She charged me $264.00 for 2 or 3 itemization. I will never use her again nor H & R block. I have been using H&R Block for over 20 years. This is it for me and my family including my friends. She did not show or tell me why my fee was $264.00. Even when we filed jointly, weve never paid $264.00. She turned her screen away when its time to bill me.

Sreedevi was so helpful with the whole process of doing the taxes and went above and beyond to figure out our taxes for us.

With their advertisement of upfront transparent pricing I was told $134 ball park prior to services. Came back in to submit them and was told it would be $225. Not only were they not upfront about pricing they doubled it. They pulled a coupon out last minute and took $25 off, but for a place that defied what’s written on the sign as soon as you walk in I have a hard time thinking I’ll be coming back here.

Tony is by far the most knowledgeable, caring, and professional tax preparer. I have used him for many years, and he explains all attributes of my tax return and tax changes each and every year, and how they impact me, his client.

Mr. Rodriguez at H&R Block makes the stress of doing your taxes simple and enjoyable. I cant imagine trying to do them myself again or going anywhere else in the future.

In this covid times, h&r block advertises online about what they are doing to keep things clean. The first thing was the electronic pen to sign things for the computer. Nothing in the immediate area to clean it. Would be comforting for the customers to at least be able to do it themselves. The next thing, has got me crawling, the tax preparer who started out wearing a mask, kept pulling it down, rubbing her nose, around her mouth, AND then handling all of the paperwork. I just wanted to run out of there. I am so disgusted. Where I work, there is visible and readily available items for cleaning. I wear a mask daily, make sure everyone around me feels comfortable by my actions to keep them safe and knowing that I care about their health. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN HERE !! I am so disgusted.

I was nervous coming into my appointment due to the fact that I am at the beginning stages of cleaning up some past financial mistakes. Within moments Tony went above and beyond to take care of my tax needs so I can go to the next steps. Tony took the time to carefully explain the services he could provide for me. I came in expecting to get my 2019 taxes done however, Tony did that and even took care of things Ive been putting off for years. I left his office feeling 100 pounds lighter and feeling so accomplished.Tony was so happy and determined to take care of all these extra things even though its his busy season!! He was able to accomplish what he did for me because of his 21 plus year experience and all his extra licensing. O And Collen who works front desk is so friendly and helpful. What a wonderful first impression of H& R Block!

I will never return as the person who did my taxes did not know what she was doing as it was her first time doing taxes by herself. someone should have been sitting with her the whole time. The lady who did step in near the end because i said something was very rude and i was a new customer who was referred by my boyfriend. I will be telling everyone i know not to go there. You guys need to be more welcoming to your new customers.

Our preparer Tony Rodriguez really knows his stuff so we are very satisfied with our tax refund/s. We have now had him prepare our taxes for the past few years. Plus, he is a great communicator; concise, timely, complete.

My tax preparer is awesome, and Ive never had a return rejected, and Im always treated with respect and warm smile.

There has got to be a way that the office can get a hold of staff after the offices have closed for the season for a situation such as mine where I am expecting a check at the end of August as per the note that came with my client copy in March. It is now 2 weeks into September I have not received it.Several phone calls later, including being asked to go on Mn. Dept. of Revenue and check for my property tax refund myself which defeats the purpose of going to H&R Block. Incidentally there is no option on wheres my refund for property taxes on the Mn. Dept. ofRevenue.A staffer that did not do my taxesFinally takes the time to look and figures out today that my property taxes had not been submitted electronically and does that today 9/19/19 .Lucky for me l did not miss the deadline for filing but it will now take another 8-10 weeks to get my refund.

Raj Rajratan is always very friendly, and takes the time to explain every step. He is very knowledgeable and always has suggestions for a better tax return next year. I knew I was going to have to pay in a considerable amount but Raj made it feel less painful.

Lana and Tony are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I will be returning again next year. Thank you so much for everything you have done.
