Got my nails two days ago and there id a huge gap on my nails. Also a lot of bumps on my nails. Shape wasnt right. Don’t ever go here

Sandy is amazing at nails! She has high attention to detail and is very nice. I have gotten acrylics, pedicures and waxing done. Good place and nice people and decent prices!

They were easy to make an appointment with, took us on time (2 pedis) and even had time to do dip nails for my sister in law. Good prices prices great work!

Got a fullsett of acryluc nails was told 30+10 for gel tehn you buy the file and filing board came to 47.00. Asked for ling nails i got short nails but the nails were huge very thick the gel job was lumpy and thick was not cute at all i was embarrassed. I was hoping somone said somthing but no.. I gave her a 50 bill and waited for my cousin who had an. Amazing pedicure my cousin said shes going back i however not sure i want shrek nails and sit and file for hours until its feminine..i even told her long and curved..ugh pain in my behind oh well

Customer service is the worst!!! Took my daughter to get her brows waxed, she already had a shape since she usually gets her brows threaded. I assumed they would follow the outgrown shape and just shape them the same way. Assumed so wrong!!!! They lady never asked how she wanted them shape and went along and did her own thing! She shaped them So thin and didn’t make them match. I’m never ever going back!!! Now we have to be patient and wait for them to grow. They are also not friendly at all!

I’ve never had a problem last time I went somewhere else and my nails were super thin. This time I asked for them to be a little bit stronger... well they look horrible and I look like I have bricks coming off my fingers. The manager did my nails and he never asked what shape he did what he wanted and they are so UGLY!!! He was looking around the whole time. I’m NEVER going back!!!! I wasted money going back here!!!

Manager was rude and was the one who did my nails. Was rough when filing them and handling my nails in general. Kindof get it done and get out of here vibe. Treated poorly and he even cut my skin using a nail file !?! I dont know why this place has so many 5 star ratings. Never going back, cheap.

I followed Annie when she moved to Elegant Nails. She has never disappointed me. Ive used other techs on occasion and always get good service. I recommend them whee er I can.

I love this place. Never had a time that they couldnt do what my wife was kinda expecting. In fact they actually did a bit better. And for the future negative comments to come, please give Annie a shot.

They cut my cuticles,I mean TORE THRU my cuticles. And later when I came by they said thats how its done. No matter that its illegal to cut cuticles. My nails were also ragged right when I came home after the nail job. I always tip & I dont think it matters to them because after all was said & done they said thats how its done. My bad that I didnt tell him I felt that cuticles were being torn as he was tearing. I guess bottom line is they just dont give a s***t! I wouldnt put a single star except I cant post unless I do.One of the previous posts said ask for Annie if any negative comments,is Annie the only person there that CAN do a decent job? Maybe they should hire more Annies. GOOD FOR YOU ANNIE! Maybe others can keep up the standards you do if that is so.

I get v e r y long solar nails. The quality of workmanship is excellent. The application is not time-consuming, my nails last and last, dont break ever (and I dont baby them). I would (and DO) recommend Elegant Nails to everyone.

Walked in for nails to be done two hours before closing. Sign on the door says walk ins welcome. One short sentence from the workers stating they have no time. No offer to schedule for another time or anything. Pretty disrespectful.

If you pay with cash, make sure you count your change, cause they apparently self-tip. Even when I already tipped them.All in all, it was a great experience.

Poor cudtomer service ... my appoimment was at 5 pm . ... it is 6 and I am still waiting ... there is more people that just walk - In and there is not enouhg personal to help me and those customers ... they at least should be honest and said Today we cant but we can set up an appoimment for you That is better than be just sitting here ... first time here ... never coming back

Worst place ever!! You make an appointment and they still have you waiting for over 30 minutes and they skip you!!

Never going there again. Had to wait almost an hour to get my eyebrows done when I walked in the man was very rude and told me I was only supposed to wait 15 minutes and ignored me when I would ask him how much longer the wait would be. Rude people .
