All the teachers have been great! They genuinely enjoy teaching students. Instructors even make time to learn each students name and remember it for each class. My 6 year old loves coming here! We cant wait to have her birthday party here next month too!

Had a birthday party there and it was fantastic! Great coach, really engaged the kids and kept things moving! Highly recommend it for parties!

Had my daughters birthday party here and they had a blast and so did the parents.I set the reservation all on line which was an easy process. About a week before my daughters birthday party I got a call from Alex the manager. He said the landlord of the building was redoing the parking lot the same day of our party and said they would pay for the party of we moved the party to a different day. After we thought about it for a few days we called Alex back and told him that we needed to have it on the same day. Alex was great! He worked with the landlord to make a ramp to cross the parking lot so we could have the party.We arrived and Alex greeted us and helped bring the cake and presents in. They allow you to bring your own food in which was awesome. After getting everything put away in thier fridge, they made sure we had filled out our waivers. They went over all the rules and then had the kids try the warped wall just like you see on TV. They had all different sizes to try, so the little kids where able to do it also. They led them in a time challenge and then let them have some free time. At the end they had all the kids do the warped wall again.After our time was up they led us back to the party room and let us have our time in there.My daughter had a blast and we will definitely go back again.

It looks like they havent changed the course in awhile but otherwise an excellent place

The coaches there are awesome. My 11 yr old had his Birthday there and everyone loved it.

We have been here a couple times now. With kids ranging in age 8-15. Boys and girls and they have all loved it. I had my daughters birthday party here. No kid said they were bored or ever stopped moving. So much to do for kids. I will be going back at a time that is less kid friendly to try it out myself. Staff are always super helpful and friendly.

Great open gym time for kids (and adults) to burn off energy! A wide range of obstacles that are popular in the show, including 5 different heights of warped wall. A lot of activities in a small space. The monthly membership is a great bargain and pays for itself in the second visit.

Great one on one help and training for my 10 year old son.

This was too cool, I took the kids I nanny for and they loved it! Paying per kid per hour is a little expensive, but they have a program where you can go unlimited for 30 days. I think that would be well worth the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the kids especially with how to use some of the equipment. Overall super awesome and the kids will love it!

Cool gym for kids to get some energy out! We went here for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. This is the second time we have gone and my three girls love it. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

This gym has has been fantastic. I have now visited three times and have had an excellent experience every time. I appreciate that Conquer provides clean facilities, knowledgeable staff, and a unique/fun training environment. I love that I can get some direct coaching through adult classes, work on my own (or with the family) during open gym, and even hold parties! Conquer has created a product that appeals to all ages and ability levels. They are the refreshing twist that the fitness community has been craving.

Super fun experience. It can get crowded if you go at a busy time but we went at closing and got to stay a little longer. The instructor was super cool and showed us great techniques to get through the courses. Highly recommend if you wanna test your upper body strength.

Conquer Ninja Warrior is the perfect place for kids to burn off energy! Its a safe environment where the kids can work at their individual levels. Kids off all ages (over 6) can have a great time together! The staff is very helpful and positive to all the kids. We will be back soon!

We had a birthday party for my 8 year old son with all the boys from his class and they had a blast. They were completely entertained and loved all the obstacles. They had the most fun during the unstructured time when they could just explore and play on their own. They all said they want to come back and my boys have been asking everyday when well be making the next trip back. It is a great activity to keep kids active and using their imaginations about being a ninja!

Our kiddo loves going to Conquer Ninja Warrior! He is so proud of what he can do and loves learning how to conquer the next obstacle. We love that hes active and gets the wiggles out! The gym is nice a clean and feels safe for the kids. Sometimes, it feels like there are just too many kids for open gym, but most of the time, thats not an issue.

My 11 year old enjoys going all most every day ands still does after two months the instructors working there are very good. The one negative is the parking witch will improve once the mountains of snow melts.

Not worth the price. Held a 11 year old birthday party for our son and 10 friends. The staff were nice but the gym time wasnt as structured as I would have liked. We had 2 hours total for the birthday party, one hour in the gym and one hour in the party room. The boys enjoyed the gym time but were bored after so we ended up playing football in the parking lot. The cost of the party ended up being close to $375 and didnt include food. For this price I would have hoped for the boys to have been entertained for the full 2 hours.

When it comes to anything Ninja warrior, these guys do it best. I love this place! easy to work with and great staff

I really enjoyed my first visit to Conquer Ninja Warrior. I went on Valentines Day and the workout was a super fun partner workout. The instructor did a great job of explaining things and encouraging a supportive environment. We got to try a variety of the equipment/challenges. I am definitely interested in returning for more classes! Thanks!

Accidentally bought tickets to the Eden Prairie location but went to Woodbury. They easily contacted Eden Prairie to make my tickets usable at Woodbury. My kids had lots of fun!

By far the best place for Ninja Warrior obstacles in the Twin Cities! They have both kid friendly and adult sized obstacles to challenge all skill sets. If you are looking for a fun new way to get a great workout in, or just want to have an afternoon of fun with friends and family, this is the place to do it!

We hosted our sons 8th birthday party here. The party was a great balance of instruction/how-to with open gym time. The boys also loved the time trial at the end. Alex was a great instructor. Well be back.

My kids love this place. Its the perfect way to burn off some energy on those non-school days, snow days, etc. We drive 100 miles just to go... that should tell you how much this place rocks! Also, the staff are super helpful when trying to conquer all the different obstacles.

My kids (ages 9 and 13) LOVED this place. They had a great time at open gym and cannot wait to go back. Both kiddos are huge fans of American Ninja Warrior and had a blast getting to participate in the same obstacles they see on TV.

My daughter and I love taking classes together here! Its her fall sport between lacrosse and hockey. Keeps her active and is a great activity for us to do together.

The place was fun but when a lot of people got there they were blocking the ramp walls and nobody said anything. Five people were waiting to run up the big black one.

Took 3 boys (6, 7 and 8 years old) for an hour of open gym - thought that would never be long enough - after all that intense fun, I know they did not have any more energy! Its a great place, lots of fun for kids of many ages - boys and girls.

Was supposed to be open for 1 hour open gym, but no one was there. Pretty disappointing considering we traveled from a different state with limited time. And then completely shutting us out of the building due to birthday parties, when we only needed ten minutes to film for American Ninja Warrior video submissions. Couldve at least let us in since it was negative 18 degrees outside...

High quality equipment in such a fun environment. Challenging obstacles for all ages!

We had a great time at CNW Woodbury! We went as a group of adults and had two amazing trainers. They walked us through each obstacle, then let us play around! We are planning to go back again soon! Its the perfect place for kids and adults - a lot of fun and a great workout.

I took my 6 year old son to the Woodbury location. He has become obsessed with the American Ninja Warrior show and was so excited to try obstacles for himself. He absolutely loved the experience and cannot wait to come back. In fact, we attended a morning session, and by that same afternoon he asked if we could go back that night! I thought the gym was clean and well-run. I appreciated the website sign-up option for open gym slots. His favorite was the arched ramp and the wood rings.I wish there was one in the northern metro!

Could use more staff for classes but my kids have a lot of fun

This is the best place for Ninja Warrior teaining in the TC! The people are very friendly. The trainers are the best around. Classes always have something new to try and you can always get personalized help with any obtacle to make your traoning time most effective.If you have kids who want to try obstacle from the show, this is the perfect environment. There are lots of safety features and padding. The trainers work great with kids and make things fun for everyone.

We joined Conquer in January after hearing about it from another parent at my sons gymnastics class. The staff is ALWAYS happy and positive (Sheila is wonderful!), and they remembered my sons name after seeing him only once or twice. My son is allowed to bring a friend every month for free, which is great bonding time for him and his friends since were new to the neighborhood and hes new to his school. Whenever I reach out to a parent to ask about bringing their child, they always talk about how excited their kids are to go. One little boy even asked how much it is, and began brainstorming how he could earn enough money to get a membership on his own. :) This is a wonderful environment for kids to get exercise (without realizing it), and build their self-esteem as they conquer a new obstacle. It seems a little pricey at first, but when you factor in the fact that they can go every day if they want to, it is a fraction of the cost of the once-per-week activities that we often sign them up for. I highly recommend giving it a try!

My son loves it more than minecraft, and its great physical activity for him. The trainers there are great.

It was fun for what it was but the workers like to hog everything! You would feel intimidated a little bit when they would show off. I would wanna do the rings but they had told me not to use them cause they were training? Idk if I would go there again tbh after the customer service

I brought my teenage son and a couple of his friends here on Saturday, December 2 and for the most part they had a blast. They were able to attempt all of the courses with pretty much no lines. It was at the end of their 1 hour session that got a little frustrating for them and I believe two other girls that was there. At about 1:45pm kids started piling in for a 2pm kids event. As they were coming in they were running the courses and started crowding the 1pm session. My son, his friends, and the two girls were waiting patiently to run the walls, but were not able to because the kids kept running the other ones and not allowing the them a turn. I think overall my son had fun, but I would maybe recommend managing these events a little bit better and allowing the last session to finish up before allowing others to take over their session. They were unable to do run the walls the last 15 minutes of the session.

This was a kids birthday party we went to and they ran and ran and ran burning off a lot of energy.

This is a trendy spot to take the kids for birthday parties. If you watch the show, they have a lot of obstacles like you see on TV. Probably could skip the party room if you want to save money.
