They have refused to handle my issues promply, lied to me about why the issues arent being resolved, and told me to deal with it when the repairs that were eventually made were made incorrectly. Complete slum lords IMO. I am going to Specifically name Georgie Canyon as the leading culprit in this as she has been my property manager and has been the worst experience of my life.

Georgie was a very difficult property manager to work with and I cannot stress that anyone working with her should proceed with caution. When I was preparing to sign my lease and did the walk through, she never showed back up to the property to do the repairs. After waiting to hear from her and never receiving any communication, I decided to not renew my lease. It took her SIX (6) MONTHS to submit a form to the county so that I could get the water account in my name. She is quick to make accusations, as to not accept any responsibility for her lack of performance. I would not recommend her or her company to anyone.

This is a great real estate firm to work for. Very supportive of their agents and staff. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are thinking about becoming a real estate professional!

Georgie, one of the property managers is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL property manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Shes shrewd and yells at you when you ask basic questions. I called the landlord of the property to report that its IMPOSSIBLE to deal with her to which she told me dont worry, youre not our only contractor thats told us that I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this lady.

This place isnt fair, they caused damage to my home with there inspection then claim it was already there . Then the agent Kathy, she is new and writes a contract and cant even honor a contract. Trying to not even be fair with ( the earnest money ) after holding property off the market for over 3 months. People beware they will find away to screw you.
