Was in here today they took a few to get 2 nails fixed and done but they did a great job I loved them ♥️

I had to get some acrylics removed and I also got a manicure but they where quick and proficient. They all seemed very nice and happy people too so it made me feel relaxed. will definitely be coming back

I made an appointment 24+ hours before and got there 5 minutes early. I sat in one chair for 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I then asked if I was going to get my nails done. They moved me to another chair and sat there for 15 minutes. No one talked to me or touched my nails in the time I was there. I then just walked out, I had another plans and couldnt just sit and wait. Another people walked in and got their nails done in the time I was waiting, and I was just ignored. I will not be going back.

First of all 3 different people stared my nails, all 3 were passing the job to the other one and finally there’s a small and tinny guy or girl (very short hair) who works horrible, this person did my gel nails in less than 30 min.. horrible job, seems like this person was in a hurry, and they charged me $55.00 which I don’t really care to pay that amount if I can get a good job….I used to go to this place all the time with the last owners and it’s was good ..I had to go to the place in Walmart in woodburn a week later for a refill already and the lady is amazing there .. better job, time and prices!!i will never go back to Babe Nails again!!

I came in to Bebe nails with my sister fo manicure and pedicure. At first the girl did not understand when I asked for ble and gre6 nails. I showed her a picture of Seahawk nail designs and her and another person went above and beyond to makes my nails absolutely beautiful. Thank you both for a pleasant and memorable experience.

We set an appointment and the took walk INS before finishing us and I got a deluxe pedi and he didnt even massage me feet and when doing manicure he cut a chunk of my real nail off and made me bleed and said sorry and told me he would knock 10$ for it and still charged me 55 and also my acrylic is all bubbly and uneven. Never going back.

My nails came out pretty good and everything..but my bestie and i went together and basicallt got the same thing just different color schemes... Didnt get a full mani at all and mine was 77 but my friends was only 57....??? I feel ripped off honestly

No appointment, just walked in. Jenny the new owner, greeted me at the door and took excellent care of me. I waited about three minutes before she started. Place was crisp and clean, and smelled of new paint and cleaning products. Nails look perfect, no nicks. Feel like I got the VIP treatment at a great price. Thank you Jenny an Ms. Thu.

I went there with my mom yesterday. As I went to walk in, I realized they closed in less than 10 minutes, so we stopped at the door. We were still greeted and totally welcomed in. I was seated first. The person that did my nails was so gentle, definitely took his time and you could tell he took pride in his work. I will always go back here and to him. He did great job! I have never walked out of a place so happy.

This is my first time here and this set of nails is the best I have ever gotten! It was also my first time doing ombré. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and my nails look EXACTLY like the picture! This is my new go to nail salon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amazing experience! i went over a year ago and had the worst experience but today i decided to give them a try one more time and i am sooo happy that i did!!! i could not ask for a better set of nails. Ask for Chris, he is such a perfectionist and did exactly as i wanted!! i will defiantly be going back.

Not the best experience. my nails turned out fine however, my aunt who came along with me didn’t enjoy her full set. the lady who did her nails seemed to have a lack of knowledge of what she was doing as she hurt my aunts fingers as well as not apply the nail polish on correctly to the acrylic nails, leaving a mess on her fingers. the lady also didn’t evenly measure the length of the nails nor did she file them to the correct shaped that was asked for (coffin).

I will not return. They charge $4 for a whole manicure set but they only used two of the items for pedi/mani on me. Another nail salon told me they don’t charge for the $1 nail file which is all that is needed.Also the girl that did me did not understand a word I said. I tried to tell her twice that one nail was crookedly filed so she proceeded to file all nails down as short as they would go. Real pretty when you pay for gel nails for a vacation and they were sloppily done.My greatest regret was that I gave her a tip.Here is the tip, do not go here!

Very disappointed in my pedicure. First off, Anne was nice but she did an awful job on my feet. They are still very rough, and there is a lot of dry skin still on my heels. When I asked about that. She dismissed me. Also at the register when I was paying, I gave her my card and she charged $41, instead on the $37 listed cost. I asked about this and she just giggled. Very unsatisfied.

Made an appointment with one nail tech and another nail tech started my fill instead and was really rough with the tools. I am thick skinned and know that fingers can get scraped but this last time was too aggressive. I really dont like setting an appointment with a specific technician and having someone else start the process. Also, the small gems they put on once fell off before the day was even over so I dont get those add-ons anymore. I dont want to pay extra for jewels that fall off less than 8 hours later.

I stopped in the day before to make an appointment. When I arrived a few minutes early, I had to wait in the lobby area a few minutes and then was seated in a pedicure chair with warm water. After waiting there for 45 minutes (water long ago cold), many other customers being helped ahead of me, I complained bitterly and only then did someone help me. (But not before taking someone back to the waxing room). Woodburn doesnt have many choices, but it will be a very long time, if ever, before I consider going there again.

Ive been here a few times and unless you accept their upgrades, the quality is awful. This last time she nicked my cuticle which bled for a while and is swollen. They dug in my toe until it hurt and my daughters nails had polish on the skin and her nail polish peeled off the next day. They didnt care about any if this. Are you kidding me?

I was there for a pedicure today and left very unhappy!! I paid for the spa treatment (Not the basic) and didnt even get 3 minutes of massaging my legs/feet (probably due to having too many people waiting for services to be done. Then, I asked for a french manicure with bright red polish. That is normally very easy, but I left with polish all over my toes (all the skin was red...UGH, on all 10 toes) so I went back to have her fix it some. She did her best but it is still horrible. Then when I got home, I noticed that the polish is VERY bumpy...so either they did a horrible job on the filing, or their polish is nasty!!! UGH - Ill never go there again!

I came in with a friend to get her nails done. She had an appointment at 4:00pm and they helped her 25min later. Some other lady came in to her appointment at 4:30pm and they told her to wait. While waiting another girl comes in without an appointment and they said they have time without checking if theyre booked. 2min later two ladies come in and they help them first instead of the lady who is waiting to get her nails done and tell the other girl that they can help her until 5 since theyre booked.

They take their time, you dont feel rushed

I went in for a full set, to be done in my own nails. Chris recommend Dipping Powder and he did an amazing job, I am 100% satisfied and definitely going back.

Asked to set up appointment at 10am they said they dont open tell 10:10am and set me up then. I walked in at 10am and they were booked. Made me wait 2 hours... didnt say sorry and they let a walk in go before me when I was waiting for my appointment.

Horrible and rude! I do a lot of cleaning so my nails sometimes get damaged, which is why I like to get a manicure once in a while. The lady was VERY rude. Complained the whole time about my nails and made comments. After some time I decided to give them another shot. As soon as I walked in I was given attitude so I walked away. Never will I go there again.

OMG! Am sorry but this place is ridiculous.... They do there work fast and on to the next... my nails came out so uneven and thick when I told the person I DO NOT WANT THEM THICK... I told the person 2x that if they can file it down and they ignore my request... After I was paying they ask me if i was going to give a tip and I said no ( In my head am like damn am already paying 45$ for a full set which is ridiculous in price since they did a awful and plus they want tip) the person gave me such an ugly look. I mean I understand that they make some of their money by getting tips but if you do such a terrible job and you know it don’t expect a tip and be disrespectful to a client.I would it recommend going here. On top of that you have to wait like 30 mins after you had made an appointment already.

Every time I come in they are rude and say too full come in a different time when it says walk Ins welcome. Today I made a appt around 11am for 5:00pm. I go in at 5 because he said okay see you at 5. and he said I never called & then he was like oh I didnt think youd come in. And still wouldnt seat me. Then told me to wait an hour and a half . This happened every time I go in. I wouldnt go but its local and I dont have a car. Like this is ridiculous

Went in yesterday and other than the fact that they made us wait forever, the man cut my finger and now it is bruised and infected. Don’t go there. They even try to push you into spending more money. Not worth it and never going again.

Make sure that the person doing your nails speaks English. I asked for the spa pedicure and they charged me for the delux pedicure which is $10 more expensive. When she was doing all sorts of scrubs on my feet, I asked if this was the spa pedicure. The person said yes. When I asked questions about waxing (since its on their list of services) she gave me a nervous smile like she didnt know what I was talking about.

Terrible customer service, terrible job on my daughters pedicure! She asked them to take it off and they still tried to make her pay!

Was not happy with my pedicure I felt like I was rushed and my Polish job was sloppy. I am not hard on my nails but this polish chips fast!!! The polish tends to not stay on my nails while applying another coat even when its dry. Not recommended. Overpriced in my opinion.
