Nothing against the employees, but I am very dissatisfied with JH this year!!! They should pull all of their refund advance commercials off the air. Ive been waiting for NINE DAYS!!!!! Its false advertising. Theres not even any disclaimer in the commercial that theres a 1-5 day wait this year. But it more like ten days!!!! Very frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????
