shower and that COIT never did spray cleaning of tubs. So two of the points that sold the job could not be performed.Hmmm...

The tech was on time (he called to say he was worried he might be a few minutes late but, he ended up arriving within the window of time that he was scheduled for). He was fast and efficient. The carpets look great. His advice on airing out the house after he was done was helpful and spot on. Overall, Id recommend COIT.

Excellent phone service but that is it. My good quality carpet is 19 months old with an excellent stain master protection. The laborer with a language barrier explained that the steam cleaning would strip the factory stain resistance protection that made virtually any spot come clean. I even cleaned up spilled wine. The man said I would need the Coit stain resistance application after the cleaning for additional cost. I purchased it, I asked how it would compare to the factory protection and he could not answer or tell me how It performs so I asked him who would know and he said he didnt know. My family room and stairs cost $160.00 and that was with 40% off. This was super expensive for one room and stairs! The quality of the cleaning is very poor. Even with warm days it took 24 hours to dry and it still looks soiled In the traffic pattern. When the worker was on site and it was wet it looked clean. Now that its dry, it still looks soiled ! I need to call . I am NOT happy that the carpet still looks dirty AND now my factory stain protection is removed so I am positive the carpet will soil again quickly or attract dirt.

Coit cleaned all of our ducts and a dryer vent. Yes it was expensive but I appreciated all of the small details that the tech put into making sure my floors and walls were protected while he was working. Took a couple hours since we have a bigger house and he was very meticulous. Thanks again!

Did good work at a very reasonable price. I would hire again. However, they need to work on internal communication & scheduling. When I first booked an appointment for an estimate, I was told if I picked a particular date they could stay and do the work same day. So I picked that day in order to only have to take one day off from work. However, when they showed up the technician said he didnt have the time or equipment available to do the work that day, so I had to reschedule and take a second day off work. They also told me theyd call to confirm what time they would show up for the work, but I never got a call and was caught off guard when they showed up at 8:45am with no warning. Again, work was good at a good price, but be prepared to run into scheduling issues.

I paid $125 to clean three area. The carpet was about 10 years old, but still in a good condition. We just want to clean the juice / coffee stain, and Dave did an excellent job to clean it all. It took him about one hour to clean the entire area, and it looked clean and smell fresh as he finished his job. Love it!

COIT is not only terrible, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever used. COIT caused over $14,000.00 damage to my home, have ignored the problem and actually accused us of lying about the issue, when they were notified and came to the house to view the damage themselves. I hired COIT Woodinville to come and clean the grout on my downstairs tile. They displayed gross negligence and flooded out the downstairs of my home. Completely ruined all the downstairs trim and actually caused water damage to some of the drywall.I immediately notified COIT Management of the issue, who then sent another inspector out to look at he damage and told me to get it repaired and COIT would take care of it. The problem is when we got it repaired and submitted the contractors invoices, COIT denied any wrong doing and accused us of lying. The damage caused is so large that we exceed what we can sue for in small claims court, now we are spending huge $ on our attorneys to go after COIT in a civil suit since they wont even call us back or return emails to try and resolve their gross negligence.DONT EVER USE COIT unless you want your house flooded out and cost you thousands of dollars in damages!!!I plan to post this on every review site I can find online so no one else goes through the devastation both financially and emotionally my family has experienced by COITs negligence.

Looks great overall but some of the stains remain. Technician warned me about that, but he was helpful and polite.

The representative was prompt and did a great job and the clean up after himself. No complaints or concerns.

Coffee stains were not removed. I understand that coffee stains are hard to remove.

The cleaner was prompt, helpful, and very professional. Overall, the carpet looks good, although there are some spots that I had pointed out that dont look great. For the money I paid, I was hoping for spotless.

As with all service experiences, it is all about the person. This was a wonderful experience with a nice, smart and likable service man. He was not worried about my dogs who initially barked and later stared hopefully at a safe distance, wagging tails and trying to catch his eye. I would definitely recommend this service.

The bathroom shower was cleaned as well as the stone floor, counter top and stone around the tub. It was a okay job. To much sealant on the floor and dried off with a furniture moving packing blanket. The second bathroom tile floor was cleaned correctly. The young man was prompt, very polite and worked hard.

Have had COIT do blinds and drapes and the work has been great. I was pleased to see a 40% off coupon for any service so I scheduled carpet cleaning. He gave us 40% off for one room and the rest was billed at what was I guess the regular price. His work was just OK. Didnt spend any extra time on the pet stains which I noted for him.Interesting that he told me one would not come out but I used a pet stain remover after he left and I got the stain out. I really expected better!

The COIT technician gave me an estimate and clearly explained all the charges. I have a 2600 sqft house with carpet, stone and hardwood floors. The same technician came out to do the work. He spent about 6 hours. My floors are immaculate and the wood glows.

Hardwood floor had not been cleaned for over 25 years. Estimate and cleaning took just over an hour and floor turned out great. Floor was small n thought minimum charge was a little high but no complaints about the work done or employee

He was always concerned how he accommodate my wishes for moving furniture and helpful in the moving.I feel he went above and beyond in cleaning the rugs, they were pretty dirty, and felt it was what he should do, as part of the customer service mission statement.the overall experience was a satisfying one, and I have never been dis-satisfied with Coit and their service personnel. they have been the, only company to clean my rugs, and probably will always be. !! ;>)

Great job cleaning our couch and carpet.We had to have them come back for one of our cushions that didnt get cleaned on every side and it left a water mark (very particular fabric). COIT didnt question our request and sent out an employee again to finish the cushion.

Horrible experience. Three visits and more phone calls than I can even count to schedule color-sealing for my bathroom floor. I had the estimator out, spoke with the manager Jim and everything was ready to go. I had a plumber remove my toilet the day of the service to ensure the color sealing would have full coverage. The technician showed up, asked to see the bathroom as he was skeptical he could do the procedure. He looked, said, Nope. Cant be done. I thought so because the estimator that did yours often makes this same mistake. Thanks Coit! I love paying a plumber $275 to pull up my toilet for nothing. Overall, a terrible, terrible experience.

Used Coit for many years. Service is great. Only negative was technician did not put pads under two tables that had lamps on them which I assume is why. He put pads under the coffee table which we had emptied of everything. Oh well, no harm no foul!!

We had out entire house carpet cleaned. The service man was on time and worked so hard when he was here. Did a really good job! Then we had an large area rug picked up and cleaned. Again, he was on time in the pick up and delivery. I would highly recommend COIT.

Total waste of my time. I asked to get a quote for a duct and carpet cleaning for a house one of my clients just bought. So I drive 30 miles each way for the appointment with their estimator. He was on time and called also to say how far out he was.He went through the house, did his looking and wrote up a quote with acceptable pricing for the job and left. I called in to schedule the work to be done 2 days later. I drove again 30 miles each way to meet the technician to do the duct cleaning. He also called beforehand and was on time. He came to the house looked at the furnace in the attic and said: Sorry we cannot do attic furnaces. And as quickly as he arrived he left.Why did the estimator not see that? Why was my time wasted a 2nd time? I asked to speak to a manager about that and have never heard back other than from a guy named Jim, who keeps calling to schedule an appointment......Dont waste your time on these guys.

I have been using Coit for over 30 years. I wouldnt have anyone else clean my carpets, rugs, drapes and blinds. They have never disappointed me. Wonderful customer service. For many years I have had Dave Siebold clean my carpets. HE IS THE BEST!!!!

Air ducts had not been cleaned, I think, ever in a 35 year old house. Many generations of dogs have lived here, I am allergic to most of them. Current generation, not so much, but still had been dealing with allergic reactions. COIT came out, cleaned the ducts... no allergies since!

COIT arrived when they said they woiuld. Did a great job of cleaning the vents in the house and really got the downstairs rugs clean after many years of neglect. I really appreciated their candor and efficiency. Great job.

The technician was very professional and the price was more than fair. We were able to call and get an appointment within a couple of days. My main concern was pet stain and odor in my dining room. The tech said he could guarantee to get the odor out but couldnt be sure of the stain. Turns out the stain is gone but the smell lingers on, although slightly less than before.

Dave arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the carpet and some dining room chairs. He also eliminated some of the carpet buckling by stretching the ends of the carpet and trimming off the excess carpet. I was not aware COIT provided this service, and was thankful Dave could do this kind of work as well as do the cleaning.

I called to have my Roman shade cleaned, my tiled deck cleaned and an upholstered chair cleaned - the Coit rep said he couldnt clean the shade or deck due to age but did clean the chair - which looked about the same before he cleaned it - AND he charged me $70 - I paid it but not happily. I got the feeling this guy just wasnt up to working too hard.Who is your competition?

COIT is the only company I will use. Have had them come 7 times over the past 17 years and each time, without exception, they did an excellent job both on carpets and sofas. In a addition, they have never arrived late, are always friendly and helpful and they do the job fast and well.

The wood floor cleaning and sealing was not as advertised. In fact the guy didnt even seal it. It was a complete waste of time and money. I was promised a finished product and a good mopping would have accomplished the same result. If I could get a refund I would. Terrible awful would never recommend.

Coit cleaned our bathroom tile and grout. This included the tub surround tile and grout, and the ceramic floor tile and grout. The technician sealed all when he was done.
