I was quoted a price of $1,600.00 for replacing some timber landscaping steps from another company. I called another that never got back to me. I discovered Affordable Lawncare Landscaping from a neighbor and in one day the job was complete and the cost was $600.00. I saved ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS.There is a reason the company is Voted - Best of Prince William - 2014!The owner Mark Clark is very nice and so is his employees. I will refer his company to my real estate clients without hesitation!

Mark and his team were great! He did an estimate shortly after we met and then scheduled the work for a more convenient time. All of the guys were very helpful and the work was done quickly and reasonably. Im pleased with the final product and will be back again in the spring for the next steps. Thank you!

If I can give a zero star, I would! Dont waste your money with this company. They will ruin your lawn and not come fix it and will never return your calls or texts!!!!They came one day to mow my lawn and fertilize it. 2 weeks later, my lawn started to turn brown and yellow. So I called Mark (the owner) for 3 days straight and left him voicemails and I also texted him too, but no one return or answer the phone.Finally a week later, I called back and Marked answer the phone and tried to blame the yard issue on me when we just moved in not to long ago at the house. They came by the next day to dig up all of the brown and yellow grass and put down soil and grass seed. Since then I tried to call and ask them to come and mow my lawn, NOTHING!!!!PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.I will also file a complaint with better business bureau!

Affordable Lawn Care Inc.,.....They are a nice neat TEAM! You have to have patience and give them time. They will come by when they can and do what you need! I viewed the negative comments and happy I did not allow this to sway me. I have not met Mark face to face yet (and believe he is Honest and Clear), just met him, virtually, with all introductions over the phone. He provided us with a confirmed, I will get out there when I have time and my schedule allows. I am sure, even after giving a proposed timeframe, he lets potential clients know this. He showed up, as he will with You All and gave a very reasonable estimate in comparison to so many we have had come by for estimates. I enjoyed talking with him and know he knows what he is doing. I can not express to you how comfortable I felt after our conversation. Future projects, here we come!

I have used Affordable Lawncare twice within the last week. First time was to remove a tree that was damaged in a storm. They had the tree down and cut up for me in no time. Very quick. Very efficient.A few days later a tree had fallen into my house leaning on top of my roof and over my deck. Affordable Lawncare came out early to help. I couldnt have been more impressed with the climber Doug. He safely lifted the tree off of the roof, suspended it in the air and then safely lowered it to the ground guiding it around my deck. The care they took to prevent from further damaging property was great. Doug was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I watched in awe of how easily they handled this tough job. Very professional and very friendly. I couldnt have had a better experience. I recommend Affordable Lawncare for any job especially the tough ones. I could have talked to them for hours. Very nice people. They did a great job cleaning up too. Great experience.

Mark is awesome! He came out to do a free estimate within hours of my phone call. I had received three other estimates and his price was the best deal I found! He was available and arrived 1/2 hour early and finished all the work within two hours. My yard had not been touched in two years and looked like a swamp, with many weeds and full grown bushes. He removed everything cleaned up the weeds, put down mulch, seeded and was complete within two hours! The yard looks COMPLETELY different!!! I would def recommend Affordable Lawncare Landscaping!

My yard looks great and Laura cuts my yard!! She cuts the yard and I cant thank her enough. Its like whenever I look at the yard, I know its getting the best care.

I have no idea how somebody couldnt be happy with this company. Obviously, you cant please everybody. Anyways, Mark called me and came out the same day and gave us a more than fair estimate. Our front yard needed the tree pulled and the rest of it looked like a homicide scene. Mark arrived with his worker Vinny (cool dude too), and they got straight to work. He immediately gave me a contract and I gave him half-payment. As soon as he pulled the tree, the house instantly looked better. They finished up by planting some good-looking plants and leveling out the yard and adding fertilizer/grass seed. Besides working hard, Mark was real cool and down-to-earth, somebody I would have a beer with if I still drank alcohol. Wifey came home happy and this makes me happy. This company gets five stars and I would recommend them to anyone in our neighborhood.

We had a terrible experience. We were charged a pretty high price for removal of bushes and plants. The stumps were not removed and we did not receive a partial refund for not completing the work. Its hard to get in contact with the owner and he said he would come back for another estimate and never contacted us again. That was my first time using a landscaping company, will definitely be using someone else!

I manage a campground in Prince William County and I needed an area leveled, weed block installed, and a retaining wall built for a new playground that I was having installed by a separate playground company. I signed my contract in October of 2018 paying half of the $8,500 estimate for materials and Bobcat rental. I explained I would need mulch as well but it would be on a separate contract. We agreed it would take 2 separate visits because after the area was regraded, the playground needed an opening that was accessible to bring the playground in. After the first visit, which was timely, Mark completed the grading and started part of the wall. It was at this point he asked for an additional $500 for more material and since the playground wasnt getting installed until December if I could pay him the balance and he would come back to finish in December. That was the worst mistake I made. December came. Mark was too busy, could never find time to come out. January came and he agreed to come out to finish the wall, which should have been done that day, but it wasnt. He also explained that Meadows Farms wouldnt be open until the end of February for fresh mulch to be made. Now we are in the second week of February and he came out a final time to finish the project and although he didnt bring enough lumber or any weed block(a costly expense I already paid for), he did bring 10 yards of mulch which wasnt part of this contract. I told him I had bought 30 yards of wood chips (way better than the mulch) from Parsons Farm and I wouldnt take his mulch because the project has been drug out too long and he never told me he would bring mulch out. I asked why he brought them when I hadnt signed a contract yet and his explanation was I was going to do the work and work with you on the price. As if I wasnt a fool enough to pay in full for something that wasnt done, it would be worse to agree to work when I didnt even have a price. He said he needed to leave to find something to do with the trailer when I told him I wouldnt take the mulch, he left and never came back to do any work and has never contacted me. When someone pays you $9,000 to complete a project, they should be at the front of the line to get the work done. The next day I went out to Lowes, bought the wood and spikes and finished it myself. I never got my weed block though. He took advantage of my ability to pay in full and swindled me into believing he was a serious businessman that was honest. I would like to get a refund for the amount of the weed block that was never bought or installed, the cost of materials I purchased myself and the labor I put into finishing what I paid him to do, however I feel like this would never happen. This was a serious lesson for me and I will never use, or recommend them to anyone.

The retaining walls changed the looks of our home. They were agreeable to changes as the work progressed. The workers were neat and cleaned up afterwards. They were on schedule and within budget.

Great service, I had them come out to my house to install a new fence and do some landscaping and it was great quality work. I have recommended them to others. I will use them again in the future for any additional landscaping work I need.

Mark and his team mate was cool. Very reliable, cost effective and was there on time.

I moved to Triangle, Virginia and needed my grass cut. After over a week of searching for a lawn care service provider, I found Affordable Lawncare Landscaping. I called the number listed online and spoke to Mark. I told him I needed my lawn cut and he told me he could cut my grass the next day. I was not home when Mark cut my grass but when I returned home my yard looked great. I called Mark two weeks later because my grass needed to be cut once again. He informed me that my yard was much larger than I had indicated and he would have to charge me more for the service. I agreed with him I also thanked him for still cutting my grass even though I had not paid him enough for the service. Affordable Lawncare Landscaping does a great job and I would highly recommend them if you need lawncare services.

I have used the sevices of Affordable Lawncare for commercial and residential properties. The crews are professional, prompt and the work is exceptional and at an affordable price. I have used them for landscaping, lawncare, lot clean up, tree removal and snow removal. I recommend them for your commercial and residential needs...you will be satisfied with their service.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the kind of customer service we have received from this company. We had an appointment around 1pm this past wednesday, and by 4pm nobody had called or showed up. I called and left a voicemail, and they didnt even have the decency to call us back. We decided to give them another shot, and called Thursday to try and schedule another appointment and the gentleman apologized and said its a busy season my head is all over the place Im sorry. I can understand that, I know they are busy, so we agreed on Friday after 4pm, and once again a no show. We called and left a message AGAIN and of course we havent heard back from them yet and its Sunday. I think it is beyond unprofessional for them to schedule an appointment and fail to show up TWICE! At least have the decency and professionalism to call and try to reschedule.

Completely worthless. They came out to mow our lawn once, cashed our check, then never responded to phone calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME KEEP LOOKING!
