We were excited to have our tree removed by Sosa Tree Services and the day they arrived, their truck could not fit down the alley. We were not upset about this, but decided it would be best to get a permit from the City of Alexandria so we could ensure all cars in the alley were moved so they could get all needed equipment to our rowhouse yard.Fast forward several months and Sosa Tree Services has not gotten the permit, after saying they would get it (we provided a name at the city and she said she never received any paperwork) and they have stopped answering the phone. This was quite disappointing given that we thought the city might have been holding the process up, but apparently Sosa Tree Service has decided to not move this forward and didnt communicate this to us so we could look for an alternative.

Fantastic service! I called on a Saturday and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They gave me an excellent price and were able to come out the next day to remove the tree. Great experience overall!

Excellent work. First gave me a reasonable estimate. Then showed up on time despite it being incredibly cold. Did everything on the estimate and cleaned up so well that I wouldnt have known that they had been there other than the trees being trimmed. I would definitely recommend them.

Sosa has removed 6 massive trees in our backyard. Very professional! The guys do a through job cleaning up as well! They also trimmed a big maple tree in our front yard. Not one leaf or branch out of place - perfection!

Had Sosa Tree Service come and remove a huge tree that was to close to our house. They were wonderful!!! Very professional!!! Had the tree down debris removed and whole area cleaned up in no time. Will definitely use them again and will tell our friends and neighbors!!! A+ service!!!

This single star is not for their work, its for their lack of interest in doing their job. I called to have a stump removed and they said they would come to the house for a survey and never did. Apparently their potential customers are not important. On to the next one.
