We used Tristin Locus to list our home in Stafford Virginia. We found Tristin to be very personable, professional and reliable. She came for an interview before we listed and had already acquired information about our home. She was knowledgeable about both pricing as well as identified items which we should consider addressing for a quick sale. (We had just completed the new construction of our current home and were extremely busy between houses for about 8 months). We implemented most of her suggestions.
