The employee, I believe her name was Christie was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have no idea how someone who works in costumer service can behave in such a manner. The gym itself is fine.

Very clean with a lot of variety in equipment. Cardio, squat racks, deadlift number plates, pull up bar.

Nice Selection of equipment. Plenty of machines. The facility is very clean.

Awesome atmosphere and awesome trainers! I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else! This gym is great and they have great prices too! Cant beat it!

I arrived at 6am. Two other people besides me. Very clean and socially distance. Overall good experience.

Awesome gym and fantastic staff! Was visiting from out of town and worked out here 5 times during our stay. Wish this was my home gym! Group training on the turf looked like so much fun! Huge selection of equipment! Nicole the manager was so friendly and energetic! The club has an awesome sense of community!

Love this club! Its big with plenty of space to go in and do my own thing. Love the group fitness classes they offer as part of my monthly dues. Staff is super friendly and not at all intimidating.

Great fitness facility! The staff are always willing to work with you and the owner takes great pride in the club and truly listens to the members. He goes out of his way to make sure the members have the great experience they deserve. The expansion is great and I love that there is a steady flow of new equipment.

As far as locations for working out goes, this location has a nice amount of machines to work on and very clean compared to other locations. The staff is always friendly and inviting when I work out during core business hours. Because of the variety of equipment even at peak busy hours I can find a machine to work out on or do other exercises to keep me moving. Hard to beat and close to home. If you live or work in the area check it out.

Awesome club! New expansion brought 2 new Squat racks with bumper plates. This is one of the biggest Anytime’s I have been to and they definitely put a ton of effort into their equipment choices.

This is my favorite Anytime in the area. I go at night usually and the music is towards the back end of the house and low so you dont have to blast out your eardrums to hear your own music. The equipment and facility in general is always pretty clean, smells good (I think the reviewer above must have gone on a bass day), and the equipment is adequate. I wouldnt mind a few mute machines, but there is a good variety there to choose from. And I feel safe going at night, which is a big plus.

Im a co-owner of another Anytime Fitness-West Des Moines, IA. We visited this club while at training with corporate. I found the club to have a very nice layout, staff was kind and helpful, members appeared to be happy, and I loved the amount of turf they had for various activities.

THE BEST GYM EVER! The gym is wonderful; not too big, not too small aka the Goldie Lox of gyms as its just right. Great clean environment with an open and bright feel. The new renovation added more wiggle room, new equipment and a larger area for the new group training classes and HIIT training. Brad (the owner) and the AF team here are exceptional and really care about their members. Theyre always coming up with new and creative ideas to engage and encourage members, make things fun and just do nice things in general (like fruit infused water - Great idea Grant, bannanas and post workout mints, social activities/events and fun games and challenges :) which is always appreciated. The AF team is always happy to help members meet their fitness goals and they certainly make it a very friendly, family/tribe like environment. Nicole and Grant are great AF managers and are always coming up with wonderful new ideas, create a supportive environment and always greet members with a smile. I love the new group training and have also done personal training (Nick and Grant are the best trainers ever (Thank you))! I I love my gym

Was in town for a wedding about a while back. A local member was being a jackass and was on his phone while taking up equipment and training machines. I confronted the kid when he wouldnt share equipment and he continued to be a jerk. The manager did nothing. The gym member called the police on me and cops came to confront me. After I explained the situation to the cops, the older male cop became furious and stormed out. I could see him yelling at the other gym member outside and the female officer apologized to me and said the situation would be handled and that I could continue my workout. When I went to my home gym in Denver I was informed that the anytime corporate office called about whether I was a problem or not. My gym adamantly defended me and I was allowed back to anytime. The way the management at this gym handled the situation was terribly unprofessional and I hope they dont treat everyone that way. I was in town for the weekend and had the cops called on me for no reason and was treated like a criminal. Shame on the owners of this gym to allow this to happen. I still think about this experience which led to a late response regarding my experience here. 0 stars for my experience for dealing with police in your gym because one of your members was out of control

Absolutely love the expansion and purple turf added to the club! Lots of space and great variety of equipment, the staff is also very friendly and available for questions when you need them.

This location is definitely overpriced. Signing up for a membership took 45 minutes, where I was told I was getting a great deal, but am paying $12 more than my husband. Only 2 of the treadmills can be used, because the other ones shake uncontrollably. Make sure not to write anything negative on the FB wall because they delete posts and block you from the site. Staff is rude. I would go elsewhere. Kickboxing classes are waay to tight and the free classes are taught by one great instructor and one with little to no experience.

Great staff and facilities

Nice layout. Often times there are 1 or more treadmills/ellipticals that are out of commission and seem to take a while to get fixed. The usual times are fairly busy, but off hours never seems to be an issue to get onto equipment or free weights.

This is a great place for a quiet place to work out. They just expanded and remodeled.

Has all the equipment you need at a low monthly price. Staff at this location is friendly, and it’s very clean, with cleaning people coming in quite frequently
