These people are very unprofessional. After your car breaks down or you get into an accident if you want to be yelled at and get disrespected this is the place to go.

X-mas Eve + 3 hours away from home + flat tire + flat donut + horrid rainstorm = not a good time, until an amazing team of super heroes go out of their way to come tow you back to their shop, fix you all up, and get you back on the road. Tow truck was to us in no time at all, customer service was 200%. If I could give 10 stars I would. Call here before calling anyone else. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND THANK YOU!!!

I was in an accident on the interstate in August. My first accident and I was at a loss on what I was going to do. They towed my car with myself and my daughter and granddaughters. Even drove me to a rental place to rent a car on the way to the yard. Nicest people ever!! Sure made a horrible day better. Jeanne

Had my 2017 Chrysler 300 towed by these guys and their help was great. Friendly staff over the phone and the gentleman that came out to tow me was extremely helpful. The prices were fairly reasonable and I was only charged $89.00 for a 8 mile tow. Other companies have quoted me at least $100. Will recommend.

I asked for a tow truck and things didnt go as planned, but the company and I spoke about the situation and for a way to fix it. They were very dedicated to helping me out with my car and I managed to get it to its destination. They are efficient and work hard to help their customers, the tow truck drivers are very polite and professional and take out most care of my vehicle. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs a tow truck and doesnt know who to hire.

Absolutely horrible experience! Please avoid at all costs. My boyfriend called them on the phone to get more information about my car that was towed after my tire blew on 95. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us. We went in person to pick up the car and the same guy was absolutely horrible. I have never been treated like this ever. My car was towed Saturday night and they ripped us off by charging us an extra day. We picked the car up on Monday because they were closed on Sunday and charged us $120 for storing fees. They charged me $410 total to have my car towed less than 20 mins away. The guy also insulted us and called my boyfriend “dumb”. Absolutely horrible people and horrible business. Very unprofessional!

After getting in a wreck (that was not my fault) and totaling my paid for SUV, this towing company made a terrible day much worse. The State Police called DJs Towing even though I already had AAA on the way, and the AAA tow would have been free. ( I know this was not DJs fault) The trooper said AAA could be a while and DJs was almost there and he needed my truck out of the road. I told the trooper where my SUV needed to be towed as the driver from DJs loaded my truck. The driver from DJs then said to follow him to his office, he needed to do some paperwork, and then hed take my truck where it needed to go. The drive from DJs proceeded to unload my truck in their gated off lot, then I was told the charge for the tow needed to be paid for before the second tow to where I needed my truck to go could be completed. So they wanted about $400.00 for the short drive to their office, which is not where I wanted it taken, before they would charge me another $400.00 to tow my vehicle where I originally asked for it to go in the first place. I left DJs office after calling my insurance company and telling them what happened. Thank God for USAA, they handled it. But DJs are a bunch of crocks, it was criminal what they were trying to do to me. I would have called the police if USAA had not told me they would handle it. Use these shiesters at your own peril.

Dispatcher was completely rude. Ad says 24 hrs and when I called the first time . It said they were unavailable. So I called once more and the Dispatcher answered and said “did you not hear the voicemail and hanged up . If you’re not opened why answer the phone at all?

MY LAST 5 star review was 9 months ago. Today my vehicle died on me at the bjs gas station. I called Djs towing at 8pm my towing technician was John. John came to save the day and quickly took my vehicle back to my residential home. Thank you John and Djs towing for helping me out even during this pandemic COVID-19 going on. 10/10 service, 10/10 professionalism. As my prior review states I will use Djs towing for future needs.

I had gotten in an accident a day prior to coming by DJs to clear out my car. But their customer service from the second they arrived on the scene was amazing. When I went to get my belongings I was greeted by a very sweet girl and I wish I wouldve gotten her name because she was so helpful and really sweet and gave me 110% of the info I needed to make the process easier! In addition to her awesomeness the guys they have handling everything in the back were super sweet and friendly as well. I was honestly still upset after the accident so their great customer service helped put me at ease :) Thank you DJs!!!

Excelent service, fast communication with the dispatcher we request a service to move one of our cars the ETA was 1hr to show up, the guy show up in 45 minutes we was serve and thank for the preference, for us...... that means a lot when or providers says thank you as we say thank you to our customers, so....... thank you guys fir the service

This place will rob you of your money. Most towing companies are expensive but DJs towing will rob you of your money. I agree with previous ratings, they are horrible. Disrespectful! Don’t call them for help you will regret it

Jason at DJs towing is awesome. I was having a really bad day and he was dispatched to tow my car yesterday. With all due respect, tow truck drivers are not always the friendliest, but he is the exception. He was professional and his customer service was impeccable! Not to mention, we live in a high traffic area, and he arrived 25-30 min earlier than expected. Keep this guy on your team, DJs!!!

Their hours are M-F 8-4:30. But they can send someone when they’re closed if you have cash only. I will be looking into the VA and PWC tow laws and filing a complaint. The dispatcher was kinda rude when he was trying to help if I had cash and not a credit card to retrieve a car.

STAY AWAY!!!! This place has to be the most unprofessional towing company in this universe. I asked to speak to a manager because the person on the phone was absolutely obnoxious and rude... Just moved to the neighborhood was waiting to get my parking pass the next when i came out and tried to explain all he could say was thats not my issue move it or i tow it. I said ok no problem think he was more mad cause he wasnt getting no money off my car. I was up and thank god i was what a jerk. My wife had an accident and this guy from djs towing from Woodbridge Virginia came from nowhere and he asked my wife why she is not moving because she was blocking traffic and I approached him asking what he wanted to do then he started screaming asking me if I didnt understand and being rude. Stay away from this unprofessional people. They dont deserve to serve the public.
