Called two days before needing a last minute appointment. They managed to squeeze me in thankfully. Honestly the quickest oil change I’ve ever had! Around 30 minutes they had me in and out. And on a Friday evening as well! Overall great experience and awesome customer service!

The tires were rotated and balanced. The job was preformed quickly and on time. The results of the balancing was shared on the receipt which I liked. The staff was polite and professional. Will definitely use this company again.

Ive been getting my vehicle serviced here regularly. Ive never had them offer me a service which was unreasonable, and Ive never been quoted high. If you want a quicker oil change, definitely wait there for your car, but you will need an appointment.

I just want to give a shout out to the kind and courteous employees who helped with a flat tire this afternoon. It happened at the most in-opportune time, but you brought my vehicle right in and took care of it! I will definitely use Goodyear for future services.

I had an appointment for an oil change at noon on Friday. When I made the appointment they asked if I would be waiting for the vehicle or dropping off; I said waiting.Taylor and Dave were working when I came in for the appointment. They started the oil change shortly after noon and came out with an update around 1:15. Said they were almost done and asked if I wanted to do a brake flush, change the air filter, and fix the 2 tire pressure sensors that were not working. I asked how long it would take since I had already been there for over an hour. They said about 20 minutes for the sensors and 30 for the brake flush. I agreed to that and also asked if they would also put new wipers on the front windshield.I asked a couple of times for updates and was given short estimates, such as “another 15 minutes” but another half an hour would roll by. My car was not finished until after 3:00.When checking out, I looked at the bill and report and noticed that the mileage listed was over 100,000 miles higher than the actual mileage of the car. Dave said it didn’t really matter but I asked that it be fixed. He looked at the digital inspection photo and it showed the incorrect mileage. I stated that I was certain of the mileage and what was written was incorrect. He looked into it which took another 10 minutes and came back and said they had listed the mileage in kilometers.I finally left at 3:20, 3 hours and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment.Less than a mile away, one of my wheel covers fell off and rolled into 4 lanes of traffic. Which was scary and now I’m without a wheel cover that was not securely attached after removing to check tire pressure.I also looked at the bill again later and they did not apply the coupon I presented during checkout (even though they said they did and kept the coupon) nor did they change the windshield wipers.Also important to note that there were a few other people inside waiting during my 3+ hour visit, one of whom was there for over an hour overlapping me and didn’t wear a mask and was never asked to.

Been coming here for years for my tire needs. David, the manager, has been there throughout. I’ve had oil changes and brake jobs done here and all went fine. They kept good records of what they had done with my car over the years.

My 17 year old son experienced his first tire blowout, on the freeway and 30 min from home. Via AAA we requested a tow vs putting on the spare and they brought us to Paramount Goodyear…..one min before closing time. They didn’t lock the door or tell us to leave it and call tomorrow. There was only “I’ll talk to the guys about staying late and we’ll get you sorted.” Tires were on hand and 30ish min later the boy was back on the road. First rate service that saved us from what could have been a significant hassle.

I fairly recently bought a used vehicle in excellent condition. Ive put a few thousand miles on it already & had a light come on. It was running fine, but needed to get it checked. I have a gas door, but no real gas cap on the inside & this vehicle is known for having the light come on due to tiny debris triggering it. I do have an infitesimal evaporation leak in one of three places, & if the light comes on again, I can bring it back & have them do a cold engine check & get whatever part needs replacing fixed. I put 300 miles on yesterday & so far, no light.

Had a tire on my SUV that had a slow leak and another that looked to have picked up a nail. (I must have driven over something somewhere, but I sure dont remember it.) Also needed an oil change.I had bought the tires at Paramount so I took it in there as a walk-in. They said they could fit it in later and, since I didnt need it til evening, I left it. A couple of hours later, I got a text with comprehensive findings (with pictures!) and service recommendations. Very well done!The tire with the nail was repairable but the leaker was not (had a screw up in the lower sidewall). Since I had included the extended service plan when I first bought the tires, the repair was free and the replacement tire cost was pro-rated based on tread depth.Overall, I had a very good experience with Paramount and will use them again.

I have always appreciated being informed of what goes on with my car but any other auto repair shop I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I whole heartedly trust Goodyear to be upfront and honest with me about the condition of my car. That’s why I drive from so far away to being my car to them!!

Got a pre-purchase inspection for a used car I am purchasing for my daughter. Scheduled with in the same week I called. Received a detailed report of repairs needed nothing major. The woman at the front desk put the repairs in order of importance. My daughter is getting a new car and she is aware of concerns prior to buying. Very professional & knowledgeable staff.

They were very helpful there and nice enough to work me into their busy schedule to fix my headlight. The waiting area is beautiful, with a fireplace, tv, and complementary coffee. I’ll definitely be going there in the future.

Picked up a nail on 494 with my whole family in the car. They got us in immediately and fixed the tire so we could get back on our way. Everyone is friendly and my 2 year old had a blast in the kids area!

My vehicle was ready within the time they had allotted. I am very happy knowing I have great tires and I feel safe on the road once more. Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and they have tons of specials/coupons available. I really loved the way the technician looks over your vehicle, then puts together a report with pictures, and then texts you the report to look over before talking to them about it! Great process and very professional! Keeps you in the loop and has a more involved feeling to see what they see, in the pictures. They werent able to get the part that day but gave me a loaner to use in the meantime. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!

This business has a great Assistant Manager, Jonny. I had a flat on the freeway, was able to limp off freeway and change it out, but had no tire gage and the donut looked so small. I had 2 hours of driving before home, so I saw their Goodyear sign and decided to take a chance, even though it was 5 pm. Jonny asked what I needed, he offered to have the tire ready first thing in the morning, but told him I couldnt do that, but asked if he could just check the air in the donut tire for me. He asked me to wait just 1 minute and he went to ask his staff if one of them had time to fix my tire, then he told me they would have it done within the hour (they close at 6 PM) and they would put it back on for me. WHEW! I was so thankful!!! The man who fixed it, checked the air in all of my tires and even put the spare back in its cubby. What a wonderful experience!!! Thank you all so much!!

Very nice- explained issues and gave me courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on. Got me in even when they were busy and other shops said it would be days before they could even check code

Put in new upper control arms and ball joints myself, as well as new tie rods and tie rod ends, Pittman arm and idler arm. Had new cam bolts and all. Brought in for alignment and had a GS tech (not qualified) do it. I go to pick up and they broke my guide pins, and cam bolts were loose. Weren’t gonna tell me. Didn’t offer refund or anything. Clearly didn’t test drive it, takes two seconds to realize the toe is off. Coming from a former tech, it’s so easy to get the toe straight at least. The paper says it’s straight, but they must have no locked the steering wheel straight because I’m holding it to left and pulls left. Won’t be comin here again.

I had a fantastic experience with everyone I came in contact with during my visit there. They are very professional. They gave me a ride to and from work so I did not have to take time off. I will be using this location for all my car services and repairs. Thank you David and staff for a job well done.

They ordered tire on Saturday and they said it would be in Wednesday. They called me Thursday, after a couple of my follow up calls, that tire is lost and needed to order again. Could get it Friday if I wanted to pay extra for the overnight, for someone else’s mistake. Decide to get it delivered Monday. Even once it was delivered took several hours to to mount as it was a priority. Know things happen but was disappointed with how everything was handle.

Took our car (02 Acura Rsx-Type S manual) there to do an alignment for all 4 wheels. We waited about 3hrs and 30 mins in the lobby. During the wait, (about 1-2 hours in) we heard one of the workers from the garage asking another worker in the office if they could test drive OUR car (alignment was not done) Mind you, the worker in the garage did not know that we were in the lobby waiting. Then the worker in the office answered back with a quiet response knowing we were in the lobby. They both got quiet. When they were finally done with the alignment, we heard our car turn on and the front desk lady told us they were done with alignment but the garage worker is going to test drive it. Okay, the problem was not that they needed to test drive our car. It was that when they were test driving it, we can hear OUR car revving through the streets as if someone was racing with our car. Yes, we know how our car sounds like when racing and regularly driving. Even tho our car is loud, we can clearly hear the difference between doing pulls on the car and regularly driving it. We were inside in the lobby and could hear it from outside. We looked at each other, knew what was happening and did not appreciate it at all.

I went to an oil change and to have one of my headlights replaced. Usually I just have the clerk at the auto parts throw in the bulb for me but I was at Goodyear getting my oil changed so thought - kill two birds with one stone. Figured they would charge $20 tops. But I wanted it done. When the bill came they charged $40 for something an auto parts store will do for free. Just an excessive charge that left me feeling taken advantage of. My fault for not having asked ahead of time but definitely left me wondering what else they grossly overcharge for.

Wow. Great place in my opinion. Got front end aligned on a 94 Silverado. Yes i said 94. Its the family work truck. They did exactly what i wanted. No pressure to do any more than what i wanted. They were very thorough and gave me further options that I could have done. Called me within an hour of dropping the truck off with what they had found. And they completed all work an hour after that. In and out. Very impressed . Alignment should be a straight forward service most of the time and it was. Use this place as an option for your service needs

Great service! The staff was so professional and communicative. My car was towed in for check engine light and other issues and they were able to run diagnostics within 1 day. They were also very accommodating and pleasant. If/when I have issues I’m the future, I will return!

When I 1st went in for an estimate on 4 new tires, the man who helped me could not have been nicer. I chose the tires I wanted, made an appointment for the next week and was on my way. When I returned to get the tires on, they were backed up a bit, but the man who was helping me kept me up to date and I was on my way home in no time. I would return there again.

Had the oil changed bought their club card for $99 which means I pay $99 for 5 oil changes. I have been doing this for years. When it came time to pay I ended up being charged $116. Nine dollars for shop supplies was one of the charges. So the club card didn’’t cover the cost of the oil change. Never again.

When there is any type of deal the staff always looks for the best one for you. This is appreciated so much because a lot of places seem to just want money. Aside from that, they do a full examination of your car and what things look good and what things are okay and what things need attention- this is helpful. I have been going to Paramount Woodbury for about 4 years now and I always have a good experience. The people here are very polite, personable and professional. They consistently show care in giving me the best deal. For instance, when I have a coupon in my hand, but they say “there is a better deal in your app”..Or when I got a quote for some work and said I couldn’t afford it right then, gave me other suggestions. I especially like David, he’s always friendly and knowledgeable.They are good at explaining the details of their diagnostics and the options for repair.I highly recommend paramount for auto care/services.

I was given good service at the front of the appt as they were willing to work with our warranty group to file a claim on a damaged tire, but when the repaired tire was picked up, it was only aired up to 35 psi instead of the recommended psi for the tire (60 psi). I drove on it but realizing it wasnt fully aired up and was worried about a leak so phoned back and asked what the normal procedure was for airing up the tire after a repair (to ensure it wasnt leaking). I was told that there is an auto setting to 35 psi which then shuts off the air compressor. It was mentioned it should have been caught by the techs, but no apology given. Somewhat frustrating.

They let me get in a little earlier than my appointment time and the work was completed early.

Paramount West has become my “go to” service garage to keep my 2008 Impala (178,000 miles) running trouble free. In the past, Paramount was able to diagnose the cause of my cruise control cutting out (the OnStar module had a short circuit) that the nearby Chevy dealership couldn’t diagnose while keeping my car for 2 days ! Just yesterday, their Customer Service Leads (Aaron & Taylor) did their very best & went the “extra mile” to ensure my car was serviced and back to me the same day when I called to set up my appointment that morning - in spite of being very busy. I highly recommend Paramount!

Outstanding Above and Beyond Customer Service. I am a Independent Claims Adjuster and I spend a lot of time on the road, I started have brake problems yesterday down in Mankato MN. and I did not make it to Goodyear until almost 4pm. David Stokes took my truck in and called me shortly thereafter to let me know the problems I was having. I explained I needed my truck ASAP as I had more Claims the next day. They closed at 6pm and David and the Tech stayed until almost 8pm to put all new brakes and rotors on my truck. This is Above and beyond quality customer service. Thank you guys so very much.

I phoned at 4:30 and they got my car in for a quick oil change late in the day.Very professional, very timely and at a discount. On time and even reset my trucks maintenance reminder (which other shops can seem to figure out). Left my truck clean. I purchased my tires here as well earlier this year and am very pleased with the quality and especially the price.Only negative...the posted price for oil change was not honored. I paid for Mobile 1 and expected the rate posted at their register. They charged me $17 more for extra oil. The posted rate did not say only 5 quarts, extra charges would apply, or “starting from”. My oil change alone was $83 AFTER a 20% off coupon. I mentioned it at the register and literally didn’t a response.

Overall service is pretty good everytime I need something done, but this time the tech doing my oil change was lazy in my eyes. He clearly didnt do the inspection that was sent to me digitally, or he would have noticed the burnt out headlight and parking light, and the broken windshield wiper. Other then that, David at the front counter is awesome.

Paramount provided excellent service and updates to me while they worked on my car. I had a tire leak, they identified the object and sent photos of the nail in my tire with my car in the photo to show it WAS indeed MY car. They fixed the tire and changed my oil and were very courteous and informative the entire time.

Great service, coordinated by Jake and crew. I had my tires replaced and was able to work in the lobby with warm coffee & free wifi. Would definitely recommend to others! 5 stars!

Great service! Ive taken my car to this location a couple of times for various repairs and have always had great service.

BEWARE!!!!I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received here at Goodyear Paramount!! I brought my car in for service because I noticed a sound coming from the front end, I suspected it to be bad ball joints or possibly a suspension issue. Come to find the mechanic stated both of my struts and their springs were busted and needed to be replaced I believed them because the sound was ever so present as I would drive over smooth or even bumpy roads. The technician stated the work would cost roughly around $1285.00 for front strut replacement and springs along with an alignment very steep price but I didn’t want to do further damage to my car you know the saying one thing will lead to the other if this isn’t taken care of so with no hesitation I obliged the technician and he stated the work would take roughly 4hrs. I decided to leave my vehicle and go run errands as my car was being repaired so I thought around 4pm I receive a call from the shop stating my car was complete and it was ready for pick up excited to have this complete and get back to a normal quiet ride I rushed back to the shop paid for the work that was done and hopped in my vehicle only to find that sound was still present and only this time it sounded worse then it did when I initially took it in to get it repaired, I was not out of the parking lot when I turned around and told the tech there that my car is still making the same noise it made when I first came in nothing had been fixed!!! At this moment the tech suggested that one of the other techs test drive it to replicate the sound I was hearing so I stated I will drive with the tech around the area so he would hear the same sound I heard after about literally 60seconds of him driving and hearing this horrible sound he turned to me and asked What work did you have done on this car? This blew me away my car just stayed here for 4hrs and you have no clue on the service you guys performed on that really angered me! So we drive back to the shop and he lifts the car up and finds that the sway bar links are still broken and they were never replaced I said you have to be kidding me YOU CHARGED ME FOR NEW SWAY BAR LINKS AND YOU MEAN TO TELL ME YOU JUST PUT THE SAME BROKEN PART BACK ON MY VEHICLE BUT CHARGED ME FOR THEM AS IF YOU REALLY REPLACED THEM!!!!!!!!!! I AM LIVID AT THIS POINT CLEARLY ON MY RECEIPT THERE IS A CHARGE FOR SWAY BAR LINK REPLACEMENTS AND THE TECH SAYS WELL WE TRIED TO SAVE YOU MONEY IF WE COULD UTILIZE THE OLD ONES TOTALLY OFFENDED BY HIS BLATANT DISREGARD THAT HE CHARGED ME FOR PARTS AND WORK THAT WAS NOT DONE WITH NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING!!!!!!! I advised the manager that they will replace my links because that is the service that I paid for the manager stated he will have to order the part I didn’t care I was so offended that this shop would even try and SCAM ME! I advised once work is complete on the car I need the old Sway Bar Links that came from car for my own confirmation that they were replaced because clearly I couldn’t trust them to do it. This was the first time I have ever been scammed or attempted to be scammed by an auto repair shop and it just made me realize there are not many good honest and trustworthy people out here. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK TO THIS SHOP AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE TAKE THEIR VEHICLE IN TO THIS SHOP YOU CAN NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE, BECAUSE YOU END UP PAYING FOR WORK THAT THEY DID NOT DO!!! My final word is BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SIGNED ANGRY COMBAT VETERAN WHO SERVED THIS COUNTRY ONLY TO HAVE THIS COUNTRY BE A DISSERVICE TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys tried charging me $700 for a $90 job... every where else I went told me they couldn’t not find any damage to my actual tire and I just needed to get it aligned.. would not recommend going to this shop. And I will not be using them in the future!
