They Talked to much with their own language. Even they dont talk about the Customers. Still very improper to the business communications. Their eyes most of the time is to each other. Theyre hands are working alright but not Comfortable. I hope they learn some Customer Service Ethics. Or, Focus on their work and talk to co employee after working.

Well this was my 1st time going to them. I went in on June 4th. I told the lady I was getting married the next day and I needed a fill and a new color (I previously had royal blue gel on) she only removed part of the blue and continued with doing a fill. She proceed to add the burgandy color OVER the blue and I stopped her and asked if thats how it was gonna look because I wanted the blue color OFF. She told me she didnt understand me and asked someone else to translate for her. They told me that she was going to add 3 or 4 coating over it. As you can see that was the end of her work...she let me walk out and like that still even asked for payment for her work. Luckily another of the employees saw the worked and offered to fix it. (Had to get a new set of nails, and new nail color) Ended up paying like $55-$60(this is including their mistake). Im only giving them a 2 star because they fixed their work. 😒

Great place to go to if you love shellac/gel manicure! I came here for the first time and made an appointment....and they got started the second I walked in. The staff is very kind and friendly. The person who did my nails paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure my nails looked PERFECT. The shape and quality and coat on my nails were as good as it gets. Their salon was very clean as well. Will definitely come back!I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

Love this place. I was in right away, huge place, very airy and not filled with chemical fumes and stinks. I was using this time to catch up on my YouTube videos but forgot my earphones and the lady who was attending me was kind and attentive enough to lend me an earphone to use while I was there. She made my feet feel amazing when I was done. Will definitely come back to her even though this is kinda far from my house. Thumbs up!

I am always happy when I come to this salon. It took me awhile after moving here to find a salon I liked and Ive found this place, to be the cleanest, most comfortable and reasonably priced. I drive about 15 minutes out of my way just to come here, because I know its worth it! Ive had numerous technicians do my toes and Im always happy with the job. Ive brought in many ideas for my nails as well and they have always turned out amazing!

This was by far the best nail salon I have been to in the city. This was my third visit to this place and I will be going there for now on. All the techs there make sure you are ok and offer water during your stay there. I have yet to have a bad experience there. And I have not had to wait for more than 5 min to get a nail tech hands down the best service. Ill be back.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I figure when you pay $30 for a pedicure you should be treated better.The girl that did mine couldnt have been in a bigger hurry, and it wasnt busy at all so there was no reason for it.

BEST NAIL SALONThey have so many powder dip colors to choose from. Ive found that with a lot nail salons, they are hit and miss, like some of the people at the salon are amazing and some arent.EVERY employee at this place is amazing. I never go anywhere else. The powder dip they do lasts me like 3-4 weeks.I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

I loved this place. Took me as a walk in and did an amazing job. The lady who did my nails and toes took her time to make it perfect. The massages were so relaxing! It was well worth it.

Seriously, I never want anyone else to touch my nails other than this place. Its been over a month. My hands and feet as still look and feel great. They also gave me the best massages for both my hands and feet. If you are a pregnant woman, just gave birth, or just need to be pampered then this is your spot. I got a lash perm a month ago too and that still looks fabulous. Id still return for everything when I can.

This is sort of an unorthodox review, but here are photos three weeks and three days after getting the best manicure Ive ever had. I generally keep my nails as short as possible, and have been letting them grow just to see how long I could go without the gel polish chipping. I just had to see this thing through to the end!!The woman that did this fantastic work. Ive had other manis here before that were acceptable and good, but not this level of fantastic.I cant rave enough about how precise and thorough she is. Ill be scheduling all of my future appointments with her!I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!

Love it!!! Worth it did great job super gentle and took there time no complains at all got my gel removed from my natural nails and a basic pedicure which included a scrub and nice massage. Will be back for sure

This salon is great. Very friendly front desk, and they constantly asked me if I needed anything. I have been hesitant to get acrylic nails because salons have previously done them poorly. Neo Nails has wonderful technicians who will give you exactly what you want. Cant wait to go back.

Two of us came in for pesticides and I also needed dip removed. It was very busy but we were seated right away and offered drinks! To our delight, I was able to get my manicure and pedicure at the same time! Everything was done quickly and of the best quality.

I was in Woodburn for one day and needed a manicure desperately. I found this salon on Google and noticed the great reviews. This is a great salon that does quality work. Ive put this place as one of my favorites and would happily return in the future. What a fantastic group of women!

Vick did my nails and he was amazing. I normally go to higher end nail salons to get my nails done but due to the fact I was in a pinch for time I stopped by here. This is the best my nails have ever looked. I am beyond impressed. He was so friendly and polite

I dont really have any negative thing today at about this place... got there on a random Thursday afternoon without an appointment and just had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. Their space is clean, not too large, but big enough.My technician was a guy (first time I had a male technician!) and he was the sweetest and friendliest ever! He did a great job on my extra damaged toe nails (I had been traveling for three weeks and my feet were pretty bad lol) and was fairly fast.Overall positive experience and Ill be back!I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone getting their nails done for the first time.

I come here every 2-3 weeks and it is best nail salon Ive ever been to! They do a great job, theyre super nice, clean and technician does my nails spectacularly here are some of my favorites!

I was so happy after my visit here. She completely fixed my screwed up, painful nails and I am so grateful. I had gotten my nails done at another salon about 2 weeks prior, and that lady had really messed up my nails, so much so that my nails were breaking and ripping left and right. They were so thin that they hurt to touch anything and literally had ripped off and bled. Anyway, I came here and my tech (didnt get her name) understood my situation and was SO gentle and made sure nothing she did hurt me. I got a gel mani to hopefully keep my nails protected while they grew out and I love them. Also, the place is gorgeous inside. I dont live close to here, about 45 mins away, but I am considering coming back for every nail appointment it was so great. And Im still just so relieved she didnt hurt my nails.

I loved the job the nail tech did at first. But as time went on she got more sloppy. I ended up with thick goopy nails and every one was crooked. I found a new nail lady and I am happy. Go see Wendy at BeBe nails. Not kidding.

My nails hurt for three days after having them done, he shaved to much of my off n when they came off it took my real nail with it. So painful, i thought i was getting 35$ nails for both me and my daughter was. charged 50$ each didnt get the design i wanted within a week my daughters nails were off

I had an appointment and still had to wait half an hour. I got a full set and I think it’s the sloppiest my nails have ever been done, there’s acrylic under my nails making the edges rough and look bad. They weren’t shaped evenly or fit to my nails, and looked outgrown the day I got them done. Also, I asked for stilleto and got oval...??? I suggest they take more time to actually focus on what they’re doing and put more effort in it; the worker was getting up and down constantly and even switched with another person. It was disappointing considering all the good reviews and the fact that it’s pretty busy.

I had a very bad chip on my thumbnail from an accident and the lady who helped me out did a great job patching it up! She carefully applied glue on my chipped nail and after the gel nail polish set in, it was seamless! Cant beat the price and service!

Am sorry to say but this place is horrible after the old owners left. Now that the nail salon is under new management they suck. The person didn’t even try to do there best on my nails they looked horrible. And couple of my friends that came here had to get there money back or fix there nails due to poor doing. I hope they realize because people in town are complaining so much.Time to look for a new nail salon.

Came here for a pedicure after a long day of being on my feet at the Convention Center. Price wasnt bad at all, especially for Woodburn. She took her time on my feet. I feel like things can be rushed at other nail salons, but not here. I would definitely return.

I stopped in Regal Nails Salon & Spa as a walk-in for a pedicure, and had a fabulous experience. Technician was so friendly, as was the rest of the staff, and the pedicure, massage chairs, and service was outstanding. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Went in today and the lady messed up on one of my nails and I told her about it and she rolled her eyes and buffed it a tiny tiny bit and it still wasnt fixed. And she told me to go pay. And when I went to pay, the other lady was mad that I paid with $100 instead of exactly $52. Horrible customer service. Never going back again.

Got my nails done by an older guy here and he did a horrible job. I had to go to end yo going to another nail salon to get them fixed because of how bad of a job he did.

Never getting a shellac manicure done here again, none of my nails came out even, sloppy job and very rushed.
